First time with this salon but i would never come back here, this is a ripped off salon. The man with a little bald front hair did my nails. Dont believe in the prices listed there because they will change it. Everything you will say they will add and add more, i told him in my salon its not like that even i went to other salon they dont do that, keep on adding on the price. And its so annoying that they keep on laughing, his co workers. They should not do that because its so uncomfortable with their clients because its another language.and this man keep on singing while doing my nails, its so annoying! I dont recommend this salon. OVERPRICING! Zero customer service! Believe me

So this was my first time at this nail salon. Everything was going great. Nails came out pretty good. I got a full set of acrylics. Everything looked good until I left. I noticed some bubbles. I didn’t mind that as much. It wasn’t until later after my shower the nail polish on the acrylics started to peel. The picture with the green sleeve was right when I got them done. They look fantastic! But as the day went on they became gross. I’m going back tomorrow hopefully they don’t charge me that much to have them fix it.

Th man who does nails there is an amazing nail tech!! If youre able to get him to do you mani/pedi you will be really glad that you did. lady nail techs rush, cut your cuticles, make you pay for services they dont deliver. Paying 100$ for a manu/pedi means it should be done right. Definitely wont be back

The people were nice, the lady I believe her name was Erica did an excellent job of repairing my nails, since I havent had done since covid19. I was on vacation and they took me right in and did an excellent job!!!I have gotten so many compliments.

I had made an appointment, waited for 1 hour after they said I would be seated in 15 minutes. Seated many other people before me, even though I had an appointment scheduled. I am quite a busy person with a packed schedule, so I had to leave. Before I left one of the workers tried to keep me to stay. I will never go here ever again, and if you think about going here please dont, it will be a waste of your time and day.

They did a great job on our nails for my sisters wedding. I do not recommend the kids mani pedi... Its a small discount but, a lot less time. They did do cute designs on my kids nails.

Don’t expect your gel manicure to last. Two of my nails chipped on the first day. When I went back to have them fixed, they told me they didn’t know who had helped me so there was nothing they could do. They then decided to resolve the issue by painting over the chips, instead of repainting the whole nail. Two days later, I’m having the same issue. When I called to ask why this was happening, they asked me if I cook and when I replied yes, they said that’s why they’ve been chipping! LOL!! I’ve been getting gel for years and have never had this happen after only having them for a few days!! I’m never one to leave a bad review, but the lack of customer service and accountability at this place is unbelievable 🙃

Im extremely disappointed. I made an appointment a week prior and I asked how much a gel manicure and regular pedicure was, the lady who made my appointment told me the total was $42. I go to my appointment, the pedicure was great, the kind lady who did my pedicure did a great job. However, the manicure was a whole other mess. The man who did my nails did not know how to paint the nails. The layers are so uneven and it just looks horrible and messy. After they finish, they ring me up for $46 plus $1 charge for using cards. I paid, didnt complain, and I will simply not come back. Read the Yelp reviews before coming here. Your money is better spent else where.

I made a 4pm appointment and arrived at 3:50. They told me I had to wait 30 minutes so I reminded them I had an appointment. No one spoke to me and then another girl came in and they told her 30 min wait and then looked at me and said “45 min wait for you.” I reminded her I had an appointment, again, and she said okay. Then at 4pm, they told me it would be 15 more minutes. I said okay. Another customer walked in and the tech that was almost done with her client said “oh wait for me and I’ll get you right back!”I waited until after 4:15, still hadn’t been brought back and I literally walked out. What’s the point in an appointment? Go to TT Nails down the street, better customer service AND reviews.

I called at 9am this morning and asked if there were any appointments for two people around 2pm. I was told to come in at 1:30pm. We arrived on time and sat there for 45 minutes without being helped before leaving with no pedicure. Would not recommend. Will not be back.

I was extremely uncomfortable because the manager in the front was so rude, she kept saying, “she sent other people home early for Mother’s Day” even though it wasn’t mother’s day yet and she acted very frustrated my daughter and I showed up as a walk in at 6. They had already started on my daughters nails when I really got upset and would have left I waited for my daughter as they talked about us right in front of us saying “this is why they can’t go home on time and it’s mother’s day bla bla bla” first of all it’s not mother’s day yet and I’m a mother that wanted to get my nails Done at this salon but instead I got a very uncomfortable experience I’m so mad!! More to the story I just can’t say it all right now I’m to upset !! But here is this review

Everything was going great with our experience today at Great Nails. They were super accommodating and friendly and clean. Ready to pay for the services . $48 +$1 for Paying with card . $49. I rounded up to $50 to keep it easier to balance my books later . Then the intention was to run to the car because I knew I had cash in car for a tip . IN THE MIST OF paying for my services and ask my sister for the keys for the car because she drove . The employee scuffed and said “a $1 that’s all” & gives the worst expression of disgust and rudeness. AND TO BE CLEAR ! The intention was to go grab the tip from the car . I don’t leave tips on my card ... that’s why I have cash . But I won’t be bullied into paying additional for a service, when I already purchased what it cost . It was an unfortunate experience because had the woman had more patience and grace she would have got the tip she was looking for . Thanks but my business will be seen elsewhere.Customer Service needs an upgrade.

