I am looking for a apartment now and mission Vista is one I looked at but even if they did not have a one bedroom I was so happy with how the manager is with her customers service and how good she keeps the place up and keeps it nice for the residents do not listen to what you here go see for your self it will blow you away how they work heard on keeping it self we all now how hard that is but they do good with this complex and I put my waiting list so go on down and check them out the manager here is awesome and you will love this place I promise

I give 5 stars for the management(Alejandra) is the most amazing person and I wish I could take her with me to my next place. She goes above and beyond with her residence and I just love her to pieces. I give 5 stars to the maintenance. A lot of apartment complexes have tons of maintenance men but nothing gets done but here the maintenance is incredible. Never had an issue. I am not a fan of the area but the apartments are very nice and I love the set up and new appliances. I will miss so much about this place. Thank you Alejandra you are amazing and I wish you were my manager wherever I go. Ive never witnessed an apartment complex so on top of everything.

Ive been trying to get ahold of someone in the leasing office for 2 mnths and nobody is ever in the office when I go in person, call or text. My question is who runs this place if no staff are ever available?

Me and my family of 3 have been residents for 4 months on a 1 year lease. They moved us in really fast and had no problems. The whole complex has been refurnished with a new kitchen, floors & looks wonderful. Never has issues and the staff is super nice and friendly. Once there is a matienence problem they fix it right away.

ROACH COMPLEX. Stayed here for only six months, worst decision. The neighbor next to us had and probably still has a roach infestation. They took almost half of our deposite when we left, though we left the room cleaner then we got it. The floors where extremely dirty when we moved in, the walls werent repainted, the bathroom was dirty, nothing was cleaned, as if we moved in right after someone moved out. The toilet wasnt even put in correctly, so it wobbled and lifted from the floor. When we mentioned the bugs to the land lord she seemed to not care, and found it kind of unnecessary to deal with, though she said shed get us some roach traps, it took 3 months about to finally get them, since she was never there; so we had to buy our own roach traps and such while waiting. They would have a guy come by to spray the floors to kill the roaches, but the spray is not safe for pets and children, at all. The laundry room is dirty and most of the machines are dirty and dont work. There are cameras on the complex but I dont believe they are really used or checked. Children run this complex. They are all over, messing with peoples property out infront of their doors or even their cars, being extremely loud, bullying eachother and ganging up on eachother, leaving trash everywhere outside, etc. Though there is a play ground for the kids, the kids, unwatched by their parents, would play all over the complex, and sometimes not even on the playground. They would run up and down stairs, screeming in halls and knocking on doors, keeping people up until around 9pm to 10pm every night, and they would play in the parking lot, and wouldnt move out of the way for incoming cars. The rooms are larger, but the kitchen is basically not usable; we had to bag all of our cabinet foods to keep safe from the roaches, and each meal we cooked, roaches would come out of the walls and such, ready to get into the food. The walls are very thin, you can hear the neighbors practically breathing, and the neighbors arent quit. This is a government funded complex, but they dont go by the rules and regulations that they should go through. People leaving good reviews are people who dont mind all these downsides.

If you like roaches, this place is your best choice. It is also very noisy; children screaming and yelling, running in the halls, no parents to be seen, but the rooms are big and full of roaches to play with. If you can stand the noise, hearing your neighbors going the bathroom and snoring in the night, it is a nice place to stay. The landlord is barely there and the main office is usually not open, which is great when you need help or you need to get money on your laundry card to wash your laundry in broken, dirty machines. Your car might get tampered with or hit with a ball from the kids, but those kids have fun, thats all that matters.If you cant tell. This is all sarcasm, and I suggest you do not stay here.

This is a Krazy area but at mission Vista they are on Top of everything Alejandra is Very organized and makes you feel very welcome ND handles everything Like A BOSS for sure oh and Maintenance as well thankz

I’ve never had any problems with staff, their new manager Alejandra is very nice and does well with helping residents!

I trust the staff very much, they make me feel confident in my choices here

Very noisy environment, unrespectful neighbors blasting music at all times of night and day. The laundromat requires a card, the only place to deposit into said card is in the office not in the laundromat and the office is never open, who knows what theyre damn hours are.

This place was wonderful I loved living here!

How come anybody dont mention anything about the roaches and them not cleaning up the trash outside the apartments Ive been living here for almost two years and i just say its getting worst the landlord is never in her office the kids are out til 9-10pm at night its like we never sleep.
