They stole belongings out my apartment while i was not there and i have it on camera and they still deny it.

I visit my parents there and its always quiet and clean and it looks like a great place to live.

One of the best managed places. The management really cares and shows interest in their tenants. Always friendly and a pleasure to interact with. Very nice apartments with access to many shopping centers and restaurants. Easy access to the highway for quick commutes.

Not a bad place kinda worry about the wrong things tho and they don’t support thc so they are the 1% and will evict you for something that’ll most likely be legal everywhere in 2 years, worry about why the laundry app doesn’t work instead or maybe fix some of these stairs some screws are loose, there’s also the sprinklers, just saying someone smoking weed is the least of anyone problems we’re still taking cancer sticks fumes all around here why not try to stop that for at least the kids if you stopping the other stuff

Lived here for a perfect year without any issues with the leasing office until the next year, one of the leasing agents krystal. Rude as hell, worse than the “ticket counter lady at united airlines”. No idea why people would hire such a person.

Best apartment building to live in the southwest side of town!!

I took a tour of this place, and I feel that it has improved since I’ve been there five years ago. The assistant manager is also very nice. I hope to live there one day soon.

Have been living here going on 4 years love how calm and quiet it is and has great landscape. Maintenance staff are so wonderful so nice and fix any problems we have fast especially Anthony and Rhudy. Love the staff and environment and how up kept it is. Were about to renew our lease in April but still debating on getting 2 bedroom the only thing is the 2 bedrooms are a bit pricey but other then that all the apartments are pretty spacious.

Great friendly staff. Clean nice sized apartments. The grounds are kept so nice. This is a great place to be. We are travel Nurses, so ease of rental was important to us. We applied one day, moved in the next.

This place does not take pride in theyre work. Apartments are not painted well inside and out. The windows are thin as paper you can here every noise outside . Can hear people walking. Walking up the stairs. Maintenance loves to make noise early as heck anywhere from 7am to 9am . make sure to inspect every wall every inch of your apartment before moving in . I can see where they have cut the wall for some reason or the other prior to me the doors look like theyve been patched together. Its horrible. The traffic here is insane youll see accidents way to often. The store are all crazy packed on this side off town. This side of town never sleeps. Gun shots heard every other month. Sirens every other day . helicopters every other week or month or so . you can get better priced apartments and nicer area on the north side just have to look with insulated windows quieter better quality apartments bigger roads smoother roads ect.

Manager does not care about tenants. Sign in office reads “keep calm we are here for you” while that is true for some office staff it is not true for management. Very rude.

So far been here 9 months and love it havent had any issues. They are very nice staff. If something is broke my fav maintenance man Rudy will be there fast and fixes it correctly the first time. The community is also very nice.

The Woods are very spacious apartments. They have 3 different one bedroom size apartments. They have beautiful landscape. Lots of grass and trees. Two pools. Its faily quiet.

These apartments are terribly OVERPRICED for the quality. The windows leaked when it rained, the doors are made of cheap plywood,and you can see how thick the paint around the hinges is because they have been repainted so many times. Their pet policy is ridiculous as well. They do allow pets for a $300 deposit, however if you havent paid that deposit an animal is not allowed to set its one paw in the apartment. If management finds out that a cat or dog was in an unit for even 5 minutes, they will charge you $300. Apparently even 5 minutes ruins the carpet. The residents are ghetto like others have mentioned, so dont be surprised when your downstairs neighbors apartment reeks of marijuana smoke. Lots of shady looking people that live in this apartment complex. A few people on staff were great, others were terrible. Overall, I would save your money and look elsewhere.

Surprisingly this place is packed on the weekends. Even with all their bad reviews. As I sat in the office waiting to be helped by one of the office staff I pulled my phone out to read reviews of the place. As I read the reviews I looked around the room and noticed that everything that those negative reviews said was true. The staff was rude, they ignore everyone who walks into the office. Customer service 101 no matter how busy you are you make a 1 second eye contact fallowed with a hello and Ill be right with you. Phones kept ringing for work orders. I dipped.

This place is nice, grounds are clean, residents are decent and the area is a good area. Near shopping, dining and adult fun like Casino Del Sol or Desert Diamond.

Never go here this is a scam. Save your money.

