The apartment and amenities such as the pools and gym are pretty good, but there are roaches sometimes despite keeping a tidy space. The parking is also horrendous. If you’re a two car household and work until the evenings, good luck finding a place to park. There is no visitor parking enforcement, and just simply not enough space. 5/7 times, I end up on the other side of the complex walking to my apartment. I never thought I’d be one to complain about such things, but it’s warranted.

Been here almost three years the staff at the front office are amazing and will try to address all a person concern.

Lived here for 6 months. I was not impressed. Office staff were hit and miss. Some were pleasant, some I felt should not be in a field related to customer service.When renewal time came, they tried to hike my rent by nearly $250. I would have understood the usual re-up hike of $100, but not $250. When I spoke to my neighbors they were appalled at this. In short, I got the impression they dont like short timers or people who sign leases at 6 month increments.The final straw was when TEP did some maintenance on my building and left my main circuit breaker off while I was a way for 2 weeks. I came back to find my apartment at 80 degrees and all the food in my fridge spoiled (some very nice champagne was also destroyed). When I spoke to TEP, they said the apartment was notified of the issue so they could turn on the breakers and alert their tenants to the problem. When I spoke to the apartment, they said it was TEPs responsibility to reset the breakers, not theirs. I mean really? This is peoples homes you are in charge of, and you wanna pull the not my job card?So yeah, I wont be staying at this place ever again, and I dont recommend anyone else do so either.

I have lived here for a couple of months now and I just love it the maintenance man is very nice and handy he comes as soon as possible when it’s an emergency and is very sweet. Not to say the the girls at the front desk are very nice and attentive especially Destiny every time I call, She is very nice and helpful with whatever I need. I have never had any problem with the cleaning. It’s a very clean place and I feel safe here.

Takes forever to get anything fixed or taken care of. Thats if they even try too. You think the place would be clean when you move in but is not. I move from one apt to another left the one way cleaner then it was when moving in and was charged for a little lint on the dryer door. We should be able to have a check list of all they didnt clean and take it of the rent.

Been living here for about 2 years now and am enjoying it so far, the staff are nice and the maintenance takes care of the property well. The only thing that didnt get them a t star is that the cost keeps going up...

Lived here for over 2yrs loved it very nice, good neighbors, office was always able to help with any problems we had. The events hosted by the office were always fun and made living there that much better.

Came here for a self-guided tour yesterday. The area looks nice. However, the apartment complex itself didn’t seem to be well maintained. There was dog poop everywhere in the grass area next to the main pool area. People living there seemed nice and friendly. Read another review below regarding seeing a dead cockroach. I don’t know if it’s referring to the same apartment number I saw but I saw one too. I don’t think I will be signing a lease here.

Cant speak to any experience living here but I showed up for a self guided tour (nice for pandemic) and spotted a dead cockroach in the kitchen sink. Apartments looked decent otherwise.

I was approached in the apartment complex parking lot by a man with a shopping cart. He was standing outside my car door asking me questions and being aggressive: It seemed he was escalating. I eased back into my vehicle and went to the office where I was told by the three office women it was my place to contact the police and report the incident. As I was reporting the incident the man with the shopping cart walked by and I identified him. They made it very clear that anything the happens on the property was not of interest to the manager or office staff. I feel concerned for my friend who has to live in this community.

I think the value of the place is good. Office staff helpful and receptive to your requests. . Great location, everything is near by. I enjoy living here. I have no complaints.

Although weve only lived here a week, so far our experience has been fantastic! Destiny in leasing has been SO helpful! Wed heard a couple negative comments about maintenance, but the workman who came to our apartment was prompt & knowledgeable. We moved from out of state and rented online. But we love our apartment, although its the traditional (unrenovated) 2/2 - very spacious and reasonable rent. The pool is fabulous! Wed recommend Centerpoint enthusiastically!

I just recently visited CentrePoint apartments and fell in love instantly. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Destiny Felix answered every question I had on my list and made sure she could find something that would work for me, my boyfriend, and my dog. Destiny, along with the rest of management are very helpful and made this process super easy!

