Overall I enjoyed living here. My biggest issue was parking. If you only have one car per apartment then you are you fine as you can just park on the reserved space. If you have more than one car prepare to have to fight for uncovered spots or park a ways away from your apartment on occasion and there are people parking in the handicap spots. The move out process was fine and I feel like what I was charged for at move out was fair. When I had any maintenance requests things were fixed in a timely manner and anytime I needed to speak with the office staff they were polite.

Update:: Limited parking, Couple of cars are parked in uncovered parking long term making it hard for others to find parking. When letting the front know I was told as long as the tags are updated and runs the owner can leave it in one spot. One car has been parked in the same spot since at least December of 2020.Front gate has never works at least since October 2018.

Over priced for what you live in yes they are nice and decent but not worth over 1000. Office staff and maintenance take a lifetime to get something fixed and done which I dont understand especially when paying a decent price for rent!! Kids always running the streets with no adults. I definitely wont be extending my lease here.

I do like living here and I love the view I have from my porch . I wish they kept the pool open all the time! My sister got towed on her birthday when they painted a new fire zone line we didnt notice. Obviously they have MINIMAL parking, very insufficient. A lot of time I come home at night to NO lights for the stairs, dangerous and very inconvenient.

I am very tired of the parking lot situation. No where to park. Way to many vistors and no space. Always a bunch of kids in the gym and its never completely clean. Do not move here. Rent is over priced and the main gate is open to the public. Which means anyone can enter the complex. I repeat. Do not move here. Multiple owners in the past year that do not know what they are doing. Save your money and time.

Overall the response to maintenance requests is pretty consistent and the maintenance staff are all professional. That front gate to the complex is another story......Ive been here 2 years and seen it actually closed and working a hand full of times. Update.......the gate issue is not the Management problem, seems to be residents and/or guest dont know how to drive or lack patience to allow the gate to open or close as intended. Add another star....⭐

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over a year and will not be renewing my lease. The neighbors who moved in next door have 2 small aggressive dogs that have lunged at my two children and my Husband and I on several occasions. I told the apartment manager megan and she did not seem to care at all, even though there are children involved. The neighbor and her aggressive dogs are still living next door to us. megan told me that we could move to a different apartment if we don’t want to be in the apartment next to this neighbor, even though we lived here before them and have never had any issues with our surrounding neighbors. When I asked what they would do if these dogs bit one of us megan said she would talk to their lawyers and find out, and never got back to me. We’re so frustrated with the situation that we finally agreed to move apartments but when I called the front office megan told me that there was a complaint made on us for slamming our patio door and told me that she wasn’t going to let us change apartments because we might upset our new neighbors. It seems to me that this manager is playing childish games with us. Today is Thursday and this alleged complaint was made on Tuesday but megan just now decides to bring it up when I call to inquire about switching apartments. When my Husband asked why she waited two days to tell us her response was that she doesn’t have to let us know when a complaint is made against us. Well if you plan on holding this complaint against us so you can go back on your word that we can switch apartments I do think we have the right to know when a complaint is made especially because the complaint came from the neighbor who has the aggressive dogs. Also, Maintenence told us the wheels on our patio door are worn down so we can’t even slam our door because it has to be lifted and then pulled shut because it gets stuck. What the hell is wrong with this so called Manager? Our children’s safety is at stake here but all she cares about is a complaint that was made by my neighbors about a sliding door being closed to loudly, but our children’s safety means nothing? When my Husband told Megan that we’re under a lot of stress because of this situation she told him that we could terminate our lease, really? So that’s not a solution, that would just create more stress for us megan. There was an email sent out to the tenants one day about a lost cat that they were so concerned about but concerns about us and our children being bitten fell on deaf ears and were shrugged off. So the aggressive dogs stay and we’re forced to deal with the fact that our children cannot play on the front porch or sit on the stairs to enjoy a nice afternoon or ride their bikes near our apartment because the neighbor will walk out with her dogs on extended leashes no mussels and can bite them but by all means worry about the sliding door that was shut to loudly. We pay a lot of money to live here and this is not how a family should be treated just because we want to keep ourselves and our children safe. We’re being punished because were concerned parents. It seems that this is a huge inconvenience for the office staff but they need to understand that our lives have been negatively affected, we didn’t ask for this to happen to us. I hope someone other than megan helps us come to a resolution for the rest of our time here, so we can enjoy the apartment that we pay good money for .

