Just called asking availability, I need pedi and manicure. Their first available is July 27 ?!?! ( called June 26) huh? Not enough people working there or very popular? I feel like they don’t want to take new customers.There is tons of nail salons here, I won’t bother this salon.

I walked in at 10am with only one other customer and the lady told me she was booked for today. Seconds later, another customer walked in and she asked what did she need and began to aid her in her future services. The subsequent lady that walked in after me was white, this shop discriminates against black people.

Always a great experience here. Trish, the owner is such a sweet lady. She greets each customer by name when they enter.The young ladies working there are always professional. I never have to wait when I get there for my appointment.I always leave her spa very happy with the work that was done on my nails and my pedicure.

Im from out of town and went for pedicures with my mom and sisters. We enjoyed wonderful massage chairs, a clean and comfortable atmosphere and flawless pedicures! Everyone was so nice and the price is great! They also have a nice selection of high end polishes. This was the best nail experience Ive had in years. I would highly recommend this salon.

I’ve been a costumer at this places since 2013, never had a complain, they take time doing your nails and make sure you feel comfortable!!! I’m reading the reviews and some people give them 1 or 2 star just because they don’t have appointments the same day or week, common sense!!! They are really good that’s why they are always busy!!! I make my appointments the same day of my service for the next 2 weeks, they are the best in town!!!!

Best nail salon that I have visited in Temecula. The staff was so polite and pleasant, my nails turned out perfect! I am always a stickler for the shape of my nails. I got stuck in a movie, looked down, and my shape was perfect! (How did they know!?) You absolutly HAVE to make an appointment, sometimes I call and the line stays busy for awhile, I think they are so busy they either forget about it or leave it off the hook to avoid the phone ringing off the hook. They dont have a dedicated hostess, everyone there works on the clients and grabs the phone when able. All and all totally worth it. Also, a great price, they cost less than my last nail salon and did a better job.

Been going to this salon for two years, initially when you went you could get fit in same day, now you have to book an appointment days in advance. Thats great for business for them, but when you get busy and your quality declines thats when theres a problem. I just had my acrylics removed because they have been breaking, lifting and dulling faster than they ever had in the past. I paid for a manicure I sat in the dryer for two rounds and as soon as I got home my nails are already messed up. Unfortunately I wont be back.

Bellazo Nail & Spa Salon is the best place to get your nails done . They do a wonderful job on nails and eye brows waxes . I like all the people that work there. They are all amazing.

This is the best place! So relaxing and inviting. They are so accommodating and they know their clients by their name...that just goes to show you they have a strong clientele. Love the movies they show on their tvs.

My husband and I LOVE this Salon. The staff are awesome and the Owner is pure pleasure. We always feel welcome and always recieve superior service, professionalism and personal attention. Trish and her staff are an examply of Excellent Customer Service while providing an Excellent Service in a clean and relaxing atmosphere. I could go on and on about how I am please with my experiencing at Belazzo. But I am sure you get the point. Loyal and satisfied customers for the past several years!

Never come here, I brought my 13 year old daughter here and they had a unlicensed hair stylest(man) butcher her hair! They should be ashamed

I have been a customer of bellagio for a long time. Today I called for an appointment and was told that everyone was booked until Tuesday next week. When I asked for the next available with nina I was told there were no times. So I asked for the next available time and the owner said there were none. I said perhaps I should go some where else and she said why dont you? The owner is very happy in person but not when others are not listening. She is two faced and puts on a good persona when customers are watching but is insincere. Please stay away.

Love this place been going for aabout 3 1/2 years now . Best nail shop around ..I drive all the way from menifee to get nails,pedicure and eyebrow done. Love all the ladys there so very professional and relaxing environment.