10 STARS! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been living here over a year now and the living experience has been wonderful. Cynthia and Genesis are fantastic and kind managers. The apartments are absolutely stunning, newly renovated, washers & dryers, BEAUTIFUL pool (its my favorite place to go). Also got a gym, home office, nice lobby, beautiful landscape. Cynthia helped me carry a heavy package I got today, so wonderful customer service in every way! Highly recommend!

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and had a good experience and extended my lease. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. The office staff was good, compared to staff at other apartments I have lived with (they were friendly, competent and reasonable). Nicole, the manager was reasonable to work with. Maintenance was professional and usually came within 48 hours (although I had relatively few issues.) The big pool was also very nice, especially on the week days when it was mostly empty. There are a lot of families and children that live at the complex. It is close to the I-10, Target, Frys, Costco, Tucson Mall, library, Sheriffs Station, Fire Department, and LA fitness and a walking trail.The grounds were well maintained. There was grass and palm trees which looked nice. I also thought it was very quite and that the walls were adequately thick so that I never heard/was disturbed by neighbors, note- I did live on the second floor. Although people have dogs at the apartment, they did not bother me or disturb me with barking.After two years I would have continued to live there (if I hadnt had to move out of state for work) but I would recommend it to a friend who wanted to live in the North West Tucson area.Hope this helps!

Have been calling for the past 3 days and leaving messages for a call back about leasing an apartment here.. unable to go to the front office because of the lockdown and still have yet to receive a call back.. very unprofessional.

Have only lived here for about a year, they wanted to increase rent by nearly $300 (!) just looked at an apartment website that shows our unit available for less (although still a large increase) - feels like they just want to get rid of us, and weve always paid on time.We asked if they could work with us on bringing the cost lower (so we dont have to move, and they keep a good tenant) but they were unwilling to work with us.I dont recommend this place at all, theyll just bump up your rent by a large amount and hope you wont want to move and pay the ransom, its ridiculous.

We visit our people there. Not my style of apartments but they are very roomy. The grounds are ver well kept and they have an awesome pool and workout room.

Quite nice place in nice area especially if you are staying on 2nd floor so nobody lives above you because if you staying in 1st floor and have a neighbour that is not a cat or hamster then you might have a problem with a noise coming from above. Good pools and hot tubes. Area is well maintained. In the office always helpful people.

Current management is awesome, lived here over 6 years and even moved within the apt complex. These guys make it a community and truly dont chase every cent they can take from you, they are out there to help and be accommodating as possible. Im moving because I have to go to another state, but when Im back for sure I will live here again :) ps they have like a mini dog park, gym, and grass is always green, maintenance is friendly and have been the same guys for years

Best apartments I have ever lived in! I would have stayed but my Roommate couldnt. Management was overall fair, Carina is an exceptional leasing manager. They resolved issues reasonably fast. Pool areas were nice and well maintained. The only negative things I have to say were the thin floors, the assigned parking space was unreasonably far. But having said that, CentrePoint Apartments are the best apartments I ever lived in since moving to Tucson in 2011

I was very impressed with how helpful the leasing office was. I called a number of complexes and this was the ONLY office willing to do a FaceTime tour (I relocated cross-country and could not make an in-person property visit). I was shown the apartment models AND the entire property, including amenities. CentrePoint staff was incredibly accommodating and very responsive to my numerous e-mails, answering every question thoroughly and promptly. It was nerve-racking having to choose a home without seeing it first and they made the process easy and stress-free. Looking forward to being a long-time resident.

Ive lived here for a few yrs already. Property is nice, needs a few maintenance upgrades but what property doesnt thats not completely new. Been through both old and new management, which we recently received a new property manager who is much better than what we had. Nicole and Genesis have been awesome. Love the area close to everything, oro valley, lots of businesses/stores, schools, etc. Because of the recent changes we agreed to another year

The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. The pools are clean and delightful. Lived here for 2 years. Was a pretty good place to live even though the maintainence guy would dismiss problems and the staff in general was useless for most anything. Then they tried to raise rent by $160 a month for no reason. Screw this place for trying to jack up the price for what is still an average place for the area. I recommend finding somewhere nicer that costs less. Thats what I did and it wasnt hard.