I was pretty happy with this place a year ago; even gave it 5 stars, but I cant give this place a good review anymore.Parking is a disaster; visitor spots are almost always full, especially around our apartment building. Have to park about a few spaces away from my own apartment every night. Tonight, this is the fourth time our assigned covered spot has been taken and we have to wait until morning for the car to be towed, which results in the cars parked there never getting towed. They use to have vacant parking, covered spots that werent claimed when certain apartments were open. However, they just disappeared without explanation and now there are empty covered spots, but we cant park in them without risking getting towed. They use to give us monthly updates. First it was delivered to our apartment and then it was posted by the mailboxes. Now theres nothing. I thought they would update us on their website when we go to pay, but nothing.

Well, I have officially lived here for one year now. It was amid changing owners when I got here and has changed owners again. So, my experience may not match my future experience since management has changed in the last few months. I am essentially a hermit so bare that in mind.I feel safe here. There is that. I have never felt any sort of hostility here though there was that one altercation I saw with a drunk lady and her mother but that was sorted out peacefully. I don’t think they live around here anymore.I don’t have a car yet, but parking could be a hassle. While there is assigned parking and guests are to park in uncovered spots. Residents consistently park in the uncovered spots closest to their buildings.I haven’t tried the pool yet what with the pandemic and all, but It looks nice from a distance. The place is clean enough, they have regular grounds upkeep. The one problem that is consistent is the dumpsters get overfilled very fast and especially the day after holidays. The largest problem in the past was the water and its quality. The tap water ranged from plain nasty to “this should not taste like pancake batter and I want to throw up.” It was shut off about 6 times last year. But I think, the problems have been sorted as the water quality does appear to have gotten a little better. Still I order Sparkletts.I don’t have pest problems, there are a few stray cats, but they seem nice. I saw a lizard once it was great. Maintenance has responded quickly and taken care of my needs with few issues. Air conditioning works and is very nice. There is a front gate… they tried to make it work… its still a work in progress. I have heard though that the reason it failed last time they started using it was not due to any problems with management but with residents not knowing how gates work.Location wise it is across from the school which can make traffic an issue but not huge. It is down the street from a gas station and further down is a walgreens so you can be pretty chill in this area.I will say, structure wise. I despise the fact my view is the building across from me, but I get what I paid for. Other then that the walls are not very soundproof. I know when the guy upstairs gets home and when he wakes up. I can hear people closing cabinet doors in their kitchen. Lately the pipes are making noise too as though someone was hitting them or something but that maybe a pressure thing. The only other flaw I would point out is my actual front door. The gap at the bottom is noticeable and the door handle isn’t installed quite right as you can see a gap in it and the wood. Doesn’t worry me as the place seems safe and I am a hermit who is almost always home and I am a biter when cornered. But still if I had a kid living here I would likely ask the door handle be a bit sturdier though the deadlock is fine. That is my over all assessment of the place. I just moved to Arizona so this is my first place here so I don’t have anything to compare it too. Management is quite nice and friendly and answer the phone and emails. I would say especially if you have kids going to school across the street go on and live here it is a decent place. I would be concerned if this place changes owners for a forth time as that sort of ownership turnover rate can’t be a good sign of something. But with the pandemic being what it is, hard to say what all the reasons are.So, there you go. For me and my experience it is a good place, Management is still fresh and new. The buildings are sturdy but aged. I am happy to be here. Once I have a car I might complain if people take my assigned spot but that’s a bridge about four months into the future.

But I was still able to move in my stuff as long as some of my stuff was on the kitchen and bathroom tile floor for the next day as they will get the new carpet in for an hour. And the next day I went out to finish the last of my moving stuff and the new carpet was done and it looked wonderful. Either than that on the moving day, everything else is pretty amazing here. Update: I am updating my 4 star review to a 5 star. Since the new owners and management team have taken over this place has dramatically improved. Living through all the construction and remodeling has been a little difficult at times. But all of the improvements are greatly appreciated. Val and her team are fantastic!Old review:I moved here 2 years ago with the thought of planned downsizing. Have older teenagers one just left the nest and joined the ARMY and the other is just about to move on with his life. I thought the high school across the street would be a great idea. After living in a home for my entire adult life, it took a while to get use to community living. I agree with a lot of the posts before mine, however people with whom live here also have to take personal responsibility to clean up after themselves & respect there homes / property / neighbors / ect. I am excited to see what the third year will bring with new ownership. I have seen several projects in progress and hopeful for the future. Overall if your motivation is to live in the Northwest and keep your kids in good schools. Just expect the normal atmosphere of apartment living. You get a wide variety of people all with whom may not have the same priorities as you. Whenever I have needed the management to help with repairs or any other issue they have always been on top of it.

