Pretty decent place. My daughter nails came off soon after but they replaced it. Will go back only because its convenient.

Good customer service as far as making an appointment and being professional and not having a long wait at least when I went and it was on a Saturday in the morning, and they followed Covid protocol.Had an older lady she did a so so job,she changed the color of my shellac toe polish without the courtesy of letting me know, she thought she did a good thing.... I just let it be because I didnt want to wait any longer, if I ever went back I would try someone different other than that I assume theyre okay, first time there.

Customer service is horrible. One of the ladies stabbed the bed of my fingernail trying to pry my nail tips off instead of soaking my old nail tips off. I will never return there. The pricing does not reflect the level if service. They are priced extremly high compared to their competitors. They dont use disposable liners in their foot soak tubs either. I decided not to do a pedicure once I realized that. Dont waste your money!

Took 2 hrs to do my full set, table 3 on the left avoid, she moves very slow, my. Nail broke before I got to the car, I just left, never again, 112 dollars thrown away . Full set and shellac polish on my toes and nails

I got there around 8:00 tonight and they were very busy so I figured I wouldnt be able to get in before the mall closes. Not only was I able to get my fill-ins done, but I was out of the mall before 9:00. They didnt rush the process and my nails turned out fantastic. I am very happy with the quality and attention to detail and I will definitely become a regular at this salon!

La Bella is an amazing nail salon. Everyone is always super polite and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve always been super happy with the results. The mood changing shellac is the best! Whenever I want to get my nails done this is the only place I will go! Other places just don’t compare.

Terrible experience. My wife attempted to get a pedicure here. She sat down in the chair, and they began to run the warm water. They do NOT use sanitation liners for the foot bath. The chairs were dusty with stains and hair on them. They had buckets of dremels with nail dust and debris ALL over them. She could not go through with the pedicure, so she got up. She was then told she would be charged $8 for “water and electricity” even though no one actually attended to her while she sat there for less than 3 minutes gagging. The staff lacks any kind of customer service etiquette.

Very expensive and sloppy work. Will never come here again... I would even mind the higher price due to being in the mall if they were actually good.

Stuck at the mall so I could not get to my regular place. Despite negative reviews I gave this place a shot because I needed two repairs and a fill in. I was quoted $28 dollars, sounds reasonable enough so why not? An hour and half later, my nails look NOTHING like what I asked for. I brought a picture, they told me (after they had already started) that they didnt have the rose gold I had asked for. He starts giving me different ideas, finally settling on another glitter and the rest matte black finish. I was not satisfied but at this pint it was time to go, I figured Ill just go somewhere else and get them repainted next week. Go to the front to pay and I was charged $47!!!!! Unbelievable!! NEVER AGAIN!! And I work in the mall, Ill be sure to spread the word about your thievery!

I just happened to be Christmas shopping at Oakland Mall and stumbled upon this place. I needed to get my nails done anyways! I got the pedicure, dip powder, and the holographic/chrome nails (one of the few places I’ve seen that offer it this cheap!!) and oh my, I think I’ve just found my fave/go-to salon. The atmosphere is great, not to mention all the creative paintings that are super different from other nail salons. The staff is really friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend coming here, y’all, cause my nails are looking so bomb right now! 😍

I have been coming here since 1998 and I have always had a great experience. Very clean. All instruments come directly out of the sterilizer and the pedicure baths are scrubbed clean after every use. Prices are competitive and nail techs are friendly and accommodating. I have gone to other salons when on vacation and they don’t compare to La Bella.

Paid 150 bucks for a shellac toe polish and full set . My full set was horrible, shaped down when I tap my nail it was so painful, you also could see my real nail from the side profile of the nail . Avoid table 3 on the right hand side.

I only get my eyebrows done here. Im always in and out. No complaints.

TERRIBLE. They have ripped two of my original nails off and made them BLEED from their acrylllics. I asked for a fill-in because one particular nail was pretty much gonna come off soon. The lady put NAIL GLUE on it and did nothing else. She was supposed to take the nail off and do it again and then had the nerve to charge me $30. I had to abstain from putting acryllics back it they were so short and not even nail polish to make sure it didn t get infected or something. My pinky nail on the same hand as my other nail that got ripped off is also incredibly short and bleeding. If you wan good nails done, DONT GO HERE.

