I really like this car wash in my area that I always stop at when Im doing my shopping at the nearby smiths marketplace.I like that it is a drive through, stay in your car wash that does a great job (recommend buying the best package for the cleanest. My very back doesnt get completely clean on lower packages but I get my car very dirty as well.)They offer FREE VACUUM and micro fiber towels as well as glass cleaner and interior car cleaner. This is what sets them apart for me along with a super friendly and well staffed staff.

Have been a member here for years with 3 cars. The wash is down all week which is no big deal but still charging the full monthly membership fee when we cant use it is not good business. Just cancelled all 3 cars and will be finding a new car wash.

I like this place. Cheaper than the duck place but I wish there were more closer to me. I also wish they were open later. A lot of times I get of work late and they have closed. Still a great place and they have Towels. It says two per car but you can use as many as you need. I run out of the tiny towel I get at other places and I love having a lot of towels.

Good car wash, but could do better with trucks. We understand we have a hitch that you have to make adjustments to protect your equipment but it would be great if the attendant would use the brush on the back of the truck.

We love this place! Not only is the car wash amazing, but you get a good discount when you have two or more cars in your family. We tried another place but they didn’t have the towels and the spray bottles to wipe the outside and clean the inside of your car. All the other place would give you was a single moist towelette – seemed like a lot of quackery!

I went to Grease Monkey to get my emissions and renewal done, and got a coupon for a car wash so ran it through. So very happy with the wash, there are towels to dry off your car and vacuums. Very nice.

Love getting my car washed here! I have a pass and love the ease of it! They have great opening hours, the vacuum area is always clean and filled with products, and if you ever need help the staff is great! I just wish that my car didnt have bubbles in it every time I came out, but thats only because of the design of my car and how the water hits it.

The most complete service car wash Ive seen - quality car wash with all the fancy upgrades, vacuums, free towels, interior spray, window spray... I was just really impressed. They offered the full service all for the price of a car wash.

If you are in the area or you frequently go to Smiths or any other store nearby in a regular basis. This carwash place is the best deal ever. Starting with the sticker in your windshield so that everytime you come is faster checking in. They have towels you can use to dry your vehicle or even to clean the inside of it as they also provide different sprays. They have window cleaners, multipurpose cleaning and freshener. All that extra definitely add value to the membership.

We had something of an emergency involving mountain bikes and heavy clay soils and the staff were super nice in letting us use their pressure washer to excavate our bikes. Stand up people.

This car wash is awesome! I used to go to a competitor car wash and I changed because they provide you with towels and cleaner. It can get really busy on a Saturday afternoon, though and at times it can be tough to find an available vacuum. I suspect that there are people that are using the vacuums for more than 15 minutes, it would be nice if they found a way to enforce a time limit to ensure that there are always vacuums available for those coming out of the car wash.

We purchased a new car and Miles helped us replace the old sticker in the vehicle it was not easy to remove but he took the time to get all of the old sticker off and clean all the remnants away. He also converted our profile to the family plan and saved some money for us! Nice facility and a great employee!

Paid for the best wash and came out with dirt all over still. I spoke with someone before washing and my csr wasnt as dirty as Ive seen some cars.I shouldnt com out of a car wash and be able to write hi in my hood (which I did)No one was outside and I had meat in the car so I had to go. But took pictures which ill try to post.

I have a BRAND NEW 2019 Forester. I went in for a car wash. THIS is ALL OVER my paint and plastic. It scratched it on the mirrors, protector plastic on the doors, the hood, and the doors. I will be contacting them directly to discuss how I will be compensated for the damages.

WOW! This is literally the best car wash I have ever been to! It is such a great price for a perfect wash and I love that they have high-quality vacuums and cleaners for your windows and car with towels that you can use for free at the end of the wash! I couldn’t be more satisfied!

Really nice and cheap for good quality! The dryers arent super good, but they also provide free rage and cleaning supplies for both the outside and inside of your car and that more than makes up for it!

They don’t put baggies on the back window wiper so every time I go my wiper is pulled out. I can’t risk having my wiper broken.

Does the b at job drying. Their vacuums work r ally well and they have rags and spray to wipe off and clean the inside.

This is just OK. Its 16 for their elite wash, which does just an average job. Where this place is bad and why I wouldnt recommend is on the vacuums. They have hardly any sucking power. Its easier and faster to pick out the pieces by hand. Would not recommend to go here based purely on that.

This is definitely one of the better car washes that Ive been to. This car wash provides all of the equipment and supplies necessary to clean the inside and the outside of your car. After driving through the car wash; and being helped by the friendly staff, you drive around the corner and park where you can vacuum out your car, clean your windows, and wipe everything down with all of the equipment and supplies needed, provided by the facility. Its almost as good as having your car detailed in your driveway at home.

Got my car wet and a little cleaner but still dirt all over. Especially on the passenger side. This is parked at the vacuum station directly after. I could have gone through the wash again but I dont have time for that. Cheap gas station washes work better.