I’ve lived here for four leases and this will be my last one. Living at Crescent Ridge is far from luxury. The monthly rent is rather high for the quality and the size of the apartments. It is as if the residents are paying for the new paint job and gravel. All of the appliances in my apartment are old and worn out. The kitchen is very small and there is not a lot of storage unless you want to take up space in the “dining room” and put in some shelves. When I lived here alone, it seemed like plenty of space. However, I have a little family now and it has become cramped. The master bedroom can barely fit a king sized bed and the second bedroom is not very spacious. The community as a whole is also less than luxurious. Neighbors do not pick up dog poop and leave their garbage sitting outside of the dumpster. Several neighbors have very loud trucks that rev up at 5:30am. Parking is awful and keeps getting worse, especially if you are a family with more than one vehicle. Don’t expect to find ANY open parking if it is after 6pm. The gate at the front has never worked since I’ve moved in, even after being given a gate key (and spending a non-refundable $25 to get an extra one.)I do appreciate several changes to the management and the maintenance crew. There are now notifications for packages and an occasional mass text if the water is being shut off. Maintenance appears more professional and knowledgeable. My only concern is every time I leave a message on the maintenance line, it somehow never gets received. It’s decent living if you are okay with mediocre and look for the silver lining in things. But after four years, personally, I cannot wait for my lease to be up.

Every other bad review seen here is spot on so I dont have to say much that doesnt validate the poor ratings this place gets. How its averaging over 2 stars blows my mind.My wife and I have been here for 3 months and its been awful since day 1. Dumpsters always piled high and flowing over for days on end, disgusting pools, and poor staff are just the beginning. We woke up at 6 am today to our water being shut off. Its 3pm now and there has been no communication whatsoever on what has happened or what the progress is. Just other tenants to inform you that the problem is still be worked on. Dont expect the office to answer the phone either. Our new home (2 bedroom apartment) was presented to us ready to move in, and our walk through was anything but pleasant. Stained and aged kitchen flooring, scuffed tile in the bathroom, a fridge that was dented all over in a way that appears as if someone took an angry bat to it, cigarette smoke tint on EVERYTHING, and pen/marker streaks all over the patio just to name a few...this place is labeled as luxury apartments, I still wonder what standards they look to for that title.Needless to say, we signed a short lease and are counting the days. No matter what your situation may be, do not fool yourself into thinking your living experience will be better. If you see a good review on this place, really look into it and see how credible it can possibly be.

We have had the same issues for months and months despite writing letters, calling corporate etc. our issues have gone unresolved. They have two pools. One in the back is disgusting, its green and never open. They dont properly maintain them so they are never open. The maintenance upkeep is a total joke - there is dog poop everywhere, they shut the water off with NO warning, kids run around unsupervised all hours of the day and night. The cops are always there, the neighbors are loud, the dumpsters all around the complex are completely full and overflowing, there is trash all over the grounds, I could go on and on. Think the photos are great? Reality is way different. Their idea of a gated community is a piece of rope holding the gate of a fence open. One sparkling pool is as green as Kermit the frog. The other doesnt do much sparkling either. The pet area is nothing more than a fenced in flea fest. The grassy areas are overgrown. The poopy bags are frequently empty - which means there is a heavy dog poo presence wherever you look/walk. The staff is incompetent - served us a 5-day non-payment of rent three days after we moved in and it didnt stop there. If you can live someplace else, I HIGHLY recommend you do.

I dont know if I would give Crescent Ridge a very good recommendation. If youre looking for a decent apartment in a decent area, this is the place for you. The front gates are almost never locked at night, which was a huge thing for me since my husband is in Afghanistan for the next year. The people in the front office were always trying to scam us for something. The moment I would get something that needed to be fixed (I.E. the sink, the heater, the shower, etc.) they would pretend like I didnt exist. I always had people parked in my spot and the management did nothing about it. Also, dont forget about the professional carpet cleaning you HAVE to have before you move out. If you dont? You get a HEFTY fee. There is always dog poop everywhere, the maintenance guys NEVER do anything, and they always have some kind of project going on that makes it impossible to get a decent nights sleep. We had sand, hunks of wood, rocks, and more weeds than you can imagine ALL OVER the walkway at the base of our stairs from the maintenance guys. After complaining every day for two straight weeks, it was finally cleaned up. In all, I would recommend just renting a house for the rent and fees youll pay here.