Best full set I have gotten outside on la jolla in san diego. Super quick, almost perfectly shaped and good polish work. I knocked off one star for the pedicure during which the tech cut my foot with the pumice and gave a rather aggressive and short massage with the sea salt. I imagine judging by the other reviews that I may just need a different tech. Will def be back!Updating to 5 stars, another flawless manicure and a much better pedi

I loved this place. It was my very first time at a nail salon and getting a manicure. They left my nails looking beautiful, no blood or wounds at all. The only suggestion I would like to give is that the manicurist should communicate more with the customer to make sure they are receiving what they are expecting. The manicurist filed my nails and they were pretty even but she gave it a squared shape when I asked to have a more rounded shape. Either way I am still going back when I need a manicure again. They did a great job!

The nail tec seemed to be late for break or something because she was fast and it was painful! Not to mention the job armature at best.

This place is truly amazing, all employees know what they’re doing, they are nice and fast. Their spa pedicure is sooooo good!!! I’ve been going there for almost 2years now, and love it.

This place is good about fitting you in. I do not like the fact that they do not do cuticle care when I get my nails done. I have been going for several months now. If I complain about anything they give excuses on what I am doing wrong instead of what they need to improve on. For these reasons I will be finding a new nail tech.

This place is good but always packed. When you get in your chair it feels like they are rushing because they are so slammed. They are good but should be better at time management.

My first experience here was great a man did my nails and they were awesome! Today I had a fill and shortened them and the lady BOTCHED them. She made them ALL crooked, told me that my hands are crooked and that she didn’t do anything wrong that it was all my fault. She proceeded to yell at me in front of all the other customers and then walked around telling them all that she didn’t do anything wrong. I know I might have higher expectations but the man who did them the first time did perfect so how is it my problem?! If you go make sure the older lady isn’t the one who does them.

They were really nice. I took my niece to get her nails done for her birthday and they took their time and really made us feel special.

I went in the other day for a new full set. I ending up getting a pedicure as well. The service was great, it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. My nails are perfect, my feet feel amazing and it was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this place. It is my new spot, I will definatly be returning!!

Just had the most horrible experience. I cant believe I paid $44 for horrible looking nails.. I went in got a full set of gels. The lady who did my nails kept moving my hand abruptly. She seemed mad and told me she was tired. I felt like she was scolding me for no reason. None of this would have mattered if she would have done a good job on my nails, but unfortunately, my gels look ugly. I told her narrow towards the tip and a bit rounded on the edges. She kept telling me No that dont look pretty, so I went by what she thought would look best (wish I wouldnt have). I dont get my nails done often, so I trusted her. My nails look narrow towards the base instead and wide towards the tip. Very thick on the outer edges, polish does not cover all the nail and they are different lengths. :( When I was paying, she asked if I liked them, I told her they were a bit thick on the edges, and she said its ok. I think she just wanted to be done for the day. But that is no excuse. NEVER returning to this place again, much less recommend it to anyone.

We had a terrible experience here, I do NOT recommend this location. The staff were rude. They didnt ask my friend what service she wanted, just assumed she was getting the same level of pedicure as myself. Then when she questioned it they blamed her. They argued with me about a glitter technique that Id had done at a great place in Menifee...all I did was ask if they could do an ombre glitter and they told me the technique Id asked about was wrong and you cant do it on toes only fingernails. If you want repeat customers (or decent tips) try being nice to people, it goes a long ways. The friend I was with goes here every two weeks for nails...so not only will I not return but they lost a long term client. Hopefully this was an isolated event. The place was clean and they did have availability for the appointment time we requested.

I had the best pedicure here! They really take care of your feet and the massages before and after are amazing. I’m definitely coming back for a full set.

Walked in & I was greeted immediately. I had a full set, pedicure, & waxing. My nails & toes look amazing. Kristine was a perfectionist with my nails, which was perfect. Prices were reasonable but there were up charges for little details like ombre french & coffin shape... Ive never been charged for those elsewhere but they did a beautiful job.

The older gentleman that gave me a pedicure was simply amazing my legs havent felt that great in a long time and my nails look terrific

Horrible experience. I am never going back. I will not recommend it. If you dont want to waste time. Go somewhere else.. I walked out in tears after being publicly humiliated by 2 of their staff members. They took a pic of my 8 yr old and was threatened that her pic would be posted on Facebook because I was asked to leave when she became frustrated with the nails I wanted.. I cant believe she didnt realize taking pix of minor is illegal!!! Sooo much disrespect and poor quality work. There was a man who works there. Very patient and kind. I wish he would have finished working on me. The other girls are so high tempered and very UNPROFESSIONAL.

My girlfriends and I are visiting Temecula foe the week. Each year we get together we alwayd get a pedi done together. Great Nails is who we stumbled across. Excellent, speedy and attentive service. Highly recommend. Clean, calm and relaxing atmosphere. Price was excellent. We were each well pleased.

Nails were for my wife and ok. I had a pedicure. Ok also.But we made an appointment, and I had to wait 30 minutes for my manicure. And my wife waited 45 minutes for her manicure. Appointments mean nothing. If tneh can’t take people they shouldn’t make an appointment.

I came to get a gel manicure and I loved there color choices, however the guy who did my nails was not focused and there was nail polish on all of my fingers. Overall, my nails looked messy.

The chemical smell hits you when you walk in. If you need better ventilation, you should not come here. The girl at reception was friendly but nobody else was.I was reasonably happy with my full set of acrylic nails even though my nails are not all uniform but the guy cut me twice on two different fingers with his vigorous filing. My skin is also now horribly dry and scaly. You can see this in the photos. The next time I need work done on my nails, I will not be coming here. My hands took a beating at this place and I prefer not to BLEED!
