My apartment floded because of a pipe that broke behind the toilet. This was a week after I moved in. The toilet ran for the entire lease term. The managers at the time (Lisa and Jacob) never ordered the carpet to be professionally cleaned. A year after, in comes Ariel as manager. Ariel took my $200 to pay for one month and a half of water usage (which is calculated based on the usage of the entire community, something I do not think is fair), to professionally clean the carpet that was stained due to the pipe that broke for lack of proper maintenance (and was never professionaly cleaned by the complex), and to pay for things that are normal wear and tear, Not damages. I returned the apartment in better conditions that it was given to me, and that is how I was repaid by Ariel. Not fair.Also, they never offered any help with rent during the pandemic, and after the pandemic, they increased my rent. I think that shows a true lack of empathy and sensibility. This company is money hungry and Ariel was announced a someone that has been in the company for many years, so she is complicit in their practices.Also, before Ariel came in, a weirdo with his face tatooed tried to enter the pool while I was there by myself. The office was closed because it was a weekend. I did not open the gate for the man because he had no key. The guy jumped the fence and I went away. I reported the issue to Jacob.After Ariel came in as manager, someone took my covered parking spot (something that had never happened before), and I began noticing an increase in weird people in the area, especially at night. Also, since Ariel came in, some residents have begun to use the parking as their personal car maintenance shop. Not good management or safety in the place.

Long story short, my roommate and I sent a repair request for a leak in our bathroom ceiling, no repairs or communication happened about this (the complex even did an inspection of the unit and made their own repair request for the issue). Three months later, our apartment flooded and no proper repairs were made there after. Mold began growing and we moved out due to unlivable conditions. A month after moving out, we have been threatened to be sent to collections for a balance we had not been made aware of and cannot find any indication of a balance due on our online profile. Needless to say, this complex is unprofessional and is negligent when it comes to making repairs.

Expensive for no reason. Lots of bad people in the area. Bike and car was stolen and a weirdo was looking through my window. not a safe area!!

I always enjoy coming home to my apartment at Vista Montana. Relaxing on my balcony or inside it is peaceful. The grounds are always clean and manicured. I appreciate having no bug issues in my apartment.The staff here are always so helpful whenever I have a question or to request maintenance.Any maintenance issue has always been taken care of promptly.Thank you Vista Montana staff for treating me with such courtesy and making me feel like a valued tenant anytime I call or stop by.

Special thanks to Lisa! The staff are always friendly and are genuinely awesome with tenants needs. Arturo the maintenance man keeps the place clean and tidy and is always quick to make repairs when needed...👍👍👍

I have been here at Vista Montana for a year now and I truly have enjoyed my experience . Lisa and Glenda are very pleasant and responsive and Arturo is the hardest working person I have ever encountered.

They have been nothing but super helpful and nice to me since before I even moved in. I’m glad I came to live here.

My apt had cochroaches, smelled of cigarette smoke daily and me or my wife never smoked, leasing agents said they would help me when i lost my job to give me a lil time to pay my rent never happened moved out said she would give me a month to pay them 2 weeks after we moved out got a call from collections
