I love this place and all the people who work there Laura KC John and our lady who dose pedicure sorry not sure of her name. Always do a beautiful job I love my nails every time I go. Love the way they all work together. Shoe is very clean and beautiful. Pedicure chairs are awesome. Keep up the good work I feel like family when I’m there. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Love it here!!! I’ve been to other nails places in Troy and since I’ve started going here I haven’t went anywhere else. Their very creative with their designs and help me decide on my off days lol very nice clean place. Definitely recommend to everyone

This is the only place I will let do my nails. Affordable price and great service. All of the workers are nice and do exactly what you want.

I went here once and they were super good! The next time I went there, I got someone different and asked for a certain design and it was not good at all... and she looked frustrated when I was kind of iffy about them. The nails were also pretty messy. It was black polish so you could tell and she obviously didn’t care because it was extremely noticeable. I love them but do not recommend the lady who did mine (Megan). She was just not very professional and on her phone a lot... Makes me sad because I loved them the first time.

Felt I was Overcharged. I had pedicure and my little granddaughter had pedicure and fingernails painted. It was $117..yes it was gel paint but not what I was originally priced.the place is clean and chairs are wonderful. .I was going to return. But not for that Price

Of all the local nail places I wouldn’t recommend this one at all. I went to sit in with my gf while she was getting her nails done here for the first time. I couldn’t stand the toxic acetone smell due to no ventilation for more than 10min. The person at the front desk was answering calls, doing somebody’s nails, and saying bad things about the people calling asking questions to customers. Granted one of my gfs hands was okay but the other hand was visible rushed and the line work really wasn’t good. Almost $70 and an hour and a half later (with an appointment) she left after expressing her dissatisfaction with no help besides they don’t give refunds. They don’t seem to care about getting repeat customers and I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if most of these “reviews” are fake after 1 visit.
