WCTEL has been amazing from the start. They let us know when their service was available in our area. Called us, I never had to call them. Service set up was quick and easy. Service install was great. Our installer was in and out in less than an hour. So far we are very pleased with the speed of our service.

One of those so far, so good reviews, as weve only had it fully up and running for 3 days but theyve been great. Also, the entire process has been ongoing for a few months as we were first informed that WCFIBER may become available in our area if enough of my neighbors agreed to sign up. Gladly, they did and every interaction weve had with WCFIBER has been nothing but positive. Seems like a great company and super excited to have gotten the opportunity to upgrade my internet service! 😁

Just ordered new fiber internet from them when moving in from out of state; everyone was pleasant and professional, and the line was run and hardware installed with absolutely no hiccups.
There was not a button that was labeled BEST VALUE or I would have marked THAT one! There are lots of choices for internet access and I have been around since 300 baud dial-up with an acoustic coupler (I know, most of you have no appreciation for the way things used to be).I just moved to a newer house, brought my WCTel equipment with me, happy enough to just keep using the same for yet another 2+ years. We are subscribed to the slowest speed (200 mbps up and down) and the cost at $40/month is so reasonable. For the past 2 years, we have have Zero (0) downtime (except for a power outage cause by a tree taking down some power lines). Fast, Inexpensive, Great value, Dependable - theyve got it all!

WOW! We recently upgraded from U-Verse to WC Fiber. There is absolutely no comparison. Our speed went from 4mbps (admittedly, we were on the lowest U-Verse plan...supposed to be getting 6mbps) to 250mbps with WC Fiber (also the lowest plan offered) for the same price!! Customer service has been fantastic. Installation was a great experience. The technicians, Drayton and Tristan, were incredibly professional and took extra precautions due to Covid. They could not have been more wonderful. Also, I have called WC Fiber twice and a customer service representative has answered immediately both times...no automated system or waiting 30-40 wait time to speak with a representative. We are incredibly pleased with our WC Fiber experience!

They all they are cracked up to be. I am being charged more than what they quoted. I had 2 sources quote me the same price. One of them came to my home. Just giving you a heads up before getting this service. I am writing to the BBB. They wC Fiber has some explaining to do.
The internet service is great, but I do not care for most of the TV channel choices. The numbers on the brochure do not correlate with the numbers on the TV lineup. Also, for those of us who would prefer a very basic choice of TV channels, there is no option. I end up watching more on my I-Pad than on the televisions. Too expensive if you only watch about 3 channels and listen to one music station.
A customer for past few months so far. They upped everyones speed recently at no cost to the customer. GREAT. However, I dont get speeds at what they advertise even with a booster, before or after. If I am paying for 200mbps and dont get it throughout the home, then should I get a refund of some type? Never more then 2 devices at one time, we get spinning wheel/buffer/blurry at times (200mbps). My biggest peeve is, not being able to get a hold of anyone worth anything to talk to when a problem occurs after hours or on weekend, or weekends with holiday. Its as if they dont want to hear from us in the design. They have a third party service to assist with callers for after normal hours and weekends, but either they are rude, or not very helpful. I have been told I will have to talk to the office when they reopen, during normal working hours. If they cant address something, a basic account issue, then what is the point? Why do I have to wait an entire weekend to get questions answered? They need to get serious about tech support! Personnel are very nice in person and during normal working hours.

Getting 2 stars only because their tech was awesome but to be honest not impressed with their wireless 1Gb speeds Ill be lucky to get 350 down speeds I could have got that with copper internet but expected alot more for fiber
Ever since WCFIBER came to our neighborhood we lost our water for one day and now my internet popping on and off and its annoying. Can’t even connect to a game without them doing something with the lines
It’s been 18 years unless I’m out of town, since I’ve been able to get finger touch responses when working from home, downloading a movie, or using my wi-fi connected electronics.
