I was sceptical after reading such horrible reviews. I received the BEST pedicure since I moved to CA. I think I finally found my go to nail salon. The last highly recommended salon screwed my gel manicure up so bad that I had to lose my long, beautiful nails. I was super bummed but they still turned out great!!

Paid $45 for acrylic almond white tip nails and the guy was not so friendly. I felt them kind of weird like if they were going to fall off at some point I check my nails and he did not glue it right so now water will be going in my nail. $45 for such a bad work and I was the only customer!

I’m not really sure why this place has such horrible reviews. I’m currently sitting in the chair and Jennifer is doing my toes after spending time on my nails. They look fabulous and she really took her time to make sure I received just what I wanted. I was seen right away and pampered! I think this is my new favorite spot!

Sucks! They need to update their nail creativity. They dont have anything I wanted so I got cat eyes nails instead. My whole left hand sides werent painted& some nails had jagged edges. For being a mall shop I expected the best but was disappointed. Also expensive & rude.

This was my first time to this salon. I am really picky and I thought I would give them a try. The gentleman that did my nails did a great job! A full gel set and I had no bubbles and my nails are nice and thin. I will go back to him again. I do feel they are a bit overpriced but I am pleased.

Brought my fiance and my two daughters here. They didnt hurt them, but they did over charge us! I didnt notice until we got home. I was wondering why they were empty when the other nail salons were full!

I have never been so embarrassed in my whole life. Today after having a bad week I decided to go relax and get my nails done. The salon I usually go to closed early due to it being a Sunday, so I decided to try the nail salon at the mall PRESTIGE NAILS. I have never been treated so poorly in my whole life. We had a misunderstanding about the prices because I was charged two different fees for nails, but instead of arguing with them I payed for my services and the extra charges was handed my receipt and card told to have a good day, so I walked out thinking I was done. It totally slipped my mind about signing their copy of the receipt, so the lady came running out screaming that I forgot to sign. When I came back in the salon she started screaming at the top of her lungs at me, insulting me and being completely unprofessional. The owner came out and repeatedly told her to stop yelling, but she continued to go on. It was literally an awful experience to be treated that badly by someone in the service industry. I would highly recommend to NEVER GO THERE. I can NOT believe that someone could act that way in their workplace.

Went with one other person, we had two separate experiences. Mine was bad, my nails look terrible, my friends look fine. In my opinion, this is absolutely the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. My nails look like a 4 year old child painted them as a fun afternoon project. There is gel painted outside of my nail beds, air bubbles on my nails, and there are too many layers of gel painted on them because the nail attendant couldnt even out the paint. Im not sure if I was her first client ever but Im very disappointed to say the least. Im heading to a salon tomorrow to have the gel removed because it looks so terrible. Way overpriced for the service and final product; would not recommend if you want your nails to look nice. Also, they do not have a good selection of nail paint colors.

Good job, though I should have asked if the nail buffing meant buffed to shine, or just buffed. (I got latter.) The manicurist nicked my pinky and ring finger cuticles to the quick, so be careful.

Good prices, they were dead on a Sunday so walked in and out

Horrible pedicure. The woman rushed through it and didnt do a good job at all. She was actually a bit rude. Overpriced for what you get. The stone massage was not worth getting. Just two rocks in a tupperware container heated in a microwave. Their lotions and nail polish are the cheapest types. She kept trying to get me to spend more money by adding services. I wont go there again.

I gave it a star because I have to but in all honesty they deserve -100. Not only the WORSE place I have ever been to but I doubt anyone will ever be able to do worse than them.RUDE, DIRTY, LOW QUALITY PRODUCTS, LACK OF TALENT, POOR INVENTORY and OPTIONS, HORRIBLE SERVICE...are just a few of their many flaws.Forget about requesting a design, you will hear “I can not do”, want long nails “I don’t do long nails” (not even just the polish). All their nail polishes are cheap and old, not many color to pick from. I had to settle. Good luck with the shape of your nails, just hope they don’t cut you. NEVER AGAIN!

If I could give zero stars I would! I walked in to get a quick nail polish change since I work non stop for the holiday weekend. The lady was extremely rude. I said I wanted to get a polish change and she said it was more then the price on display. she continued to argue with me saying it was more when I was pointing to the price. So I proceeded to say fine and as I handed her my color, she said they wouldnt accept my card for payment unless I added more service on and that I could only pay cash. This was the first and LAST time I ever step foot in this place!

Place was empty on a weekday with three workers. We were greeted relatively quickly and told to sign in, my mother requested a pedicure and I requested a gel manicure. The nail tech grabbed the wrong color (much, much brighter than the one I chose; I didnt realize it was the wrong shade until the first coat had set), and then pretty much just rushed through the motions. They are very rough, the cuticles on my pinkies are bleeding a bit. The gel polish is very thin, so much so that after two coats I can still see the whites of my nails. It really just seemed like the nail tech wanted to get back to her other work, which seemed to involve the gel displays. I rarely if ever leave reviews, especially negative ones, but it genuinely feels like they dont want to be bothered by customers here. I get my nails done once in a blue moon, but I wont be back here.

