Wasnt expecting the experience I got when first finding this office, but I was completely surprised, and very much pleased. I originally did business at another office not too far from this one, but recently had a bad visit stemming from withheld information previously with them. I knew it was time move to a closer to home location, and Im glad I did.The staff here are amazing, and really try to fully understand what you are needing before just jumping into things. They seem to actually listen, and with that... care. They are not pushy in any way, and they dont try to sale you on anything.This is an amazing office, with a wonderful staff. I am glad I moved.

Shaffin and his staff (most notably, Taryn, Cindy, and Colby - thanks ladies!) have been the most helpful, responsive, supportive, and friendly team I’ve ever worked with. When I first switched over to State Farm, Taryn helped me find the biggest discounts while still maintaining full coverage. Their rates are way more affordable than Allstate and Progressive (my previous insurers) without having to compromise or cut corners. The entire staff has been super reliable and friendly and I would recommend them to anyone!

When our power went out during the 2021 Texas snow storm, they opened up their office space that did have power for our family of 4 as well as 3 other families with children for days while waiting for electricity to be restored.