So apparently they just do whatever they want here. Got my 5 day notice. During a pandemic. Its not like Im new either, Ive lived here almost 5 years. But thats apparently not important at all. Highly incompetent management, even after new management took over. They have this $87 non-refundable bond they forced me to sign up for while moving in when I specifically asked for a $200 refundable deposit. They messed that up on moving in on my contract and was not handled later. Two and a half years later, even after the new management took over, they took the whole deposit without valid justification. These management companies are not resorting to legalized extortion. When I moved out 2.5 years later, they took the whole $200 deposit. They pro-rated rent for my move out only to have it $70 shorter, so thats rent money and then took the other $130 for cleaning and painting when I got billed. We, my wife and I live very clean and left the apartment impeccably clean. We even carpet cleaned the entire apartment and the left the carpet and walls spotless. I have no idea why they would take all $130 for cleaning and painting. We cleaned the appliances and even caught new oven tops for the oven, just to show how thorough we were. They are renovating their apartments ... off of my expense so it seems. My wife and I also took pictures and will use them to file a complain with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Chamber of Commerce. Its the reason why they refuse to do a walk-through when you hand over the apartment because they will justify it to themselves when you are not around and vampire your whole security deposit by a bill in the mail. The maintenance management is horrible. Never seen an apartment complex so bad at this. This is by far the worst I have ever seen. I had a hot water tap that broke where I cannot turn the tap or use it and reported it. It has been a week for them to fix and still have no hot water at my master bedroom. Also, I had the AC capacitor blow out. Maintenance responded a day later where this is by contract is considered to be an emergency maintenance as my apartment was 85 degrees Fahrenheit for two damn days. Their washer and dryer destroyed some very expensive shirts that I had as well.By taking with speaking with neighbors, many turned out as convicted felons that served time. Cops are always showing up at the apartment complex for a variety of issues, which doesnt make you feel very safe.Trash thrown everywhere and constant water leakages in the infrastructure spilling water on the roads.Again, I will file a complaint report with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) & the chamber of commerce.

Toured the Community to transfer to Cresent Ridge which is a sister property and was very impressed by the NEW TEAM! Valerie is one of the best managers that I have ever known when it comes to customer service and the maintenance team was very nice and when I asked what the turn around time was for a work order I was told usually within 24 hours unless its a emergency then its right away. Eddie the supervisor for maintanence was very nice too.

Living at Crescent Ridge is something I will always cherish. The apts are very spacious and very quiet compared to other apts I have lived in. The staff are so wonderful and they know you by name when you walk in. Whenever I had an issue with something it was taken care of right away. I can never say enough about how wonderful it was to live here. If I was to live in an apt again I will chose Crescent Ridge. A big Thank You to Val B. for making sure I was taken care of when I went in to talk to her about my situation. Cresent Ridge is the place to be where you will be treated as family not just another tenant.

Stay away from here. I have lived at Crescent Ridge for 5 years, and when we first moved here it was a very nice complex, but after ownership changes it has gone downhill. Allison-Shelton the current owners have allowed it to deteriorate rapidly in 2013.The police are constantly here, garbage will be piled up in dumpsters for more than a week, a month won’t go by without water running down the road inside the complex from a leak in the system. Your water will be turned off without notice during the repairs, and you will be dodging the huge potholes from the different spots the leaks have been that remain unpaved to see if the patch will hold. Drug use is rampant within the complex, and the grounds are covered with garbage, cigarette butts, dog poop, and beer cans and bottles. In January 2013 twenty cars were broken into by someone living right across from the leasing office. They stated that the break in was not committed by anyone living in the complex which proved not to be true.Maintenance doesn’t have time to fix anything as they are busy working on getting large numbers of empty apartments ready to rent because there is a mass exodus from Crescent Ridge.