Went here on 9-25-16, never again! Nice salon but choices of nail polish are very limited and very few brand names. Was charged $22.00 for a pedicure that I had to have the girl go back and remove some of the polish she got on my skin. In the process, she added another coat of polish to the two coats she already had on. Needless to say, when I got in the light outside, the polish was all bubbly. Looked like my granddaughter had polished my toes. Went somewhere else for $16.00 and have a nice shiny polish.

Worst place ever me and my sister decided to have a sister day and get our nails done so we get to the place and we were patiently waiting in the front when one of the ladies that work their looked at us and decided to walk away from us not even bothering to attend us. I decided to sign in since their was one lady ahead of us and at that moment the lady that ignored us told us that they don’t have time for us . We wasted 10 mins just standing waiting to get attended even though that’s supposed to be her job. 🙃

Worst experience Ive ever had for a pedicure. Not only did the girl giving me a pedicure cough and sneeze all over me, but you could care she hated her job and it showed in her work.She didnt even clean my nails and her evening of my toe nails made them look crooked. Paint is uneven. I will never come here again. If they could get 0 stars thats what Id really like to give them

The ladies that did my pedi and Mani RUSHED the WHOLE ENTIRE TIME...they did NOT take there time and the store wasnt even busy. I was literally the only person their. The colors were HORRIBLE and I would NEVER recommend anybody their. First off they have no reason to be EXPENSIVE with that type of service that they give. They need to TAKE THEIR TIME ...stop rushing. I didnt feel at ease at all.

Asked for a full set of coffin shaped nails. I got a beautiful gel color which looks good, but the nails are completely uneven. Got cut a few times, too. I got there right when they opened and the lady that was there seemed offended that I was even there. She definitely rushed the job and it shows. Its very unfortunate. Will not be going back.

Learned my lesson, there is a reason why ratings are low. However, if you want a bunch of oil on your feet and no massage, go for it. But you can do that at home with some extra virgin cooking oil.

This is absolutely the WORST nail salon to go to EVER!!!!!! I wish I could upload a picture of the ridiculousness that the nail Tech name LIEN (or whatever her name is ) did.. She had an attitude she didnt hold a conversation, this so-called professional nail technician did not crack a smile AT ALL. I always get a Gel/ manicure, and this is the first time that it has look like a two-year-old has done it.. straight 💩👎🏽

Me and my friend when there today and the service sucks! They were not gental and kept yelling at me for “moving to much” when I turned my head trying to talk to my friend! They smudged almost all my nails and blamed it on me! Tbh the deserve -5 stars! All my acrylics are loose and will probably come off tomorrow! The person doing my nails took five minutes on one nail yet they couldn’t even paint my nails without going over my nail! It left my hands super crusty as well! Not to mention they cut my skin! I have so many other negative things to say about this place but I’ll keep to my self.

Dont ever go to this place! She cut my finger its been bleeding for three days- On the forth day 3 nails broke off and now I need to go to another place to refix my nails Money in the trash!!😡😤 I want a refund

The girl doing my pedicure was mumbling to herself the whole time and cut my toe and made it bleed. The pedicure itself wasn’t dry even though it had been almost an hour since she finished it. It smudged all over my shoes as soon as I left the store. The topcoat they put on for a full set had brownish tints and peeled within 3 days. It hasn’t even been two weeks and one nail has popped off and another broken. The girl doing my manicure was rushed and didn’t fill in all the spaces.They charge $3.75 for using their ATM. A total ripoff. Never going there again.

They didnt do a great job. I went back to have them fix it and made it a worse job then how I had it. And they talk smack about their customers. In there Filipino language. I wouldnt recommend to go there.

Had my nails done last Thursday 2 broke from them not gluing the nail far enough back and making them so thin. I have had nails soo many times never have i had nails break in just days after getting them done. I went back in to get them fixed and they tried charging me! Well they fixed them 2 days ago and now i have one of the same nails broken again because they were too thin. I will never go back here and never recommend people here ever! And i speak their language littlw did they know till i told them i know what theu were saying! Very rude!

Ok service, cleanliness was disappointing, I saw a cricket or something crawl across the floor eww! Plus you cant tip with a credit card so they force you to get cash from their ATM for $4! Not coming back, but for today it will do.

Theyre the worst!! Terrible work for outrageous prices. I paid $150 for two full sets with gel & one basic pedi & one seasalt pedi. The gel & powder were lumpy & the gel had bubbles. I went with my sister & they cut two of her fingers. The gel & powder didnt cover enough on my nail so they didnt cut me. It also took too long; 2.5 hours. Never going back. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Prefer Great Nails on 79 or Elite Nails in Murrieta.
