Pretty good experience. I got a basic pedicure. The technicians were friendly and open to conversation which is always a plus. There was steady clientele which is also a good sign. They also give you a bag with the items that they used on your feet to bring to your next visit which is cool and sanitary. I would definitely go back in the future.

My nail polish flaked off the next day. They were very accommodating to my handicapped mother though. Great customer service but could use new nail polish.

I went in for a $45 dollar full set coffin gel nail set and when I was finished they charged $94 dollars!!! My nails weren’t worth $94 dollars I only had one color and they looked like a 4th grader did my nails!! They were thin and were breaking after 5 days!!! My 11 year old sister would have done a better job!! And also I called and told them what was going on and they said they would fix them with no charge on the phone and I made an appointment for the next day, the next day came I went to my appointment the was for 3:30 and didn’t get seen until 4:20, they put 2 of my nails back on but refused to finish because they wanted me to pay another $30 dollars, they refused to do any work without any money so I left!!!! My overall experience there was Awful and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, I also informed the BBB of the over charge and waiting to hear a response.

Went in today & halfway through doing my nails the tech says “you pay me now” and sits back in her chair. One of the other techs explained that I had to pay because it would be hard for me to pay when she finished because of my nails....what?? Never had a tech tell me to pay before finishing and none of the other customers had to pay halfway through..they ALL paid after.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon, they do such an amazing job on my nails, they’re amazing with shaping & they’re quick but great quality, & they always do amazing on my eyebrows, highly recommend .

They are very nice,respectful and very fun. Since the pandemic, they are very cautious and very clean

I got my nails done on the 19th of June. I had to go back on Monday for a broken nail.. which they did fix free of charge, however Friday another nail Came off Saturday another and now today (Sunday) yet another nail came off. I won’t go back due to the fact that i spent so much money and the quality was just not worth it.

I loved this salon and Gino. I hadnt gotten my nails done in years and he walked me through the process of ANC. He helped with designs and they turned out better than expected.

I went here for the first time & am very disappointed. 2 of my nails somehow broke 3 days later, I went to get them fixed. That same day, another nail broke. I dont think Ill ever come back or recommend them.

Tammy is an awesome nail tech. I see her every 2-3 wks. You can’t go wrong with any of the nail techs. Highly recommended.

I went to Lansingburgh Nails for the first time a couple of months ago and had the most rude tech ever. She would ignore my requests to filing oval. I would ask another tech to explain and when they did it English, she understood. The place appeared clean, but without the needed air circulation it was filled with a smell of strong chemicals. Will never go back there again. The front desk person appeared nice. So, 1 star for that.

Im actually in the process of getting my nails done here and so far Im super uncomfortable, the only black person here and Ive been embarrassed twice. My nail tech has informed me that Im being charged $40 for an acrylic fill and gel polish change. When I asked if anyone can do designs, she said she doesnt know but someone could try. I asked if I could get a fist ✊ she said no, answering for everyone. I have never wanted to open my own salon more in my life. I used my language translator and they are disrespectful. They are talking among themselves about me. They know Im doing a review. They think Idk lol. Never again.

For my first time there it was very nice and the wait wasnt long and the nail technician was very nice and pleasant and did an excellent job on my nails.

Camie did a WONDERFUL job on my pedicure! Traveling through Waterford NY by boat. Needed a pedi BAD. Was with in walking distance of the Visitor Center. Highly recommend!

I wasnt satisfied by the employees . Went there ask for a nail color I feel the employees were making fun of what I ask for my nails. Very disrespectful. I pay for ANC all my nails didnt match the length and also they were all different shapes looking like a piece of playdoh...

I took my daughter for a pedicure and she ended up with an infection. The person doing her toes kept digging away at her cuticle on her big toe. The result= cellulitis!! Unacceptable Lansingburgh Nails!!!!

There techs were rude one of my nails snapped off not even an hour after leaving and when I went back to get it fixed they tried to blame it on me and called the cops I still got my nail fixed but by 2 days later my entire left hand every nail broke in half and half the nails on my right hand there no good and rude waste of my money
