Store did not smell fresh and clean utensils dirty containers dirty no courtesy attitude did not perform procedures well at all! Overall, had a store performance rating of 80....NOT GOOD !!!

I dont advice no one to go there they dont do nails good at all.

Sooooooo... I went here today with my family and wanted to get my toe nails and finger nails done (I wanted French manicures). My mom, sister, and I sat down next to each other in the chairs.There were only two people working.I waited for them to finish my sisters nails and my moms nails! I waited about 30-45 minutes.When I was getting my toenails done.the lady was using some kind of tool and yanked a piece of skin off... OUCH!!!Also when she put the lotion stuff on my legs they did not avoid the open bug bites. My leg BURNED!I was getting my nails done and they pulled a skin off of my pinky, they then went in to add the gel stuff that they use to make the white piece look like part of your nail, it got into that spot where the skin was missing. That hurt too...Later, my thumb nail got the gel stuff under it and my skin was stuck to my nail... OUCH... Again...My pinky had turned red from the gel entering my skin. He squeezed it a few times and everytime he did I had to bite my tongue to help with the pain in my finger.He later saw that my thumb nail was stuck to my skin and had to fix that.He also stuck his nail into my skin under my nail to fix it a few(about 6) times.At the register the lady took up my mom and is manicures from 25 dollars to 35 dollars(so 70 dollars each) plus our toes ECT.Yeah. But luckily the nails look good!

I came to this business for a eyebrow wax and I had to tell her what to do to my eyebrows literally . Like i still got hair underneath and when i told her to pluck in certain places she looked at me knowing she left all that hair. I came in the store not noticing that they had a health scores of 80 !!!!! I paid for the service because i didn’t want a scene. But I’ll never come back her again . I’m so mad about my $10

I’m from Huntsville so I am new to this place & it is the best I’ve came across!! The man did an amazing job on my nails. (White&Pink Ombré) he was so precise and took his time. None of my nails are to thick or uneven!

I absolutely love getting my nails done here at AL NAILS! The service and hospitality is amazing! I fall in love with my nails every time I leave! The staff is also amazing! Definitely recommend AL NAILS to everyone!

I would not recommend this nail shop EVER. Ive been getting my nails done for two years now. Ive been to many many nail salons, and this one was the worst by far. Its not kept up, looks like its falling apart. They got super busy and only had 3 people working. They do not do your feet well. They do it quick and short, where you could spend the same amount of money somewhere else and get more done to your feet. (Ex. Wrapping the hot towels around the feet, leg and foot massages, time actually spent scrubbing your feet and lathering them with lotion.) When I walked in, they told me $25 for feet, and $15 for a nail fill in. Being a teenager and not making very much, I try to spend my money well. I decided since I needed both badly that it would be okay. As she did my manicure, she continuously hit and cut my hand with the tools. Ive never been hurt so many times in a nail shop. It was like she had no idea what she was doing. As we were done, my total came to $63. I asked, why in the world was it so much? She tells me all of the extra charges to the original $15 for my manicure and that it turned from $15 to $40. I asked, why didnt you tell me these things before doing them? She disregarded my question and told me to have a good day. So PLEASE, do not waste your time and money going here!!

I went in to get clear gel nail polish on my natural nails.. disaster! I hate that I had to give 1 star.. how can you mess up that.. the nails wasnt dry. I put my hand in pocket to get payment.. lent was all over them.. I ask man to fix them.. he just painted over the nails... smh.. poor service!

I am always pleased with my gel nails and how well they hold up. I can go 3 weeks without needing a fill in. Pink and whites are my favorite when Kim does them.

The best nail salon I have ever been to, they are quick, friendly and very well priced! It’s an amazing atmosphere with amazing workers and I will never go anywhere else!
