I moved in October 2019 and had a leaking sink till fixed dec 21 2019,not good my stove is broken x 2 mos. And needs 500.00 usds in repairs my refrigerator is held shut with a board.our wifi was turned off mos ago. Heating and cooling isverry poor. Come see not where anyone wants to o be.

I wanted to write this review because it has come apparent how much I miss this apartment complex as soon as I move. I lived here with my mom for I believe over 11 years. Well my mom has been there that long, but this complex has always been consistent and attentive to their residents. Is a very peaceful place to live. There have been many managers but Ray the maintenance worker has been there for a very long time. Ray is a very good person like others have mentioned. He has looked after my mom and helped my elderly mom when he could, cared about me and my growth in life, and is still the sweetest to my two kids. Very good staff here, and is a really nice place to live 🙂

This place is good. My buddy and I moved in a couple months ago, and it was a little strenuous with the move-in stipulations under the temporary landlord, Jonathon, but Cassie (the landlord now) is great. Shes on top of her game and makes the process of living here a breeze. I owe a lot of thanks to her for being steadfast in her job. The maintenance man, Ray, is also an awesome person to have here at the apartments to take care of repairs. So far, so good!

This review is a little late! I stayed at Ft. Lowell Apartments for few months during 2015 (Feb till April). I had to move back to India for personal reasons after that, but my stay was very good. My residence was on the upper floor (2nd from the left, i think). It was clean, and other than a leaky pipe once, I had no problems at the site. But I am writing this review because of the staff. I would like to thank the staff for being every helpful (especially the lady in the office during the time I had to move out). I am sorry I dont remember her name (maybe check the records), but I want to thank her. She helped find people to rent out my apartment since I had to move back home immediately. Ft. Lowell did not charge me a fee because of that. I am grateful for their understanding. Finally and most importantly, I want to thank Ray. He was incredibly nice and helpful. He even helped me take my stuff to the FedEx office after his shift since I did not own a car/truck to transport all my stuff. Ray, if you are reading this, please accept my (somewhat delayed) thanks. If I ever make it back to Tucson, I will be sure to give you the beer I owe you! Thank you so much for all the help! Id be happy to give my review elsewhere if you need it, too!

I am the fort lowell apt resident. This is the best and cheapest apartment. A lot of families are living here. I feel it is the safe place to live. Apt is more spacious. There are lot of resources including covered parking, swimming pool.. I love this place very much.

Just moved in... About a month ago and everything went really smooth! Very good communication with The staff! Concierge is doing an amazing job! Always there to help you if you need anything! Really enjoy living here( not to loud and good affordable price appartment :)
