If i could give 0 stars i would. They ripped me off out of a lot of money saying it was for the deposit and it was not all for the deposit. They wont cover my vehicle now and wont give me a refund. They are scammers and just want your money they dont really care if you need coverage or not. I would never use them and will never recommend them to anyone. I will turn anyone and everyone i know away from this company so they do scam anyone else.

Havent had a problem with this insurance until today. I went to court for a speeding ticket and no insurance(Driving someone elses car) the judge advised me to ask my insurance if i have the no owners insurance. I stated i would find out, he explained he has they policy through his insurance and the insurance company should provide the policy. After speaking with an agent at the temple office, she begins to tell me that she could not add the no owners insurance to my policy because its illegal and only people who have suspended license could receive the policy. Advice given to me by a JUDGE from the municipal court i highly doubt he would advise me to check something through my insurance that would be illegal. Very disappointed in the lack of help and lies i received today.

When I signed up for this auto policy it was quick and easy over the phone. However, photos of my vehicle were requested and were submitted the same day to the email address provided. Then I got a letter threatening to cancel my policy if photos were not received by 12/17/18. The photos were submitted again on 12/15/18 but Freeway cancelled my policy anyway. I attempted to call and resolve the issue and could never get them on the phone, the line was always busy. I then called the number listed on my insurance card and was transferred to my agent who never picked up the phone. I was left on hold for over an hour and a half, no one ever picked up the phone. This company is a rip off. I am now wondering if I should contact the BBB.

Selena is rude and unprofessional. When I took the policy out it was non owner then when I added a car to it I asked for the uninsured/underinsured motorist to be added to policy and it was NEVER put on!!! Ive asked for a paper showing I had insurance there and they are too busy to pet it!!!