The staff here are truly amazing! I was scheduled for move in on the 12th of July. I had my lease signed and all of my fees paid even rent for the rest of the month. Well unfortunately I had a financial crisis on that day and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to afford my apartment anymore. Anyways I called and Cinthia and her manager were very helpful in getting me out of my lease and a refund for all the money I had paid! Also this apartment complex is gorgeous!! I highly recommend!

The location is great, the property is nice. Ive been here only a couple months and the office people during the week never answer or return your calls or emails that I have sent them. Since Ive been here Ive had nothing but problems with my apartment and things going wrong. Things that are considered an emergency like my 2nd bathroom now over flooding the entire bathroom and having to turn the water off the office thinks its not because I have another bathroom that myself and my 4 children are supposed to use until maintenance comes the next day because they are not on-site which I was told at move in that maintenance is 24 hours and live on the property. Either they dont show up or they dont show up during the time frame given. There is 1 maintenance guy that I think is pretty good and comes and gets things done. The girls on the weekends are the only ones who call back and make sure that things in the apartment get fixed as far as. Maintenance orders. A few days into moving in I had my master bathroom flood severely into my kitchen, living room and room after I had let the office and maintenance know that the bathrooms had been plugging up and flowing over and nothing was done until the day my bathroom over flooded at 5am in the morning and would not stop. I sent emails about being reimbursed on my electric because due to them not looking into the problem when it was reported, they had to use 3 hug fans over the entire weekend to dry my carpets making my electric sky rocket to just a few dollars short of 200 bucks. I also ask for my mattress to be replaced and was told it would not be a problem at all but management has to do it because it was damaged from the water and I have yet to receive an email back or phone to get this taken care of. My alarm was never set up when I moved in and just got done a few days ago, my dryer was never hooked up when I moved in, and still more on the walk thru paper that was returned to the office after move in that has yet to be taken care of. For the price that is paid for my 2 bedroom monthly I am very dissatisfied with this apartment complex and some of the front office staff and all but 1 maintenance guy. I have seen so many people move out in the last couple weeks and have spoken to some residents who have been here longer and they have nothing good to say about the front office, which is fairly new Im told.

They want $177 a month more to renew my lease. This is for an apartment that has not been upgraded. In fact, the microwave was made in 1995, and doesnt even have a turntable!Ive had roaches, the refrigerator died, the microwave died, I can still see sunlight around the front door because they wont fix the door jam - instead there are 2 striker plates so the door will latch!Maybe instead of jacking up my rent or forcing me to move, they could turn the sprinklers off when it rains. I really hate moving, but an extra $177 a month is ridiculous, for an apartment with appliances from the last century...

My car got broken into 4 times within the past 6 months and when I called to report it after the second time I was informed the “courtesy patrol” was off duty that night.

So far my experience has been the best. i asked for a fan in my kids room and they installed the same day. the facility is really clean and safe. the ladies in the front office are awesome and really helpfull. this is my first time renting an appartment and there help was the selling point. im really pleased so far. i would really recommend it

I came in yesterday after spending all day looking at apartments. Honestly I was frustrated and about to call it quits. Cinthia and the staff in the office here took their time to show me around and answer all of my questions. They really helped me out when I was pretty frazzled. Just moved in about three weeks ago and so far our experience has been beyond upsetting. All Appliances were suppose to have been “deep cleaned” before move in, yet each appliance (washer, dryer, tub, dish washer, microwave, stove top) has been disgusting with dirt dead bugs and everything. In addition, the drawers and light fixtures had bugs and dirt as well. The kitchen cabinets had brown goop from God knows what. We begun tackling the cleaning ourselves but once we saw how dirty the washer and dryer was we put in a work order, and they said they would be there but didn’t show up so we had to call again. Then when they came to clean it (days after the work order was put in) they didn’t clean it completely and we had to finish cleaning it ourselves anyway. It’s been three weeks and we still haven’t been able to finish the amount of cleaning that our apartment required, I can’t stress how upset this whole experience has been for us. If you’re considering moving here, make sure to hire a maid service since the people here will not have it clean for you when you move in, despite the high rent prices.

