I was impressed with the personal service that Rudy Garza offered a new customer. Happily, I have had no need to put the insurance to a test! I appreciate the attention.

I absolutely did not like the service i received. I have sent this agent an email THREE times and I never ever got a response. Two of those emails was to cancel my policy and I have yet received a response back. It’s been a week. I even called customer service to cancel my policy and they told me I had to email my agent and gave me his email. I understand people get busy but I have never had this problem with State Farm. My agent always gets back to me in a very timely manner. It’s unacceptable that my policy gets threatened to be cancelled when I have been trying to get it cancelled. I do not recommend this agent or All State in general. The Milewise program is a joke. It’s none of anyone’s business if I do any late night driving, or if i have to slam on my breaks, etc., but you get penalized for it and you have to pay more. Absolutely ridiculous. Go to State Farm and avoid this if you can.

I call and never get a call back. His always out of town or always out of the office. Have been dealing with this for a bout a year. I’m still waiting on answers for for my life insurance for my self and for my daughter. I really don’t like putting things out like this but it’s very aggravating dealing with an agent that don’t care about his customers.

If you are looking for an agent that WONT return your call. Rudy Garza is the person for you. Only called 2 times to talk with him in the over 2 years with him. Each time I was told he would call back but never did. This last week I called 2 times and was told he would call me back each time. Never got a call back. Will be getting a better agent right away.

They only answer the phone if u press 2 for spanish.......called them all the time and they never answer if u press 1...press 2 bam, answer .pretty petty

Worst insurance agent ever !!!!!!!! I had them for 3 yrs and never can get a real person on the phone, left many messages and emails, and they never returned any of them

Do not conduct business with this agency. Extremely shady business practices and completely contradictory in the words and actions.

They were fast and friendly when I needed printout copies and to change a policy for a new car

They dont even answer the phone at the office. I dont know how they stay in business. Theyve done nothing for me except take my money and thats of no benefit to me.

Had a package sent to their address by mistake. Elizabeth has given the run around to me and the company who sent the package. If this so called professional business can take advantage of someone and take what isnt rightfully theirs, you can imagine what they would do to someone else.

Horribly rude woman answered the phone and started asking for very personal info before even knowing if we would qualify for a personal policy. They lost a customer.
