I have lived at 1W for 2 years and counting. The management here is perfect. Crystal and her team have been so understanding and helpful ever since I first moved in. The maintenance team is very helpful and quick to address any issues. Living in 1W has been very pleasant and I never had any noise related issues living here. Highly recommend this place.

Luxurious living in the middle of downtown. We have loved our space in the city center. Though everything around you is busy, stepping into the building and your apartment is like a breath of fresh air. The staff has been incredible. They are so consistent and helpful in all they do. I love the constant communication of the different building announcements and activities.

One West Broadway is a great place to live downtown. It is far enough away from all the noise that comes with the downtown nightlife yet close enough to walk just about anywhere you need to go. The building is clean and well-decorated, with great amenities such as the rooftop deck and the 1E lounge area. The staff are all very friendly, responsive, and helpful; they really go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible living here. Obviously it is not the cheapest place to live in Tucson, but the quality of the apartment, amenities, and location make it worth the price.

Great place to be. The buildings are beautiful and clean, and being able to walk or hop on the street car without hassle almost anywhere is so great. Friendly and kind staff, and makes you feel cared for.

One West is an amazing place to live in downtown Tucson. Its just a few minutes walk from everything in downtown Tucson including 4th Ave. The apartments are very spacious and clean. The Kitchen has new stainless appliances and large open marble counters. The staff at One West are so friendly and helpful and respond to questions or issues very quickly, I have never waited over a day to hear back from them. They allows dogs and have a great rooftop to take them too with a great view of the surrounding area and a pet relief area. I have loved living here and would recommend One West Apartments to anyone looking to live in downtown Tucson.

Beautiful facade marred by poor management and cheap wood frame stucco building. Can hear the sounds of downtown, which is to be expected, but also the slightest sounds of your neighbors. The property manager has lost a lot of key staff over the last year...I wonder why? Expect your rent to increase every year with the inflated downtown Tucson market. Would not recommend.

I have been living here for almost a year. This is the only place I have lived in Tucson and it has been great. Super close to all the restaurants, coffee shops and bars. The building managers are super responsive and all issues have been taken care of very quickly. It is a little on the expensive side for Tucson but I would recommend it.

Great Location very close to downtown action. Clean common areas and parking. Only complaint is there is so much new construction around and the garbage trucks come at about 5:30am every morning. Otherwise, nice upscale place. Pricey, but nice.

I lived here for a little under two years and cant tell you how much I loved it. Great neighbors, great location, and great service from the property managers. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking to experience downtown living.
