The only amenity is the pool which is always closed during the hours of safest sun exposure. The excuse is COVID 19 and that’s not in any way true. It’s only open during office hours! And gotta love when the office is closed during the weekend when families would enjoy swimming the most.

Need pictures of the inside of the apt. I mean that will basically be the determining factor if you are gonna rent. The landscaping is nice but thats not where all the furniture is gonna go.

Its sad when you have to your own maintenance to your own apartment cuz the maintenance guy doesnt know how to do any work
