Girls in the office are great. Always friendly and willing to help. The complex is pretty with green grass and lots of trees. They do good work here. Very happy.

I stopped in at Palomino looking for a unit and my overall experience was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Im a new HUD VASH voucher holder and wasnt sure how any of this stuff worked but the manger walked me through everything step by step. She told me what was needed and what the process entailed. Unfortunately for me they didnt have an apartment in the timeframe needed but that didnt stop them from helping me understand the process and what Im facing. Very professional and patient staff.

I currently live at Palomino and I have to say that my experience has been amazing. If I have an issue in my unit its always fixed within a day or two. During the past few months there has been so much uncertainty and fear about not being able to pay. Rebecca and Alexis have been so patient and informed us that the corporate office made the decision to offer payments plans in case we were unable to pay our rent in full. I cant explain what a relief it was to have this option. We were able to get caught up and didnt have to stress about losing our home.I have to say that with all thats going on during this time having a management company that has been understanding and willing to work with us says more about the company than anything else will.Thank you Palomino and AZ 1st.

Been here for about a year now about to re-new my lease for another year. Its really great so peaceful and quite with nice neighbors. I want to say than you to Rebecca and Alexis in the front office for making it easier and nicer to live here thank you.

Staff is attentive to all my needs, the grounds are kept up and clean, Ive lived here for a year and renewed my lease because of how quiet and peaceful it is here. This is the place to be on this side of town, hands down!!

Palomino Crossing is amazing went in to see the apartments and right away they treated me like if they had known me forever. The showed me the place and directed me to the right website to apply. Super happy to be here with my family it feels safe and friendly. Great pleace to live. Glad I was able find a place like palomino.

Our experience with Palomino Crossing and their assistant manager was great. Ms. Marie showed us the unit, which she was an expert explaining all details about the apartment. We ended up applying for the unit. Thanks for your great service Ms. Marie. I highly recommend people to go and ask for her.

Stay away!!! if i could give zero stars i would...the positive reviews are fake...maintenance well there isn’t one...the apartments haven’t been updated in YEARS the ac doesn’t work, the dishwasher gross and smells....the office staff a nightmare!!! parking is horrible...u can’t find any especially handicap...when it rains the place is flooded...washers/dryers don’t work and steal ur money....rent goes up but nothing changes...nightmare!! don’t believe the positive reviews!!

Even carmen when she was there.Adrian is simply the humblest and most hardworking. Now to talk about that short dude who is always on the run. I love Carmen shes so sweet & the manager of maintenance is great! The new managing company is alright.. was better before but I mean not a lot of crime for being in a crime area. .

I dont recommend these apartments. There nice on the outside but the management is ridiculously rude! They say to go to them when you have a problem but they dont solve the problem. They just dont want you to take it to someone higher.. ! They need new better more professional management and way better maintenance that will actually fix what needs to be fixed and correctly.

Palomino Crossing was one of the only complexes willing to really help when I moved to Tucson with no place to stay. They were able to get my application processed and lease signed within 24 hours, and I was able to move in immediately. It was an absolute relief when I was facing being homeless shortly after a 48-hour period. My only major complaint is the parking, theres clearly more vehicles than parking, so if you get home after 10 pm, trying to find parking was nearly impossible. Noise was rarely an issue after 10 pm, except for things out of their control like sirens, helicopters, or the train that ran parallel to the complex. The ladies in the office were extremely sweet and helpful, even when I needed to cut my lease short (due to a job change and not apartment-related). Thankfully when security in the area seemed to waver they did hire courtesy officers to patrol, but I only saw them sporadically. They do need to make a few updates, mainly carpets, flooring, and appliances, but otherwise I loved the size and style of the apartment for such a low price! Their second floor apartments have vaulted ceilings which definitely made the apartment seem so much bigger!

Its a nice place, decent area. Safe, pleasant complex. However, every time the lease is renewed the cost of rent goes up substantially, the maintenance doesnt get taken care of quickly enough. Also the PARKING IS TERRIBLE!!!! There is not enough parking, even if youre lucky enough to find a parking spot on the other side of the complex. There are reserved parking spots that you have to pay extra for regardless of not having enough parking or else your car will be towed.

Carmen is the only reason we rented this place, she is amazing at her job and so sweet. As a whole, this apartment complex is disgusting. Our walls are nasty, carpet looks like it has been here for years. We found urine on the wall in our living room. We have had multiple appliances break and overall this apartment is just dirty. We have been here for 10 months and the water has been shut off at least once to 3 times every month or two, for ENTIRE days! Currently the water has been off for 2 days in a row. Oh and they have bugs everywhere. Dont live here, not a great area and not a good apartment.

I agree with the comment below. Ive had maintenance issues since I moved in that still havent been fixed after over a month! Despite my constant calls, my dishwasher continues to have standing water, which is disgusting and I still havent been able to use it. Ive had two instances of leaks through the wall after rain. Also, the kitchen faucet is so old and rusted, the water tastes horrible even with a filter. I had high hopes for this complex since its so close to work, but I cant wait to leave now. This place is on the cheaper side but if you can afford it, do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.

I was EXTREMELY impressed with the community and the apartment itself. Dealing with the office staff was a nightmare. I had to call multiple times to confirm I was even approved for the apartment and they were awful about confirming my move in date. Alex was extremely unprofessional and rude every time I called and never relayed my messages and call back requests to the manager. My circumstances changed and I could no longer take the apartment so when I called in, the disrespect I received from her was something I have never dealt with before. I will never consider moving here again after that experience.

ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!! Property recently took over by AZ 1ST REALTY, which is a useless property management company Ive dealt with in the past. They LIE, CHEAT, and STEAL. So many non-residents living there, that youll be forced to park in the adjacent desert. SUPER GHETTO!! Typical of AZ 1ST REALTYS STANDARDS

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! They continuously harassed us about paying for a pet charge when we didnt have pets and when they were confronted about it they stated that there was feces in our area which was from other pets in the area that we cleaned over and over. When moving out, they stated everything was all set and a month later we received a call about owing $250 more because supposedly we didnt clean and shampoo the carpets when it was done twice by us.(they never did it when we moved in, the front office person stated they were going to put that in our notes so we wouldnt be charged for the stain and they never did) every month was a constant fight about one thing or another. worst experience ever!

Its sad that just 2 years ago I rated this place so high. Under new management so much has changed for the worse. Where do I start, the washer machines and dryer are always broken- I posted a photo to show proof that a whole top row of dryers are Out of Order. The jacuzzi has been broken for like 2 months and they cemented the one in the back. They took down the shade from the dog park in the back, and what was once beautiful landscaping is drying more and more each day. Long time residents are very frustrated with the lack of care from management as nothing in this community is being addressed. I cant wait till my lease is up because this is not what I signed up for.

THE WORST! For starters, the parking lot is always full by 7pm, not even one spot open. They charge for a covered parking spot, and no one else wants to pay that. So we are stuck paying almost $50 a month just to have a parking spot, people even park in our spot sometimes. This place is so dirty, tried using the gym and is looks like they have never cleaned it. Apartments are super dirty too. I wish giving negative stars was an option.

I have only lived there less than 3 months, all the A/Cs around my unit vibrate so bad I can barely sleep, and my brand new car got stolen. No security, no cameras NOTHING.

It sucked living here I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. Lucky if maintenance ever come to fix anything if they do watch out beacuse it will break down again. A.C never works and high electric bill for you. Infested with roaches and spiders and other bugs. If I could give 0 stars I would
