This insurance company is very unorganized, they have so many people work on a claim and they do not communicate with the victim with the claim or each other well. The only thing they have been fast about was lawyering up when I am not the person at fault. They have been rude and tried to bully and scare me to do what they want and basically tried to take my rights away from my car. I hope those choose this company thinks twice and does your research. They will not take care of you if you are in an accident.