When I moved here, I was not informed that for your cable provider, DirectTV through Century Link was your ONLY option. I see many people with Dish Network but was told today by Reanna that those people had it prior and that now it would be a waste of my time and theirs to call them out because they would not give them access to the wire room. Direct TV is way more expensive than Dish Network and still advertises low promotion rates that are expired and they will not honor them when asked. Wish I would have known this prior to moving in as Direct TV is probably one of the worst providers out there.

As many of you can probably see, I do not and have never written a review. I clearly feel strongly about the atmosphere at this complex.Val seems great at geeting back to people when they leave a raving review but wouldn’t bother if it was anything less. The service here seemed amazing at first. Until we had bagan to deal with Rihanna in the front office. Mediocre at best. Unfortunately we have had many issues since moving in here that have gone un- attended. My lease can’t end soon enough. To say the least I am uncomfortable living here, and feel as if we are not welcome and not valued as paying residents. Hopefully we see some sort of improvement as far as the attitude of the staff and their sense of urgency with pressing issues is concerned.Residents here are clearly not valued. And are seen as DOLLAR SIGNS. I would not reccomend living here until maybe they get their act together.

This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in and I have lived in some rough places. It is so dirty in the back of the complex, we chose a building close to the secondary pool so that our chdren could swim and we wouldnt have to walk to the from.Big Mistake. The pool was usable for maybe 2 weeks and then it was a swamp due to poor design, rain water and mud flooded the pool till you couldnt even see the bottom. Whats worse is that it was left to sit there and smell due to it being stagnant. The actual apartment we moved into has had to have so much work done to it because the property managers clearly dont give a darn. The maintenance people that fix stuff, dont care either Im pretty sure they carry around a was of gum and some duct tape in there tool box. Also I have an I cant son who I formula feed, so I need running water to make his bottles. Today, without warning, they shut off my water because my neighbor was having g something fixed!! Unreal. Please dont move her its just awful.

If you dont have concerns about mold destroying your health and the smell of trash and dog feces then give them a try, also maintenance is non existent and upstairs apartment must have serious water leak as its the cause of severe mold growing in my apartment. Toilet broken took 3 months to repair, leaky faucet over a month now, sidewalk to our apartment littered with debri and the list is estronomical, our neighbor had a toilet overflow and our apartment got soaked, what a hellish nightmare, my lease will be up in a few months and Ill rent out in the country where I came from and for less as Ill do all the repairs myself.

Ive been here 4/yrs moving out in 2 months, the apt complex is a mess. Water shut offs, water leaks, trash all over the outside of dumpsters. Renters leave their pets mess on the premisses. They advertise as luxury apartments but not even close. Most of this has happened in the last year, the manager that was here and here maintenance crew did an ok job. But now there is no maintenance crew, the outside areas of apt, complex never get landscaped. Just the front of property. If I were a college or high school student this place would be good enough to live in. But, Im not and its not a ok place to live in. If you do chose to live here best of luck to you.

If I could give this apartments no star I would.I have lived at this horrible place for the past year. First night my car got broken into and everything stolen. When I called to see if this happened all over the property to see if I needed to make a report. I was told it was taken care of. I never got paperwork on the report or my belongings returned or at less the amount they where worth. I talked with some other people that lived around me and they explained this happens every few months. Dont keep anything in your car that is worth anything. Its the kids that run around with no parent watching. During the first 3 months I had put in over 10 work orders due the apartment not being ready on my move in date. It took my whole lease for not even 5 out of the 10 to be addressed. Within the 4th month I had water leaking from by bathroom celing at 2am. Not just a drip drip, no we are talking like running water. Called the emergancy maintaince. No one came out. Called the office the next day 16 times. No answer or returned phone calls. Went to the office and waited 45 minutes for a staff to notice I was in the lobby. Once I told them about the water leak they asked me if it was still active. I explained no but it needs to be addressed. Respones was Well if it not leaking than we cant fix it. You will need to wait until it leaks again. WHAT?Within 2 days the leak started again. It took them 4 hours to have a mainance person come to look. Thats after calling 10 times for someone to pick up. (Note: I was at work and my boyfriend was at my apartment when the leak started a second time). Respons to the leak was We are just going to let it dry out. No repair done. One month later the leak happened again. They cut a hole and left it open to air it out. Never came back to patch the hole. I was told not to use the bathroom since there is a hole. 5 months later they get a pummer to come and find the leak. Still no patch. I called the office again and I was told one week. 2 and half months later it was patch.I called the property owner about the lost space and the reduce of my rent for not being able to use one of the bathrooms I was paying for. Respons You will be paying the full amount. Its not our failt you could use the bathroom. You have two. RUDE.Putting in my 60 day notice and the months rent. The manager at the property took my letter and informed me that I am not welcome back to the property. Once out side heading to my car a staff member opens the office door and yells Did you get the full amount on this money order. RUDE!!! Why not ask me while im setting in front of you?During this whole time of lazy people that say their working I would walked up to the office and the staff would lock the doors during bussiness hours and placed the closed sign on the door.Horriable place to live. The staff are lazy and rude. When asked a simple question they have no clue. It is like they have never been trained in dealing with customers. Its really sad. This is including the dumpster are alway over following and trash is all over the property. The pool is green and you can even see the second step. Children (the younest I have seen was 3 years old) run around the property at midnight to 2am. All the maintance people do are drive around on golf carts acting like they are doing somthing.

