One of my friends lives here and quite likes the place!

I lived here for 2 years and the management was awesome! I loved having full-sized washer/dryer, it was pretty quiet, I had nice neighbors, never heard of any crime there. I did hear the upstairs neighbors dog run around whenever she came home, but that was a small thing to deal with. Overall I enjoyed living there.

We are new residents here and would like to say Thank You for giving us the opportunity to live in these Beautiful Amazing Stunning Homes with GREAT STAFF MEMBERS! We Are In Heaven Here and absolutely LOVE IT !!😊

I had a great experience with Sun River. Their office staff is top notch; theyre generally very responsive (although I had to prod now and then with apartment fixes that needed done). It was a quiet complex with well-kept amenities and well-located, and I loved my little space.Of course, as with any apartment, theres some noise from neighbors and landscaping and stuff will break but for the price and size and safety and excellent customer service, it was hard to beat.
