I’m very humbled and appreciative of Prime. It takes a huge investment in people and processes to make truck leasing so successful. Prime should be congratulated for such a wonderful opportunity the company provides. My experience was great. Nothing in life is perfect. The company owes you nothing. It’s up to YOU to do your part.

Success Leasing has hands down one of the most friendliest and knowledgeable staff that I have encountered. I have had 2 leases through them and no matter what issue I ran into, it was resolved in a timely manner. My go to person is Mrs. Daynah, there isn’t anything she can’t accomplish or figure out for you.Getting someone on the phone can be an issue, any successful business has this problem but on their business card has their email. You can reach them and get a response quickly this way. I have nothing but praise for this company!! Thank you all for all you do and have done to keep America rolling!!P.S. if your leasing a Truck through success leasing and am not making money, don’t blame success leasing; they don’t run your truck or your business. If your not making money, Prime has more than enough resources to show you where you need to improve.

What the people who are complaining about the cost of the Lease and calling Prime crooks, are forgetting is, if you Lease a truck, thats all it is. A LEASE, just like Leasing a car, so yes you will pay more for the truck if after you Lease it you decide to buy it. If you put your money down and Lease Purchase the truck, then you dont pay but a hair above the actual cost of the truck.I love it here. Even with the Lease payments, I still make more than I have anywhere else with lower payments. So something must be right. Great staff and very helpful when needed.

Handle your business, run like you should, and you shouldnt have a problem making money. I finished two leases and have put myself in a great position in life. Businesses are supposed to make money, at least last time I checked!

Success is not the best but they are not the worst. I have made a lot of money with their trucks. I have been with Prime over 8yrs leased over 5 trucks and made money. But my last lease was a bad one for many reasons. One its a short term 4 month period. Broken down 2 times in 4 months 4 nights in a motel. And in the hole $1011.00 went and talk to them about the truck and worked itout. Getting ready to do one more and hopefully make some money.

Staff are not helpful and spend a lot of time talking or looking at their phone. Whole process of getting a truck was very frustrating.

Beware, leased a truck that spent the first month in and out of shops. The rig buried me in debt. So they said I could come and trade it in for a brand new rig. When I did, they did an inspection of the first truck. Keep in mind it spent about one week actually functional out of less then 4. The return inspection found thousands of dollars in more repairs. 2 brake chambers, air compressor and line, clutch and a few other things. They didnt expect me to pay for it because the truck came with a 60 day warranty. But it was still more problems that if I caught them in the following month would of been more downtime. Or, if I didnt catch them in time, I would of paid for. The best way to describe Success Leasing is as follows. They are nothing more than a part of the racketeering machine that is Prime inc.

I read a lot of reviews. In my opinion Leasing with success is great for people who do not have bills to pay, and people who do not have families to support.The only reason why people decide to do this trucking business is to make money to support their families.SUCCESS CONTRACT: PLEASE PAY ATTENTION to the contract amount that is being paid weekly and for the amount of weeks they have set. Then look carefully at the interest rate around 68%. NOW You will be paying this amount broken down into three terms, each term will be for about 4 years!!Oh and they claim to have investments for you that they make you sign up for. You contribute money into this investment for THEIR company.If you decide to Leave Prime when the first term of your lease ends. You are never able to see that investment. The catch is YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR PRIME 1O CONSECUTIVE YEARS!!!!Now you can leave and keep the truck, if you have a lease to purchase agreement, but you still agree on your lease to continue to pay Prime the agreed amount in the contract for those 10 Years. Oh and if you want a day off from work, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE for MAKING THAT weekly truck payment!! One day off can be a lot because you don’t know when Prime will give you your next load or how much that load will pay.My advice. Purchase your truck elsewhere!! Have your own authority and get your own loads from the load boards yourself. Don’t sign up for anything to be deducted from your check. Get your own fuel card and set up an account with a maintenance company yourself.There are a lot of companies willing to factor you money upfront instead of waiting for prime to take out their portion of your money before you get paid. This company have torn a lot of families apart because they will make you feel like you can never take a day off from work or else you will be behind in your truck payments!!MAY THIS REACH ALL TRUCKERS. PLEASE KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN FOR A NEW TRUCK COMPANY THAT WILL COMBAT THESE CHALLENGES!!!

