Tina was amazing she got us moved in way earlier than expected! This place is very clean and quiet I will definitely be staying for for a very long time :)

Since the day I first spoke with Tina I knew this was the place for me. Not only was 5 minutes from one cousin but only 20 minutes from another cousin. Moving from New Jersey isnt easy especially when you used to live 2 blocks from the Ocean and now in Tucson AZ. Tina help me in so many ways and went out of her way to make my long move a good one! Castro is also excellent had a couple small things that needed to be done and he took care of them in a very timely and professional manor. My neighbors have been very friendly and Tim & Eric especially I didnt even ask they just saw me struggling to get furniture moved and they ask me to let them please give me a hand! I would recommend these apartments to any of my friends and family. Great job keep up the good work!

This is not a review as a resident. I started my apartment search at the beginning of this year and was not having much luck. I found this place and was very excited to see all the positive reviews, price, amenities, and pictures.I have contacted this place almost 10 times and have tried three different phone numbers. Left three messages. And I still have yet to hear a response. The office says its opened till 530 and I made sure to call at different times. Its as if nobody is working there. As a prospective resident it makes you feel as if they are just not interested in you.If I couldnt even get ahold of them to get a tour Im not very confident Id be able too if I lived there.It does look nice and has good reviews so I am disappointed about my experience.

Love the place! Only thing I haven’t got my washer fixed nor my microwave when I had already told them and it gets super noisy in the alley with people arguing and all but other than that it’s a great place!

I just moved in today and received an email to rate my experience so this is move-in experience only, but the move in process was easy and seamless, especially during COVID-19. Cathy was extremely helpful and kept into contact with me every step of the way. The area the apartment is in is a little sketchy, but the apartment itself is beautiful, updated, and clean. All of the appliances are nice and the granite in the kitchen is a really nice touch.

Brittany at the front office has been amazing. Ever since I came in for information, she worked with me until I could get everything figured out to move in. Our correspondence lasted literally months. As soon as a unit became available, she let me know, and I could not be happier about living here. The property is very well maintained, and maintenance orders are taken care of in a very timely manner, and done right. My neighbors are all very kind, and the apartment itself is located very conveniently close to shopping centers, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. I can honestly say I love living here.

San Simeon are the best apartments, you will not find any better!!!!! Amazing beautiful renovated apartments. Outstanding, trustworthy, caring, management! Suzy is the best! Great location located right off of Golf Links which could get you to so many designations quick! Never had a bad experience living there. Any maintenance needed (very rare and hardly ever) they would be there so quick! The landscape is beautiful and always kept so clean. Looking at these comments about cops being there That is completely false! The only reason why a cop would even be on the property would be because of an accident or speeding ticket from someone driving on Golf Links! The people who live there are really quiet and respectful. I lived there for 3 years and never once had an issue with my apartment!!! Seriously the best apartments! I promise you will be overly satisfied!! :)

My husband and I have been living here more than 3 yrs . We love it !!!!!!! Brittany in the front office always very responsive and Castro in maintenance is very good at his job. The community is always clean and great for all kinds of families.

Brittany in the office is friendly and kind and very professional.Returns calls very quickly.Grounds are clean and residents are quite and to themselves.Enjoyed my 6 months here

Worst place Ive ever lived. Been following/ harassing me to pay 500 that I already paid. They just want your money! They add 100 to your rent every year no matter what. The neighbors upstairs were noisy and extremely rude and very very nosy. Environment was not fit for my family, people in the alley all the time. Highly recommend finding another place to live if this is your option.

Terrible place to live!! Cockroaches under every sink!! And they say it’s normal!! Every neighbor is noisy and in everyone’s business!! The bonus is the homeless people recycle but they throw the trash on the ground!! Look elsewhere if you can!!

I loved how the office & maintainance staff were very helpful and always fixed any little issue or questions I had. The buildings are always kept very clean ! Would absolutely recommend!