Im so freaking done with these apartments... Been here for more than 3 years and almost 6 months ago a new property bought it out and brought stupid leasing agents that served us an EVICTION NOTICE when we paid our rent! When I went in to go find out what was happening they had our money orders with ALL the other money orders, just never entered them! Okay. If you are going to serve an eviction notice with a scheduled court date and all, dont you think you would at least double check or call us!! Not too mention we were never notified that our prorated rent from transfering back in April was used as cleaning costs and now we owe them over $200 and have had a freaking work order for our garbage disposal for almost two weeks and no one has cane out! The manager is a snobby brat who sits on her butt all day long and doesnt help you with a single thing, not to mention the other two leasing consultants who blame one another for their mistakes or always throw you that Only the manger can help you with that. Which is almost always untrue and the manager wouldnt help with crap regardless!! Ive talked with many different residents who have been here way longer than I have, some 15 years + and they too are done with this place! They never answer their phone, so you go in to talk to them and you are left waiting sometimes more than an hour!DO NOT LEASE AN APARTMENT WITH CENTREPOINT! THEY MAY BE BEAUTIFUL ON THE OUTSIDE, BUT LOOKS ARE DECEIVING!

Ive never wrote a review ever in my life, so i hope that speaks volumes to whomever reads this....this property should be shut down and once the buildings have been remodeled and professional, quality staff has been employed, then should it conduct business. Office staff hard to deal with including property managerand i use that term loosely, this woman has the position and that title alone, but nothing more. Very unprofessional,unresponsive, uncaring and frankly an unapologetic way of being an conducting business in the sense of....its your problem not mine, i just work here, have a nice day! Issues after issues since moving in, from extremely noisy neighbors, to appliances,toilets, doors you name it not working and might i add we have the newly remodeled apartment...i can only imagine the older versions. To the bathroom overflowing twice. To the toilets constantly getting clogged, despite only having liquid in them...to the toilet flushing by itself and then filling up to the top and spilling all over the floor. I think i maight have an idea of what could be the issue here.....the infestation of cockroaches they have at this property. If any of what Ive said so far did not stike a nerve well i hope this will. Cockroaches coming out of the bathtubs, bathroom sinks, kitchen sink, bedrooms pretty much everywhere. Despite having the property pest control come out and fumigate twice and going threw Raid spray like its going out of style. Ill get relief temporarily from this problem but its only temporary. Of course if it were up to me Id want pest control to visit until the issue was resolved but like i said....the front office staff frankly just doesnt care. You can call and think youll see the pest company on the date stated, but you my friend will wait in vain, or will have to jump through hoops of fire to get them to come out. Thats what i had to do both times they came by. So i got tired of waiting, went to the store and stocked up on Raid. If it was simple enough to move to a different apparent in this complex i would have. However property management stated Id be charged a fee! Imagine that....you move into a cockroach infested apartment and you are told youll pay a fee to move to another one. I figured my efforts might be to waste anyhow, after talking to neighbors while out and about on the property they stated cockroaches are an issue theyve had as well along with a long list of the other issues Ive had. They also received the same response i did by property staff. Tried reaching corporate to chit chat with them about the lovely apartment complex they run, but of course did not get a response. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE IN TO THESE APARTMENTS. I am literally paying over a thousand dollars i repeat over a thousand dollars for a two bedroom, cockroach infested, broken down apartment. Extremely upsetting to think about, let alone be in the situation. So learn from me and take your business elsewhere.

My family and I have lived in this apartment for almost a year now. We actually enjoy living here. The new management is alright dont really know then so I cannot say too much on that but the management before, the ladies were pretty cool. No serious problems yet has happened in the apartment yet just a couple huge water bugs. As for maintenance, they are pretty fast at requests but I do have to say that Jesus in maintenance has fixed a couple things in my apartment and he does such an amazing job each time that I dont have to request for it to be fixed another time like I had to do with every other maintenance man here. For now on I will request for him to fix things in my apartment.

SO DONE WITH THIS PLACE! Ive lived in the same unit for almost 2 years and have had problems with old and new management. The AC in my apartment has broken down 4 TIMES and has taken forever to fix every single time. MY APARTMENT HAS BEEN 90 DEGREES FOR THE LAST 12 HOURS! Ive had to call the office and maintenance 5 times today and nobody has been by to look into this issue. This is all along with trash and tree trimming everywhere. The apartments are nice and the location is great but they are NOT worth the money you pay to live in a 90 degree department with a team of employees that neglect their tenants. Not awesome at all. Do yourself a favor and move across the street to domain.

