I have no idea how anyone could write that this spa was clean. I felt dirty leaving. It was clear that stations had not been sanitized in quite some time (as evident by someone else’s nail clipping at mine and the dead fly on the floor). The nail polishes and other materials were strewn around and not organized. The employees argued over who took each walk-in, because they’d rather be watching tv on their phone or catching up on their socials. Sorry to say, but I will not be returning.

I have never written a bad review but I payed 90 dollars plus a generous tip for a manicure and pedicure and I only have a pedicure to show for it. The pedicure was perfect but the quality of the manicure was unfortunate. It was a dip manicure and two nails chipped the day after I got them so I went back to have them fixed. 2 days after getting them fixed every nail except two had chipped or broken. The nails didnt even last a week. I was met with horrible customer service over the phone and disappointing customer service in person. They told me to come back to get them fixed yet they left me waiting for an hour and 30 minutes while walk ins were taken right in front of me. I politely asked if I could get my money back (not the tip just the cost of the manicure) or if I could get my nails done again for free since the service I payed for was not done properly and did not last as it should. They told me I could only have 20% off my next service. Overall, it was a bad experience and I will not be coming back to waste my money on nails that only last a few days.

I just got my nails done last week & it started popping off a few days ago . It pop off just like press on nails. Will never go back here again . I literally only have one nail left on my hand . I got my nails done on the 1st on this month .

Absolutely the best, hands down these ladies do the most amazing work and never dissatisfied with the salon and the work that they do.

Great staff, & phenomenal nail salon. I visited a few months ago, & my brother in law dropped off some money to me. In a rush to get to an appointment, he left his wallet on the counter. One of the ladies who worked there gave me his wallet, after asking his name on his ID. VERY HONEST!

They did a wonderful job on my nails. I got a butterfly design, which was beautiful! I get a lot of compliments on my nails.

When I pulled up there was a tech outside rubbing her barefeett. When she came in I had to remind her to wash her hands before working on me. She didnt understand and English very well and I received the worse looking fill that Ive had in 20 years. I told her to shorten them a little... she went short. I wear my nails square and she rounded them.Not much to say when she does one...you have to finish the same way to match them. Never again. She was the one with the shaved head.

The lady who did my nails took her time to remove extra acrylic, and shaped them to perfection.

Sapa IS THE BEST!!! Beautiful clean salon. Highly recommended it.

It was a very clean spa. Staff wore masks, socially distanced and it was a very nice relaxing environment. Great place to go if you just need a half hour to get pampered and give yourself some “me” time 🥰

Omg some of the reviews on here are just not true! Very clean, and amazing work! Sapa does beautiful nails - great art and the shaping is everything! Plus, they have any kind of glitter, beads, gems etc you could ever want where most salons don’t. My collagen pedicure with paraffin simply could not have been better and my lashes are STILL ON from 3wks ago at only $25. This was my first visit here I got the Collagen pedicure w/parafin wax and oh my goodness it was amazing. Tara was my tech and she did an amazing job, very professional, clean and friendly. They let my feet soak for a nice minute which means a lot to me the after massage she gave left me ready to book my next appointment. I definitely will be returning in 2wks! I got my nails done Friday. I was cut during the process, which fine- I understand things happen from time to time but now I had one of my dip nails break. they were done 5 days ago. This experience has been awful.

Got an acrylic fill with gel and a pedicure. Fill was fine, not spectacular. Had to reshape my nails at home. Pedicure was a bit rushed.

Tara is the best, I wash my hands ALOT and my acrylic would always lift except when Tara does it. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️

When they wax they get it good I dont have to go back for a while, 😇

I went there dor the first time cause i was in the area...I did a Dip Manicure & on the 5th day they were chipping!! Terrible quality & cheap! Never again will i go here or recommend them to anyone! And they charge a lot for nothing.

With COVID-19 cases on the rise, you would think this shop would be constantly cleaning. However, there was no cleaning been done before or after clients. I didnt see any cleaning products. If you choose to go here, take your own wipes and wipe down the station. I am never going back.

My pedicure lasted more than a month without chipping. Was definitely worth it.