I have been a resident here for about 2.5 years and have only ever had minor issues, until recently that is. I had ordered a very expensive package that was delivered to the front office and signed for but when I went to pick it up I was told they never got it. I called fed ex to see if perhaps it had accidentally fallen into the truck and was told that no it was delivered and signed for, I was even emailed proof of delivery and the signature of the employee in the front office that had signed for it. After calling fed ex, checking with my neighbors and talking to the woman who signed for it I still had no answers as to where my package was. This is the 4th day after delivery and I still have not received it. Today I went in to speak with the manager of the apartment complex to see what could be done about my lost package (given that it was her employee that had signed for and lost it) and was told I was out of luck and it wasnt the offices responsibility for the lost package. The manager was extremely rude, kept cutting me off, and saying she was sorry but they werent at fault. Im not understanding how they werent at fault given that it was in their custody when it went missing. I did not receive a genuine apology and no effort was made to make this right. Most of the office workers are unprofessional and rude. Had there been some effort in resolving this issue I would not be writing this review, however the manager acted like she could care less about the issue at hand and acted like I was wasting her time.

Nice apartments and clean common areas.

Live here now, the roof did leak, a month later the entire roof was tarred. I have friendly neighbors and no one ever has parties in the 3 buildings in my area. my car has never been touched. Only downside for me is the laundry room isnt 24hrs. I cant comment on the pool or gym as i dont use those facilities. Jesus and Angel in the office have never treated me badly or even seemed like they were having a bad day. Another plus for staff, when moving in a maintenance worker who lives below helped us lift a large item up the stairs.

The apartments are pretty nice. 2 pools and a play ground. Plenty of grassy area for pets.

I have been at The Woods for one year now. I love the green trees, clean pools, and friendly people! I also am very happy to know that there is a strict background check and all appliacnts are screened.

Dont live here! The 2 bedroom is not worth 796 a month, the staff sucks and unprofessional, the plumbing sucks being treated wrong, The Manager is unprofessional . Ac keeps going out theres no on-call maintenance They finally come like 2 weeks later to fix something. Eye Infection from the pool. The doors are no good. The only good thing about this place is Cox Internet and The Ghost in my Apartment doesnt bother just wants attention thats all. Theres a lot of stuff wrong with the manager if you have a problem and live here youll see.

My elderly uncle was a tenant here when he passed. Management was dishonest when we asked about our options regarding rent and how much time we had to get his belongings. They gave us 30 days to gather his belonging and said they wouldnt be going after any rent! Then a week later bullied my elderly aunt ( his sister) who is on a fixed income to pay his rent for the 30 they gave us to remove his property. We would have removed his belongings and vacated the apartment by the end of the last month he paid rent if they asked, but they gave us 30 days and told us we didnt owe them... They were Rude, inconsiderate, dishonest, and unhelpful.

I Love It Here,Me and my husband and daughter have been here for 3 yrs,Just upgraded to a 2 bedroom and will be moving and the end of next month.....HOWEVER,We were gonna wait to renew our lease to move but its sooner than expected because our downstairs neighbors are a NIGHTMARE!!!!! We get along with everybody in our complex building...we say hi and talk and even exchanged goodies on Christmas...but with these people its IMPOSSIBLE!!!! Theyve only been here a year and its been hell and chaos ever since then...i understand that not everyone is gonna get along but these people take the cake when it comes to rudeness...they are constantly loud,cursing loud and especially fighting amongst each other, theyve already broken their bedroom window and shattered their sliding door because of their domestic violence...they even have multiple people living there..they constantly slam their front door to where it shakes my t.v...and slamming their room door to where we can feel the whole apartment shake...me and my husband have NEVER complained because we figured theyre young teenage couple and cmon its an apartment of course were gonna hear everything.....But its gotten so bad that they feel they have the RIGHT to bang on our floor when we get home from work because werebeing loud and cuss us out....and call us names....untill about 2 months ago i started calling the office to complain because security doesnt seem to care...So i figured maybe theyll hear us out if we come to them....so far....Nothing is being done....They told me to call the cops which i did...and the cops told me its not their problem its the managements problem......its gotten so bad that the cops were called on our neighbors because they were getting physical with each other and it got so bad the whole building heard and the cops came because it was a domestic dispute....NOW a week went by and we heard nothing from them....until a couple days ago they were there like nothing.....in the lease it says they do not tolerate domestic violence...but yet they get to stay there scotch free like nothing and IM TIRED OF IT!!!! We actually dont even stay in our apartment most of the day because of them...its sad that were the ones that have to move they dont.....i pay rent just like everyone else...and its not just us its everyone in our building especially the elderly people...theyve gotten their groceries stolen buy these people....cmon groceries...and theyve also complained but nothings being done for them...i feel so bad that their not being heard...Ive NEVER Experienced anything Like this in my life...i just hope something is done soon so the next people who come dont have to put up with the disrespect we are going through.

