Service through AAA on a Sunday afternoon. 3 other local companies too lazy to come out. Flatline showed up early, very pleasant, very professional!! Thank you very much Flatline!!!
Denver CO - Dale was truly amazing!!! The front wheel of my truck had fallen off! Dale got my truck loaded and unloaded without damage to my truck. My mechanic was also truly impressed with the quality and care taken by Dale. The price was very reasonable.
Quick service. Reasonable price. Tow truck driver was friendly and communication was great.
I cant say enough good things about this place and the people that own it are truly saints. My car was towed by them by the city and they went out of their way to help me. I would have lost my mothers ashes had they not personally retained my vehicle until I could afford to make arrangements to pay for the impound. You wont find a more helpful and compassionate tow yard in the tri cities or anywhere in my experience. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!
This place went above and beyond helping me out
This towing company is not professional. I called twice and they blew me off.
He was there with in 15 minutes and i was on my way in 30. Highly recommend
We really had given the tow truck operator a challenge. We had a Ford F 250 that had been driven partially off the front of a dolly. He was very patient and kind even considering the heat. Another towing company had turned us down when we asked for help. We will use Flatline again.
Waited in total for about 3 hours when they stated theyd be about 20-45 minutes. When we tried to call multiple times to cancel they then didnt answer their phone and their voicemail was full so we couldnt cancel. Of course when we called someone else who was ready to come right away Flatline called and said the guy was 5 minutes away, (then took another 15 minutes). We would have been fine if they had just been honest about the initial wait time, Im not sure why they found it necessary to jerk us around the whole time. Based on other reviews this company is pretty notorious about doing this. Wish we would have read the reviews before giving them our money.
Not very good the only good thing about it was that the driver was extremely nice but he was very unorganized and sadly didnt do the job very well. He did it but not very well and took a long time. Speaking of long time the truck took 2 hours to get to my house really.
Alex did a speedy job getting my car to the auto shop. Highly recommend this business!
We tried to have our roadside service set up a tow for us and since we didn’t get to do the scheduling, we called up this joke of a company to align on timing. The receptionist starting arguing with and wouldn’t allow us to make sure we could be there to give them the keys. Well guess what B, there’s plenty of other tow companies in the area so we promptly canceled and moved on. For whoever owns this business, it’d be in your best interest to fire your receptionist.
I rented some U-Haul trailers here in the past. They are friendly and courteous. It was obvious that the lady at the desk had other work going on, but when I walked in the door she immediately dropped it all to take care of my needs. Its refreshing to see this level of customer service.
July 4th our diesel truck with camper broke down on the freeway. After calling around and not finding anyone open or available we called Flatline Towing - the person on the phone was great and had a truck to us in about 40 minutes. Alex towed us to town and helped get our truck running - he went over and above just giving us a tow. In a short time we were back on the road and enjoying our vacation.
Tanner was very friendly and professional and arrived in a timely manner to rescue my car off of the side of the busy highway. The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks guys you sure helped me out today!
Got into an accident called flatline and they showed up within minutes very friendly and professional I would recommend to anyone that needs a tow!
Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Guy was flat out rude, didnt address me as a customer. Talked to me like one of his homies ... then calls me rude.Hire someone who knows how to conduct themselves in a professional business matter.
A little greedy... double charging. They came, I did not think I needed them anymore and sent them away. They showed up so they got paid, cool. No big deal. I realized I did need them And called LESS THAN 5 MINUTES LATER and they said I had to call and set up a new work order, wow really??? My fault I get that. bad customer service tho.
Alex at Flatline Towing has helped me out twice already, and about to begin the third time.First time, I had just got my car out of another business, but that business didnt connect the battery back on right. So my car kept dyeing.Alex found that out after he came to give me a tow! I met Flatline through AAA and this is an excellent business. About to have my 2001 Luminas headgasket checked. Sears told me it is out, and these guys have as good a shop-time price as Ive seen. I highly recommend Flatline Towing!
Great service!
Sam, an employee, was hands down the rudest person I’ve come across and I work in customer service. Informed me they aren’t here to provide a service to people! News Flash: you are! I hope people avoid your company at all costs.. or can you and get someone with a soul.
Professional friendly service. Knowledgable drivers.
Great service, low price. My vehicle was in the shop for repair less than 45min from the time I called.
I was on Edison street when a flatline truck slammed into a car begind me. The car behind me was hit so hard it pushed my truck forward 5 feet. I pulled over not to block the Edison exit. The car in between us took off as the driver (Jason )got out to talk to her. She took off bearly being able to drive her car. I suggested we pull over and assess the damage. My bumper plastic was torn a little and my trailer plug bent backwards. I got Jasons number and when I called three days later his phone was disconnected. I called the office a few times and they said they would have him call me. I feel flatline is a dishonest company based off of their drivers actions and they cant be trusted. My biggest regret was not calling the police to report the accident.
Flatline towing was contracted by AAA ti come out and give us air for our spare so we could get our blown tire changed these LOSERS never showed up! First we were told one hour second call two hours more third call AAA did not have an eta on arrival. A second WSP Trooper stopped put out flares took the tire and me to get air brought me back and changed the tire for us. Flatline towing left two people and a dog out by the side of the road in the middle of no where. I hope they lose business they Suck!
I called Flatline for a tow. Truck broke down. (probably a bad fuel pump) at 4:14pm I called, they took down the address and the gentleman said he would get a guy coming out my way. (I was only 8 miles from the tow shop) at 4:46 i called to ask what their ETA would be. No answer, and their voicemail was full. So i waited, at 5:15pm I called again for an ETA. No answer. Voicemail full. I called a different company. At 5:21pm I got a call from Flatline saying they were five minutes out. I told the Gentleman I would pay for his time. at which point he said dont worry about it. He wasnt actually on his way, hadnt made it to the shop yet to get the tow truck on its way to me. SO..... 2 stars. The other company arrived 20 minutes after I called them.
Good hours and prices
Thank you for you help, I broke down the middle night, the tow truck driver took me to the dealership and then was kind enough to take me to a hotel