If you ever have a maintenance issue it will take forever to get resolved. You have to contact them multiple times about the same thing. I lived there for a year and had problems with the sink, dishwasher, washer, and the leaks on the roof above the washer and dryer. None were resolved in a timely manner.

CONVICTED FELONS AND/OR SECTION 8 APTS 1st couple of buildings (of course they dont tell you) !!!!!! DO NOT MOVE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! VERY unkept and DOG POOP EVERYWHERE! The people there are GROSS. Maintenance takes forever to do anything in you apartment! Angie i.e. The MANAGER in the OFFICE is EXTREMELY RUDE! COPS ARE THERE EVERYDAY if not multiple times a day :/ We wanted out so bad we broke our lease early. The 1 time we were late on rent they charged us $50/day which is supposed to be $15 and I never got the $$ back. In the 6/7 months we were there they shut the water off 7/8 times for hours with NO warning and they claimed they had no warning to notify the residents which is BS because they were NOT emergency situations... they are just LAZY! They people upstairs were sooooo LOUD I begged them in tears to please stop and told the office and they NEVER did anything. They also say there are no aggressive bread of dogs are not allowed but they dont follow that rule either. DUMPSTERS ARE ALWAYS OVER FULL for days if not a week or more...disgusting! And they NEVER close the gate at night. I could go on and on.SERIOUSLY...DONT DO IT! And its unfortunate because that area has great schools :/ AGAIN especially if you have kids DONT DO IT! ORO VALLEY is the place to be ...well worth the extra $100/mo. with a ton more square footage aprox. 300 more SQ FT.

The buildings are newer 2008-09 however, everything is poorly put together and cheap feeling: plastic water shut offs that do not work, loose plumbing fixtures, the plumbing had quite a bit of sand in the water lines which had clogged several fixtures and had to be flushed... there was not a lot of thought that went into appliance placement either it seems, as the dryer door cannot be fully opened due to the doors to the laundry closet blocking it, very similar situation with the fridge and the dishwasher in the kitchen, which both were not very clean when I moved in either ( I can’t tell you exactly how much food splatter or hair I cleaned up from the previous residents but it was somewhat gross, I wonder if they will have such a lax standard for cleanliness when I move out but I doubt it and would not be surprised to see a similar situation as with another reviewer here)... The main entrance gate has been broken ever since I moved in it’s held open by some rope and there seems to be no plan to fix such nor employing the security gate card system which would be nice maybe help with my next point... There is never enough parking here either most of the parking is assigned with a scant number of uncovered unassigned spaces, I’ve actually had to park several blocks away if I get home after 8 ?! I specifically inquired about this before I moved in as I have 2 vehicles and the office staff assured me there is plenty of parking, not so, I had a guest come over to visit and she couldn’t find anything open on a Thursday evening around 7, very inconvenient. Many of the neighbors are quite loud being younger and the acrid smell of marijuana can be smelled on a daily basis just walking around the complex in the evening, as people smoke right on their front patios with impunity! But they have a strict no marijuana policy, doesn’t seem to be working... Did I also mention the complex is right across the street from a high school so good luck trying to get anywhere right before school starts and right after it lets out, also the bells can be heard as well as all the sporting events from my patio, kinda lame. Overall they seem like they tried to cram as many buildings into a tiny space with not enough parking, for as cheap as possible in a rather inconvenient area... I do not believe I will renew my lease.
