The back side of the lugs of my heirloom Rolex 1601 had been scratched over the years during periodic bracelet/strap removals by unskilled watchmakers, and it bothered me to the point where I no longer wore it. That is, until I found out that L.A. Watchworks has the skills and tools to actually restore the vintage satin finish to its original looks. They did a superb job for a very reasonable price, and did exactly what I requested: refinish the back of the lugs ONLY without touching anywhere else. As can be seen in the pictures, they were even able to get the job done while leaving the original end link marks intact. Now the back side of the lugs look like what it must have looked like in 1975 when my mom gave this to my dad!

Took a vintage watch there for authentication. They were super friendly, took their time, and authenticated my timepiece in a reasonable time. The gentleman (I believe his name was Bo) shared the signs he looked for in spotting a fake. I also got the opportunity to see some vintage pieces which we only really see in articles and photographs. Theyre professional, cordial, and know their stuff. Great experience.

I had my 2000 Rolex GMT Master serviced here. Good service with regular e-mail updates and quick turnaround. Fair pricing. The watch was returned looking and feeling brand new, and keeps excellent time.

Had to have the crystal on my Rolex GMT Master II replaced. LAWW came highly recommended by many Rolex enthusiasts. They did a great job, replaced it with an OEM crystal, and total turn around was only 2 weeks. Would have taken 2 months to have it done by Rolex.

I cant speak highly enough about my service experience at LA Watch Works. Their service standards and customer relations are unparalleled. Trust me, when youre taking your $35k watch to be repaired and serviced, you want to leave with the utmost confidence that youre being properly taken care of as is your time piece. I was referred here by my watch dealer who has been in business for 40 years and is amongst the most trusted and respected. He assured me that he would take his own watch collection here for repair due to their level of meticulous professionalism. They truly lived up to his claims. I initially called and was greeted by Edvi who helped arrange an appointment for my consultation. Once there, I was warmly welcomed by Beau. He was helpful and informative. I left my watch and had terrific follow up communication as promised by Edvi, both by phone and email. Once I agreed to the service, they worked diligently with their watchmakers to execute the service in a timely manner. Due to the intricacies of a watch, this is not to be rushed but they were thorough and efficient in their process. Along the way, I enjoyed clear communication and updates. Anytime I had a question, Edvi was attentive and prompt in his responses. Also, they will offer a warranty on the service performed. I cannot recommend LA Watch Works enough. You can have the confidence and peace of mind that your watch is in the best hands possible.

Los Angeles Watchworks is the best high end watch service center in the united states(IMO). They are top notch, from top to bottom. Excellent customer service. I sent in a long time customer of mine watch, a Rolex Submariner 5512 that needed a bunch of work, caseback was cross threaded, case needed to be detailed and the hands were damaged. My customer and I couldnt have been happier with the finished product. Completely brought it back to life and exceeded everyones expectations!!!

Found LAWW on a Rolex forum after my new GMT Master II 126711CHNR was damaged with a large ding in the case. Took the watch to my AD and they were unable to repair. I called and spoke with Edvi who after a brief conversation said they could restore the case to spec. Ive never shipped one of my watches to an organization Ive never been to physically...always preferred to deal with an AD or staff I knew. Took the leap and trusted their reviews. Just got the watch back today and its perfect. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Edvi was detail oriented and made the whole transaction virtually effortless. Communication and follow up was excellent. Given the nature of transacting a complex repair on an expensive item, I cant imagine it could have been made any easier. Excellent organization to work with....They will be servicing my watches from now on. Thanks gents.

The team at LA Watchworks are absolutely superb!! They are incredibly skilled at what they do and I would not hesitate to bring any watch of mine there for any type of work. Check out Beaus Instagram page for a sample of his work.I recently had my Patek serviced there and the work they did was excellent with the turn around time as quoted. The watch is running spot-on and I couldnt be happier with the results. Edvi also sent me numerous pictures of the watch during various stages of the service.I have known the guys that work there for many years; back when they were working out of a previous establishment in DTLA. I am so glad they are now more local to me.I will be a loyal customer for many years to come.

I recently found out about LA Watchwords via an Instagram post by Ben at Boresight Solutions. Ben was sending his vintage watch(s) to them for service and was recommending them big time.I got into email contact with Edvi and after much discussion I decided to send my vintage Heuer Pasadena in for service and updates. The comms with Edvi we’re outstand from start to finish, not to mention the price and customer service. In full disclosure, after getting the Heuer back, it had a tendency to fog up when wet. Edvi had the watch shipped back to him and personally saw that it was re-evaluated and squared away. The problem was an unforeseen bad seal. Please do yourself and your vintage watch a favor and reach out the LA Watchwords for your needs.