They raise the rent when they feel like it, the wont renew your lease do to false claim another resident proclaims no police report filed and dont care if 8 or 9 year olds start trash fires nor teenagers smoke bongs in front of their maintance workers. Plus tucson police are in the apartments every other night. 2nd floor residents stomp run all day and night. You name it this place i wouldnt recommend to any one nor to my worst enemy. They also charge u for the carpet they replace after you leave but they dont do a final walk through. They harass you by putting a Bad credit report on u so u cant get a place to live. If you love to get screwed over live here,if not run away fast. My friends still live there and their rent went up again and tpd is there every night. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS AND GO THERE AT N8GHT AND SEE FOR YOUR SELF.

Cant wait to move out of this place. We have a down stairs apartment and our ceiling creaks as the people upstairs walk around..in the middle of the night we can even hear there cell phone viberating. On Saturday July 20, 2013 it rained out. It was coming in from the top of the window so bad it completely saturated 4 different towels. If I would not have been home my printer and computer would have been ruined. I called the office and was told that they would get someone out Monday to look at it. I even told him how badly it was coming in he just told me to make sure to put towels down so their carpet dont get ruined. After my neighbor moved out we went up and paid for her covered parking spot. All around the property there are signs that state RESTRICTED PARKING UNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES PARKED UNDER CARPORT, IN NUMBERED SPACES, OR IN NO PARKING ZONES WILL BE TOWED AWAY AT OWNERS EXPENSE. When I got home last night July 27, 2013, I could not park in my space because someone else was parked there. I called security they said that they couldnt call a tow truck.. the only thing that they could do is come out take pictures and send it into management. I called the after hours number was was told the same thing. I called the towing company that is advertised on sight they said that they couldnt come out and tow it without a managers authorization. I took pictures. Late last night the care was gone. When I got back from running around today the car was back in my covered spot. I wrote the licence number the make model and took another picture and went out to the office being that they were still open. I let the young lady in the office know that she need to call a tow truck I showed her the pictures for last night and today. She stated that the security compnay did let her know this morning about me calling last night. She asked if I had put a warning sticker on the car. She said that the warning signs have to be put on before they can have a car towed. I told her that all the signs they have posted stated unaurthorized vechciles will be towed at owner expense. She told me that she would not call a tow truck today but if the car was still parked there tomorrow at 9 she would call. So here I am paying for a parking spot that I cant even park in and the people in the office will do nothing to enforce their own signs. I even looked on my contract and it states nothing about leaving a warning tag before a vehicle is towed. I took the contract back up and showed the girl in the office and she still would not do anything about this vehicle being parked in an unathorized spot. What is the use of having signs up if the office personal with just ignore them? Some staff members are unpleasant and dont care about tenants. To me this is a breach of contract on their part.......

Honestly, the best apartment complex on the south west side. It doesnt get any better than this!

My daughter has been having problems w her ac all yr they keep saying they fix the problem but it drips water into the hallway constantly she asked to move to a diffunit they still want to charge her deposits and fees this is nonsensense!

I cant wait to move out. The residents are ghetto. The staff sucks and Ive had my car stolen from the parking lot, slashed tires and threats from neighbors! I hate this place

I told manager about my apartment being broken into and i was told im liable for the damage of someone breaking into my apartment then Matience entered my apartment with out notice when i asked why they said to bug spray i was not notified or told about this and my money in my tray went missing the same day they left the front office are crooks. Im only 63 years old and the treatment i get is unsatifactory then i was told to pay for damages that were already in the apartment if your looking for a quiet apartment seek else where as in casa bella or the apartments next door are really nice