Leased for 1 1/2 months figured out how much I was getting ripped off by and left. One receiver said the load was paying around 2.75 a mile or something like that, when I got my statement according to prime I was only make $1.20 a mile. Finally had $2,100 in my prime account just in case for repairs. When I turned truck in prime claimed mt tractor needed 3 new tires engine work and other things done to it and sent me a check for $134. These are the facts, now u can draw your own conclusions...I could tell u also about first hand accounts of others but I do not think that is necessary.

Rip offTheyll make every excuse they can find to keep ANY money owed to you at the end of the lease. Even after I was cheated out of thousands a Prime Inc. Rep had the AUDACITY to contact me via email YEARS LATER to tell me I owed even MORE. I guess taking EVERYTHING from me wasnt enough.The New Prime Inc dispatch treat you just like an over-glorified COMPANY DRIVER always questioning your every move, let their attitude direct their decision making process whether to run you decent or not. SCAM!!!!! Prime thinks only of how much they can TAKE away from the drivers. They are one of the lowest paying corporations in the industry also.

They try to get as much money out of the drivers as possible. I turned my truck in and they charged me for new windshield when there was nothing wrong with it, plus more. They are crooks!

Most if not all the negativity stems from inexperience in life, the industry, or business in general. My first lease was a 19 week lease just to confirm which side of the fence was accurate ie. Does it suck or can you make money. I made money. It didnt suck so I tried again with a 3 year lease. Made almost 400k in revenue. Paid 147k in lease payments. Not sure where the 250k in payment some guy was talking about came from. But, of course I didnt own the truck nor did I expect to, so I turned it in and took some of my SAVED lease completion income of 20k and purchased my current truck. In the end you have a business. If you are open for business you make money. If you are constantly on holiday or finding excuses not to be open for business, you spend more than you make then go looking for some circumstance to blame YOUR failure on.

I will say this. Been driving 20 years and said I would never drive for Prime, let alone lease but never say never. Been here 7 1/2 years. Did a 1 1/2 year lease, got money back. Just completed a 3 yr lease and about to buy one thru them and still walked away with nearly $20k after down payment and trl repairs... many of yall dont know what ur doing. Look at ur statement and stop listening to what the shipper is telling u the load pays. Chances are they dont know. Do ur homework before jumping into grown folk biz.. u can tell the new folks that are complaining havent been driving any amount of time.. Look at the companies ur messing with..

Ive been leasing from prime now for 14 years good equipment and they make sure you make money, but I must say this last experience was a total disappointment, you have to place the order with a lady name Jennifer well she talks to you as if youre bothering her, the fast forward to when the trk is ready for pickup, I call them they said trk is ready to roll, when I checked it, low coolant, no deer guard,, and the trk wouldnt even start, yea were ready roll, or not. So now I have to wait all day just to get the shop to work on it, now they have a few good mechanics but most of them are a bunch of slackers always on a smoke brk just total dont care attitude, just riding the clock, just getting my trk rd ready took all night that shop lacks leadership, pripit shop does a much better job, Im not writing this to be disrespectful to anyone, but I hope we use these reviews to improve future experience because I know we used to be a better company than this.

Ive had problems with my truck since I left to hit the road solo with Prime in April of this year two major break downs over 10 day each Im out of service now yet each time they want their payment they take it I have a lemon

Biggest scam in all of trucking .... you know because everyone wants to pay $250,000 for a truck they give back in the end.

The staff are clueless but the attorneys that made the contract to screw you are on point ☝️
