Colores Del Sol has been my home for a year and I Love It!! Its a great atmosphere and location, very well maintained, spacious apartment homes for Single/ Family and Kids living; and close to Tucson International Airport, shopping centers, Both I-10 and I -19 freeways, restaurants and eateries. The Office Managers, Anna & Brianna are beautiful ladies, friendly, personable, impeccable and provide exceptional customer service! The Maintenance Managers/ Engineers/Technicians are also friendly, personable and remarkable-- they can fix anything; if you need something fixed or taken care of, they are there in a flash!! The apartments almost never need anything repaired, as they are well structured...I highly recommend this wonderful, safe, gated, well maintained and managed Apartment Home Complex. Having worked closely with the property managers at Colores Del Sol for the past year and a half, its evident that their passion is their community and residents. The office staff does so much to ensure that all residents feel right at home and like a family! Wonderful place to call home!

I have been living here for two years now! Management has been wonderful. Anna is very professional and Brianna always addresses my concerns. They go beyond! The property is always clean! I have not had any maintenance issues or problems since Ive moved in! Thank you Management

The property is very clean very nice liked that it’s gated. I cannot complain with the girls in the front they were very pleasant very profesional answered all of my questions. Anna the manager was such a joy, very nice and welcoming

I have lived here at Colores Del Sol for over 14 years and I dont have nothing bad nor negative to say about the office girls or maintenance guys. The property and the apartments are very well taken care of. The office girls are strict with the residents, but that is the reason the apartments still look good and the reason I still live here. I think that the people who leave Negative reviews are people who have been evicted for some reason.

Great Apt Complex to live in, always felt safe living in those apts. I loved that they are very spacious Apts. The office staff is great Mgr always with a smile and the Asst. Mgr as well always ready to help. And the work orders always done on time. I really love those Apts.

Gift Wrapped Turd Del Sol. Pleasant to the eye, however it is on the South Side and south side bears nothing but ghetto, drugs, gangs and violence. This is why they cant have nice things. Give it some time and it will be graffitied and trashed like everything else down there.

You could live somewhere better. The front desk people are liars. Peoples cars get broken into and bikes get stolen. They say they have security and gate but security is never present and gate almost always stays open

I like it But theyre just liars they said that on april they were going to open the pool And me and my kids went to the pool and we are on the 24 of april and havent opened.WHY DO THEY HAVE TO BE LIARS TO A KID and my kid also asked when is it going to be the pool opened they said opend APRIL WOW JUST WOW
