Decently quick, friendly and helpful. I usually avoid walmart just becouse, but have always been treated good in the automotive department.

They dont do much more than tires and oil changes not what I would call an auto care center

Please go to FTO. Its been a nightmare. First car had to replace a tire. After 2 hrs I took the tire to the Peoria store and a half hour of that time was spent trying to find the tire I purchased. Then found out 2 of the original tires I had them put on in Feb were directional. I had to have them taken off and put on correctly. Second mini van bought 4 tires. Went online and spent a little more and got Cooper tires. I had no counter weights on my previous tires but all of a sudden new tires needed 6 on one, 5 on another, and 3 on one and 2 on the last. My rims look like a handicap mess. All this within one month. Today only 1 mechanic on duty so took an hour and a half when I was waiting at the door for them to open this morning. And these arent the tires that had a slightly bent rim. My van still vibrates at 65!

Can we give it a 0 star? Even though I buy all my oil (well not anymore) from them, they will not take the used one for recycling (not more than 5 gallons). That’s one story. Another older one - drove in on good older tires - drive on walmart tires that could not be balanced. Their warranty- you need an up to date alignment (which they can’t do) in order to replace the obviously bad tires. So spend $100 to get another set of junk tires

Showed up at 7:30 on a Friday and the doors were all shut. I called and the girl said nobody showed up to work so they werent open yet. Excellent business!

An incompetent work force too worried about the damages they might cause to your vehicle during the line of work and the liability it might cause, to actually perform the requested work on your vehicle.My experience was bringing in 4 tires to be mounted and balanced on my aftermarket wheels, only to be refused because they were afraid they would either damage my rims, damage their machine, or both. If they were properly trained technicians, this would not be an issue, I speak from 10 years of experience in the field. Whats worse is that they sell aftermarket wheels. Would they refuse servicing someone who purchased their wheels and tires directly from them?

Worst experience ever. I had to replace a tire back in December. I tried to replace all 4 tires but a woman working there advised me not to and said the tread on the other 3 tires was good. Now I had a leak in the front tire and they told me they could not patch it because the tread is too low and that I should replace the other 3 tires now as well. Im not sure who runs the tire center but after the employee I was talking to told me that I had to wait an additional hour because they put the wrong tires on a different car, I think it would be smartest for me to go across town to FTO, where they actually know what they are doing.

It was good service, but took a while. You might want to call first to see how busy they are.