It’s hard to find the words to explain how much I loathed living in this apartment complex, but I will do my best to save you the time, the misery, and especially the money.As soon as you sign a lease at Centrepoint Apartments (now owned by Mission Rock), you are signing away your life with no personal rights as a tenant. If you do not like maintenance and construction crews working outside your doors at 7:00 in the morning, this place is not for you. If you do not want entry notices that were not fulfilled and consistently moved for days on end, this place is not for you. Also, don’t plan on having anyone come to visit you, because you’re only allowed one covered parking spot and there’s never any open uncovered spots for guests, except for in the back of the complex.Living in this apartment complex has been nothing but a money pit. When I signed my lease it was owned by a different company. Now that it is owned by Mission Rock, rents are increasing by hundreds of dollars a month, and that doesn’t include water, trash and sewer. When you finally realize how much of a scam this apartment complex is and want to get out, you will be nickeled and dimed for everything little thing. Even if you clean your apartment to perfection and use a professional carpet cleaner, you will still be charged hundreds of dollars for cleaning costs. Even though a light fixture on the ceiling broke from the roofers banging on the roof for more than a week, you’re still the one that has to pay.Everything about the complex seems like a great place on the surface. The pools are nice, there’s not a lot of people that use the gym, and it’s in a good location on the northwest side. But looks are deceiving and there are MANY places you’ll be able to find in the same area that are cheaper, have nicer employees that have an invested interest in your well being, and not money hungry. Learn from my mistakes.

Worse apartment ever, walls and floors are paper thin. Parking is assigned so far from your assigned apartment that its not worth having covered parking. Lived there for 2 years and had a horrible experience. Bath tub leaked and had cracks all over it, prior to my move-in date, they just patched it up very generically. Within 4 months of living there, it leaked everywhere, it took them 2 months to resurface the tub, so I literally had a 2bdrm/1bath, no discounts to my rent were applied. The appliances are super old, we had dishwasher and stove replaced 2 times in one year and both times it took them weeks to get the job done. The maintenance supervisor, is a joke and the office people are rude. I can only say, stay away if you can, its to your benefit. Im glad we are no longer there after we completed our lease. Also, some buildings are infested with roaches, my friend nearby told me she had her apartment sprayed 11 times by pest control and they were still coming out from the master bathroom cabinet and walls.

This has been the worst experience living in an apartment complex. The A.C. unit has stopped working multiple times in the middle of the summer and no one from management seems to care, they are rude and neglect their tenants

Worst apartment we have lived in. The dogs bark ALL night they leave dogs outside on the patios we have made many complaints. The kids can not play in the grass around the apartment because of all the dog poop. They have nothing better to do than drive around looking at the cars to see if they are to their standards or have up to date plates. The maintenance is actually pretty good. There are TONS of teenagers from the nearby neighborhood and in the complex walking around messing with cars, patios and the lights around the complex. Our x-mas lights got stolen off the porch last year. You can hear every sound through the walls from snoring to talking to every time the neighbor takes a shower. The walls are very thin and do not live on the bottom it sound like elephants when they walk upstairs. When you want to move out you have to give a 60 day notice which they remind you of a week in a half before your lease is up. I think thats about it..!

Like others on here, this is the first review I have ever written. I was on Centrepoint Apts. website getting some info for a friend I was referring to get an apt. and was really surprised at all the hullabaloo written about this place I have called home for many many years on and off. NUMBER 1 and MOST importantly this place is NOT infested with cockroaches, if it were there would be no way on Gods green earth that I would be here. They are my biggest phobia!! And speaking of Gods green earth, the grounds here are beautiful and well taken care of. As far as getting repair orders taken care of I again have had no problems. They have fixed it that day or the next except for a couple of times when my request was not an emergency and there a/c units out in other apts.. As much as I wanted my jacked up kitchen drawer and my dryer fixed, I didnt think it was unreasonable that they were fixing other tenants a/c units first so they they didnt shrivel up and die in Tucsons unreasonably wicked summer heat. I have moved in and out of Centrepoint Apts. a few times because I have moved out of state but I always come back and I have NEVER been nickel and dimed upon move out. Any deduction taken from my deposit was legit. Last but certainly not least is the staff here, they are awesome. Very friendly, professional and helpful. So if youre looking for an apt. on the NW side of Tucson come check out Centrepoint Apts. for yourself. I love it here!