I went there last night with my stepmom and sister my step mom got the dip it looks very good and my sister got acrylics she got the gel ones and they are also good. I got a pedicure and my toes look horrible you can see the brush streaks and can also push the nail polish around there nail polish is bad or they just don’t know how to do pedicure. Also the lady went so hard on my feet that my skin feels raw and it’s red. I don’t recommend going here for a pedicure!!!

Do NOT even think about wasting your time here!! The customer service sucks, the nail techs are lazy and never seem in the mood to work, you will be in this salon for 2 hours minimum no matter what you need done! I waited 4 hours for a simple fill in because they have more people doing pedicures then people who do nails! Ridiculous and I waited on another occasion at 7 and waited with my name on the list and at 8:45 she told me she couldnt take me as the very last person! Im done with this place never again!

I have been going her for over a year now. Very friendly and accommodating. O would like to get the same person everytime re but not always possible if you want to do walk in. The price for Shellac is pretty reasonable $18.00 with no manicure. I see people getting charged more, I have been charged more than the listed price but I count it to their inability to per6math correctly and just pay it because its usually $2.00 -$3.00 more. Plus I believe they pass the debit or credit card fee on to the consumer. I dont tip as much as I would like to when they miss calculate the cost of my service. Other than that they are really friendly. Towels do smell a bit moldy and the tools that come out of the autoclave doesnt look like they have gone through a cycle. I think that they clean them seal them and through them in the autoclave for sterilized appearance.

I got in right away but she took way too long and did so much unnecessary work. I’ve had better results in half the time and money and now the final clear coat looks horrible

I went here one time it was and my first time and will be my last time, I asked if they could break a 100 just wanted to make sure before they started that they could they started to laugh and mock me, so I brushed it off and went ahead anyways I wanted a mani/pedi they didnt even put me in the chair to do my feet in the tub or nothing isnt that what you are supposed to do? never again

I got gel nails two days ago and they are turning yellow! The lady that did my nails did not clean under my nails or take all the previous polish off completely so when she put the gel on you can see dirt and left over polish color underneath. When I pointed it out she blamed me and got an attitude but ended up fixing what I wanted fixed in the end. Regardless my set of nails and turning yellow and Im very displeased with the quality and the service. Definitely not worth the $50.00 I paid. Please take your money else where!

I received a shellac job and eyebrow wax from La Bella Salon in Oakland Mall/Troy. I advised my tech that the wax was scalding hot as she applied it, but she didnt respond.While getting my nails done (after the wax), my left eyelid felt extremely raw, sort of like a really fresh sunburn. I asked my tech if my eye appeared red or swollen because it was hurting (there are no mirrors in the salon), and she stared at it with concern for a moment but didnt answer. Instead, she spoke to the other tech in a different language, and the other tech told me to put neosporin on it when I got home, and itll go away very fast. The more I sat at there, the more it burned and I asked for assistance again. My tech brought over a first aid kit and applied some sort of cream to my brow with a q-tip.I finally got a first look at my eye when I sat in my car. My eye is so swollen that the inflammation (blister?) is pushing my eyelid closed. I bought aloe vera ointment on a pharmacists recommendation, but it burns too much to use. My FB friends are telling me to contact an attorney, but it think this would be pretty small potatoes for a legal team to chase.Honestly, my main issue is more about how the techs treated me. Ive been a loyal customer for many years, but the techs always treat me like Im a random walk in. They always tell me to come back because theyre busy, my large tips dont seem to affect how they treat me, and they completely dismissed my problem today. Theyve finally lost me as a customer.

Waited for an hour and a half before leaving. They even attended people that came in well after me which I pointed out to them and they did nothing about. This is not the first time this has happened. Will not be returning.

The guy who did my nail was very rude and my nails chipped the next week😑 I problaly wont be back. If you like going to a place where you can feel unwanted while paying ur money this is the place for you. I honestly dont know how they are still open. After I paid the guy for doing my nail. I still tipped because I figured he had a long day and I call my self being nice. He was still Rude! He didnt say thank you for coming or anything. I told him thank you and have a good night. Very tough people. The lady there made a mistake while applying acrylic on my nail, and I kept telling her.. she ignorantly just tried to file the nail and made it look bad.. my fingers had cuts and bruises as she was filing my skin too... can never recommend and will never step there again!!

The worst place to get your nails done they move slow the staff seems to have no knowledge of what their job entails my second time coming in and I spent 70 dollars and 4 nails came off within - a day and a half the acrylic sat on my cuticles where they could come off very easily I am a dissatisfied customer and the business should close because they dont know what they are doing