Had dip done last Wednesday and it’s not even been a week and they’re already peeling at the edges. I never saw anyone do dip followed by UV light. Their products are very cheap, and it cost $40 without a manicure, just color.

Do not go to this salon!They charged $55 for shellac. Got manicure and the lady got 3 fingers bleed. This is the worst shellac I’ve got.

Ive been getting pedicures for years. I came in here because my normal place Wyn was closed. Never again!!! On a Sunday at noon there was noone in there. The lady who performed my pedicure cut my toes in multiple places! She what looked like a nail file on my foot bottom instead of a pumice stone. When I addressed my concern if an infection because the skin was broken I was blown off. Ive never had my feet cut up like from a pedicure. They deserve zero stars and yet they still charged me for my bleeding for and messy nail paint job!

Terrible customer service!

I started going there just after their opening and was pleased at first. Their rates were competitive at first, $36 for shalack, gel fills and toe nail polish for the first four visits. But now she increased this service to $46‼️ A $10 increase❓❓ Are you kidding me‼️❓ Her competitors down the road to the East and West are still $10 less...guess Ill be going back to one of them. So disappointed in her rate increase.

My bridal party and I went in there the day before my wedding for an appointment we had scheduled ahead of time. They were so rough and they were in such a rush to get us done because other customers were upset that there was a wait that our nails were not filed properly. Our fake nails look fake with dips all over the place. I was supposed to get a pedicure and a manicure, but never got my manicure so my nails did not look good at all. Some of my girls didn’t want manicures, so they didn’t push back their cuticles and trip the hang nails, and so forth; however, they poured lotion all of their hands and massaged it in and we were all charged for the full manicure. They were just trying to squeeze every penny out of us because some customers didn’t want to wait an hour or more and they lost business. Well, they shouldn’t have allowed the appointment for a party of 6 to be booked. Unacceptable.

They did a beautiful job! Full set of long gel nails with 3D flowers and rhinestones. I went in with a very specific design request and they delivered! Perfect execution on the nail shape and thickness. Very happy, Ill be back!

Do not waste your time with this new salon. Terrible customer service and terrible dip nail results. Checked out the place during their grand opening and they said they had 30% off all services for another week. Went to get my dip nails done and they said there wasn’t a discount. Chose to still get my nails done. The nails chipped, had peeling top coat and also were already popping up on the sides 4 days later. I went back to explain what was happening and they told me it was because of the nail color I chose, didn’t take accountability and also didn’t want to refund me my money. The attitude of the nail tech was completely inappropriate. I was hoping this salon was going to be a 10/10 as it’s so close to my house and the inside was so neat and tidy. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

Very disappointed visit. The place was not clean at all. Pedicure tubs dusty and dirty. Towels stained and dingy. Brushes and pumice stones looked dirty. After usage brushes and stones were placed in tub with my feet. Then when he emptied the water out of my tub he never cleaned off and rinced the brush and pumice stone, he just threw them in a drawer of his work cart. Wastebaskets over flowing. Dirty styrofoam cups left at other pedicure stations.

New location, very experienced staff, knows what your needs are from pedicure, manicure, Dip shellac, and fill in shellac, & nails art,....Very nice and prices are reasonable. Beautiful chandelier and comfy pedicure chairs! Clean, modern environment, and wonderful atmosphere. Come in and join the family for wonderful service and enjoy your intimate setting.

Really nice place and very clean too. They have lots of different colors for shallac and they did a great job!

NAILS TOO THICK AND UNNATURAL IN APPEARANCE.

Charged $31 (what a random price) for shellac and I’ve never paid over $25 at other salons. After one day it is already chipping on 2 nails and I’ve never had that happen with shellac!! Also they are rude, my nail tech didn’t speak a word to me the entire time and was FaceTiming his friends while doing my nails. Definitely would not recommend.

Long wait times. I checked in at 12:50ish and didnt get seen until 1:40. When they did my nails it was done sloppily and rushed as they wanted to get others in. Normally I tip 20% on services, but was so displeased with the service and the constant price gauges that i refused to tip today. I left with a sharp edge on my nail, a color that wasnt what i picked, paint on my skin and a $15 charge for Im not even sure what. Ill go again in 2 weeks and see if i get the same poor service and rerate according.