I like this carwash, this is our go-to usually. Staff is friendly, place is kept up, and plenty of stalls. To add, not only do you wash your vehicles, but vacuuming is also included in the price. The only downside and the reason I gave it a 4 star was the fact that they only have two car washing facilities in Utah. Given that we pay 24.99$ a month for a membership, it is a okay price but I would like to eventually see more locations soon. Then, Ill reassess my rating and give them a 5 star :]

I have the least expensive package, $15/mo for unlimited washes. Liking it so far. Its always pretty busy, which makes sense since my car is always clean when it comes out. The rinse leaves something to be desired, usually some soap left on the back of the car. Love the free (included?) use of towels and vacuums.

Good to clean dirty car

1 Star for Management. I just had the worst encounter at this car wash. Ive come here for years and despite occasional long lines Ive never had any problems. This morning I got to the car wash a few minutes before they were supposed to open and ended up sitting in line for 20 minutes. Not a single employee, not even the manager came out to let people know what was going on. During these 20 minutes the line grew longer and longer and ended up blocking traffic outside of the car wash lot. Eventually I noticed a woman get out of her car to see what was going on. 5 minutes later she returned to tell everyone that the car wash was closed. NOT THE MANAGER. Then a guy, who I assume was the manager, came out to move some cones and when I made eye contact he simply made a circling gesture with his hand in the air. THATS HOW HE TOLD EVERYONE TO LEAVE. NO EXPLANATION, NO IM SORRY. So I rolled down my window and asked if they were going to be open at all today. He barked back at me that the garage was busted...I was not rude but I was definitely not polite...after minutes of arguing with me he sarcastically said Well, Im sorry. Thats a statement that actually would have had some value if he started off with it. Who in their right mind would hire a manager that doesnt know how to manage a bad situation?? I managed the AutoSpa car wash at one point in my life, which was stressful at times, so I have ZERO tolerance for how I was treated. If I dont get a response back from ownership Ill be truly disappointed and needless to say Ill be cancelling my monthly pass.

Usually runs very smoothly & if there is a Problem, my experience is that it is taken care of quickly - usually within 1-2 minutes- they have 2 lines, so there is ability to get Right in

I was just telling my son how much I love this place, they have the best car wash around and no one is better! The amount of soap that covers your car is twice what you get at your gas stations. My husband took his car to the new car wash thats across from Wendys in Highland and he said they dont have all the the things offered at Gorilla like the sprays to wipe down your Windows or inside and dont offer any towels, we love Gorilla and wont waste our time or money on these other places.

I was going to give this 4 stars because the overhead scrubber doesn’t come down like half the time. And they microfiber towels don’t dry well—they just kind of move water around.But then I remembered that nobody has a better car wash. Like, this place is the best.

Now, for regular dirty cars, it’s fine, but if you are coming back from a road trip and you got bugs on the grill or side mirror, it’s pathetic. Dude with the brush scrubs the front like he’s a 5 year old girl. The redemption are the rags and spray they have next to the vacuums. I used that to scrub it clean. Turned out well, but I paid them to have me clean my own car.

Car always gets clean. However, the car doesnt always get dry but I love that they have towels so you can dry it off anyway while you use the free vacuums. Ive also never felt like my car was damaged here like I have at other similar car washes.

Theyve been making a lot of upgrades here and its one of the best car washes around now with affordable memberships.

The car wash is broken at least twice a week. When it isn’t broken the line goes out of the parking lot and into the road giving you the option to block traffic or drive dirty. If you do make it into the car wash plan on using the towels that they have by the vacuums because the blower will not dry your car but it will leave soap all over:) I wanted to like this place because it’s close but it’s not worth it.

Okay car wash, Ive been here probably 20 times and never had any noticeable damage.Marks against them:1) Vacuums rarely work properly, its often a struggle to find one with a decent amount of suction. One vacuum hose even emptied cereal and raisins into my car.2) Car wash leaves some kind of sticky residue (like adhesive) on my car that is very difficult to get off.

There is a reason this place is always busy, best car wash Ive been to in the valley. The automatic wash is cool and fun to look at, and the towels, glass cleaner, and vacuums are free with the wash. Fantastic value every time.

I bought a car wash pass and after one month of use, decided that I no longer needed it and removed my sticker. When I paid for it, there was no explanation that it would be a monthly rolling charge. After realizing this, I tried to contact them multiple times and only gotten a voicemail stating they would respond and address my concern. No one had contacted me after several voicemails and I was charged for a monthly pass I never used. I ended up going into the store and got this resolved. They reimbursed what I was charged without any issues.

I live very close, so I’ve stopped by a few times. It seems like pretty good quality if you are paying for the lower level washes. Today the main large spinner (that comes down to clean the hood and top of the car) didn’t engage or come down to help clean my car, so basically I just paid to get my car sprayed with soap and water. It was still very dirty when I pulled out. A little disappointing.

Great car wash, but needs a longer drying tunnel. Car comes out with fair amount of water needing to be wiped off. They used to have a couple of people dry your car for you. Really miss that service.

This is my favorite car wash around. I think they have the most thorough wash and dont use watered down chemicals like some places around.

Great place to wash the inside and outside of your car. There are free vacuums to clean the inside of your car as well as microfiber cloths to clean the inside of your windows, your dash, etc. Love that I can clean my car inside and out for so cheap!

Its not your typical car wash. It offers vacuums after your car comes out of the drive through wash to clean the inside (without extra charge), and also towels to dry off any spots the air dry machine may have missed. It has good customer service as well.

Even tho they were busy I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. There was a waiting room with free beverages and a place for kids.
