Lovely people, great service, fair prices

I really liked it here, you can book your appointment online which is so convenient. My gentleman I believe was named Alan and he was very polite and professional! I’m only in Temecula every now and then but will be back.

The staff was mostly professional and friendly and they were enforcing covid precautions inside. It was a nice stylish ambiance inside but way too dark. We had to use the flashlights on our phones to see any of the color options. The prices are a bit high for the pedicures but they had a new multi pieces set type of options like aloe gel and other scented gelatin like substances. They had beautiful color options and a new cat eye polish which is 12.00 extra. There were a few things bothersome. Such as seeming like they were hurrying to finish the actual process but then there was a bit of a wait between manicure and pedicures in my group. Also it seemed like they werent listening to the wants of the client design or shape wise. The finished product of the nails my daughter got done were sloppily done and not very good looking.

The staff are very friendly. They always accommodate my needs. Sometimes I decide to get a pedicure after my nail fill and they always make room for me.

I got a gel manicure last Saturday and it was great looked great but it lasted only about 4-5 days and my paint started chipping. Paid 40$ + a generous tip. They are great people but 3 stars due to my nails chipping. My gel nails didnt even last a week.

Loved my nails, showed a photo to the nail tech and he did exactly what I wanted it was amazing. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and fun to talk to. I will definitely be returning!

My mom and my sisters and i have been coming here since we were little. joseph knows us well and he has always provided the best service especially when we get acrylic sets they are the best. however, i came in earlier today to get an acrylic set taken off and the woman who attempted in taking my acrylics off drilled holes in my nail beds down so thin i’m in pain anytime i need to go anything using my fingers. on top of that she left the acrylic still on very thick and basically just drilled down half of it off. i’m so sad to say this makes me never want to go back. i want my money back or at least my nails taken care of or fixed if possible because they hurt a lot and look and feel terrible:(

I’ve been coming here for months now and they are so accommodating! They are always willing to work around my schedule and stop short of nothing to please their customers! The staff is amazing and you cannot go wrong with Susan for a pedicure! Christy and Joseph provide a unique experience and I reccomend nowhere but here!

I gave this place two chances!! I’ve gone to this place about 6 times... the last two were HORRIBLE! I come to get my nails gel and they smear it all over my nails and dont clean it up... I’ve had to go back in there to get it re painted... The design I asked for DID NOT look the same, I even had her pick a different one she liked and she still smeared it. Not worth your money or the LONG time you are in there. I’m super sad, because I loved them at first... but it’s time to vetoe this place!

My nails were ok, but they don’t take debit cards. They have an ATM inside or take checks. Personally, I wouldn’t go there again for that reason. Super inconvenient.

It is better than some I have been to out here. I would say that they do lack a certain level of professionalism. It seems like anytime someone went to pay an awkward comment was always said. Is everything ok? Are you going to be able to pay? Super odd!! Such comments came up to a variety of people, so it wasnt just to people who were dressed down or whatever. The pedicure was nice. There wax dip for softening feet wasnt the best. However, some of their other add-ons were well worth the price! I will go back, but maybe Ill take headphones so I dont have to hear their weird comments.

The professional who did my pedicure was sweet and I enjoyed our conversation.The hot oil and pink lotion massage was to die for!Will definitely be coming back!

Returned to get my nails done. Diane is new and wasnt there. They had Tammy do my nails and they turned out horrible. My gel nail polish was so thick it made my fingers look fat and polished by a 7 year old. Prior to me arriving, a customer stormed out. I later discovered it was because of Tammy. So of course when I walked in I would get her. Shes very nice but needs to go back to school for retraining of polishing nails. There was no time for me to mention to management I was in a hurry to make it to a party. Pay attention if you ever get Tammy and complain immediately and not wait.

My daughter and I had gel polish removed (they charge for this, which I’ve never seen before) and a new color applied, and our nails both chipped (badly) within a week. I took my younger daughter, and her nails chipped within a week. This is never a problem with my usual place. For the chipping alone, I wouldn’t go back, but for the $5 removal fee for the gel, I wouldn’t recommend it either!

Friendly, capable staff! Good for eyebrow waxing, for sure.

Just got pink and white tips. Ended up with bubbles in the pink of the nail on every single nail. Asked the girls to fix anf brought it to managers attention, but that would require redoing all the nails which they wouldnt.

I like this one lady her name isTrang. She dose a really good job on my toes.

Definitely worth coming! Displacement really good meals that so pretty as well. All the instruments I sanitize so safety is not a worry.

If I could give a negative star, I definitely would. I have been fortunate to have met some talented nail technicians in my lifetime but this was not one of them. My nail tech was very unskilled, messy and butchered my beautiful nails. My nails looked better going in than they did when I left. They were long and natural looking but now they are short, stubby and thick. I literally want to cry looking at them. I would NEVER recommend this nail salon.

Went to Pro Nails. Years ago they accepted walkins, but today we were treated so rudley it was really sad. We didnt realize how lucky we were! We ended up at Instyle. They Welcomed us as walkins. We were seated right away, and treated so well. What a difference!. Love my manicure and pedicure! The place is clean, and so pretty. Lovely place, Lovely people, Wonderful Service, and very well priced. Will be going here again. I even took cards to give to my friends! Would highly recommend Instyle to anyone.