I dont give this place any stars, I dont ever write review but people need to know what a scam this place is and how they nickle and dime you for everything amd all the secret vharges they dont tell you when you sign a lease ! the management is only in it to take your money and increase your rent 100 of dollars after your first year. And when there is something wrong with your apartment they dont care . Management sucks here and they dont care about anything that you tell them . If you have an emergency and call their emergency number after hours no one answers. And if you think youll get a deposit back from this place they keep it and lie about charges . My advice would be to not move here and if you do document everything and take copys and pictures of everything before and after you move in or out ! This was the worst place I have ever been too . DONT MOVE HERE !!!!!!

If you like hidden fees, unresponsive management and overpriced apartments then this is the place for you.evwr since mission rock took over its been terrible. Ive been a resident here for 4 years and cant wait to leave. Its a nice location but this new company is a joke. It got so bad the residents started a petition to remove the old manager. She is gone now but the new manager is just as bad. Go somewhere else. I see where a Sara responds to these post and leaves a contact number, I wonder if she would return a call. Doubt it thought since no one else seems to respond.

The new property manager is truly helpful and always nice and professional.

I almost never write reviews, but I feel like everyone needs to know about this place. Management is awful and unresponsive. The A/C went out in the middle of summer and it was days before we could even get a response. The pricing went up every year. They constantly have grounds crews doing loud yard work or repairs before 7am. Theres no guest parking. There were domestic violence issues next to us -- not the apartments fault, but still. I would not reccomend Center Point at all.

Lived there for over two years was never late on rent. Moved out got changed over 100 dollars in late fees shampooing of carpet and other fees. Only gave me $75 of security deposit back. Apartment was left almost spotless just normal foot traffic. Never wore shoes inside. Windows are single pane doors arent even close to plum with large gaps letting air out. Ac runs more then it should. Mantainence just put a bandaid on it that didnt help. Only nice thing is the area.

The way the office deals with emergencies is unacceptable. My experience here was horrifying because I wasted much of my time trying to get management involved with a hole in my living room space that started from a leak. Almost two months later when they finally went to look at it, they just looked at it, then it took them a long time to come fix it, then it wasn’t even properly fixed, and it was an inconvenience to have to move my furniture and clean up after them because everything was covered in thick dust and my rug was wet from leaking. As a college student this certainly affected every day I lived under these dangerous conditions. This is my first apartment and I did not expect to have so much trouble in “luxury” apartments. The bottom of my kitchen cabinet would fall off, as well as the bathroom cabinets and towel bar, and the worst part was that they would come fix it, do a poor job, and I would have to make another maintenance call. Also you can always here the bottom neighbors slamming their door, and patio glass door or their pets barking. Hot water in the shower sucks. The gym is nice, the pool area is relaxing.

Horrible place to live. Awful service and Office Staff are not helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone

I live here and there is nothing but problems everytime you close your eyes, I see cars being taged for expired tags at least some cars not ones when thy like the people because some never get taged and if they do never towed.and there is other things as well.when we moved in the carpet was not shampooed and we had to scrub it ourselves (it was nasty the scrubber picked up dog hair from at least 3 other dogs and the water was black) the apartment wasnt clean and kinda smelled funky. all i can say is really looked around before you sign on the dotted line. PS there is aproblem with the dog poop some people dont think they should pick it up,

Lived in these apartments for just one month and to welcome me, the manager kicked me out of the pool for wearing basketball shorts! Really! Her excuse is that they have some chemical that is not good for pool balance. She doesnt know the brand, where I bought them or what the are made of. Do not move here!

Beautiful living

Terrible... sneaky clauses in the leases and the new management is terrible... you can tell they barely have a high school education.

Management is horrible! They are never there even during business hours. Try to call the property manager and leave phone messages and emails and never get a call back.

They are friendly at the beginning but after you sign the lease they dont care anymore,

The management is horrible and the manger has an attitude, its ridiculously expenaive plus dog poop everywhere
