My boyfriend and I went to this amazing location on date night after work one day. We spoke to the owner on the phone and she accommodated us with a walk in appointment. We were seen immediately and received VIP couple treatment. Great conversation with the owner. Prices are reasonable. The service was fast but professional grade and last for over 3 weeks.

Very bad business practices. I asked for package 1 at $30. Was charged $50 at the end of service. Gel polish is apparently $20 extra dollars. I came in with no polish on so there was no removal. This is not the first time an inconsistency in pricing has occurred. I’ve been coming here periodically over the past 3.5 years and it’s always the same. Hidden fees. I refuse to be serviced by Vivian as her gel polish chips within the day. She rushes through services. I only pop in once in a while for Patrick who does amazing pedicures. But I’ve had enough. Even though my service was with Patrick she manages the money and up charges me. Which is sad because I intended to leave a heftier tip for Patrick. In the past I was charged $85 for a short stiletto matte black for my daughter. The polish was sloppy. I’m a cosmetologist so I can understand charging for both time, quality, and material, but it just isn’t here. And especially not from Vivian. My advice to Patrick is to find another salon. He’s truly done the best pedicures I’ve had. Also seen her pop in new clients at the pedi bowl without cleaning it after a pedi that came and left while I was there. Yes. She’s adamant about cash. Has had me walk to CVS to pull out money while she waited. Usually people don’t care as long as the tip is cash. Like I said, I’m a hairdresser so I get the tip part but the full service request in cash just seemed inconvenient. She acted like she was doing me the favor of waiting for me to pull out cash. Smh. Now I’m just ranting but either way. These were my experiences the past few years. I’ll end it on this, 50 is not bad for a pedi but when you’re told prices are one thing and then you have to pay another just isn’t right. Also at the 50 dollar price I get more at other shops. Theoretically it would be a great value if she in fact charged what she advertised. Over it.

Went to visit family in California and went here my last day. Arrived before they closed but didn’t know if they would have time, Vivian said she could do my nails. She was very rude to me and was hostile throughout the whole experience. She asked what kind of nails I wanted and I said I usually do a coffin style, she rudely replied and asked if I wanted some type of acrylic nail. I didn’t know what is was as where I’m from they don’t offer this, she was very rude and didn’t explain anything. I had to google what she was talking about because she just kept rolling her eyes. Long story short she decided for me that I was doing it because it was more expensive. When their sheet says acrylic nails starting at $20 they just mean it’s $20 for nail polish with a side of attitude and unprofessionalism. I was charged $60 for her to put on the extension and a gloss. DO NOT GO HERE!! There’s plenty of other places you can get your nails done for a better price and you won’t be treated poorly, very disappointed

The technicians are diligent, precise, and super friendly! Their prices are pretty affordable for the area -- it is a high-end nail salon in TEMECULA. Ask for a clear breakdown of how much your service will cost prior to sitting down. Leaves little room for confusion. Do not let the negative reviews sway your decision to visit this place because many people complain when it is time to pay. Then, they are upset that the workers are simply seeking to provide for their families! Support a family run business!

Please, do NOT go here. I was out here in California visiting my best friend and we decided on a whim to get our nails done here before getting wine at the local wineries. Had we looked at the reviews, we would not have gone because they. Confirmed our experience there. My friend, had Vivian, and she scammed her by over charging for services NOT given. No extra 5 min massage, no mud wrap, and the whole “deluxe” package lasted maybe 15 minutes. It was only two of them working so everything was rushed. When she went to pay, Vivian lied denied and said she got the mud wrap and charged an extra $1 for no reason and was also adamant about paying cash. It was super shady and I cannot believe they still have a business. DO NOT GO HERE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A NAIL PLACE LIKE THIS!!!!!!

It’s been about 4-6 months since i got my nails done due to giving birth and today was an official day that i had a few hours of me time ...so the down falls i have was that they were extremely overpriced for what you want or ask for, my nails were good and decent, but my pedicure i liked a lot for it being simple. another down fall is that i felt peer pressured to leave a large tip after being charged basically a phone bill payment ...would i recommend this place maybe or maybe not if it was a last resort then yes if not then no i wouldn’t, i am very honest about my opinions when it comes to nail & hair salons/dressersagain this is my opinion and thoughts about the place you definitely don’t have to read or take mine into consideration

I really needed my feet and hands done. Found this place thru my daughter. Comparing to how my feet and hands were looking After this woman Vivian was done they looked Better. But like the people said she is way over priced and Im just now seeing that my nails are chipping. Its supposed to last a while because they are Gel. Gel is not supposed to chip this fast. Not even a week. Im very disappointed very disappointed. She tried to talk on top of me like if Im making stuff up..Im never coming back to that salon. She was the only one open so I gave it a chance. Im not even gonna refer no one there. People save your money that you work hard for for other shops that are more reasonable and honest. This lady I feel like she makes up her own fees at the time right there and then. Very disappointed did I mention that already???I feel the people that left good reviews for her she knows them personally and are doing her a favor by making her look good. Probably family members. Anyways dont waste your money girls. Shes not the one you want. Over priced and does poor work.... oh and yes her work too fast. Thats why I was keeping a close eye on my cuticles thats a big one for me.

$60 full set is absolutely insane ! I completed my pedicure and full set in under an hour rush through everything I got a clean pedicure which is 20 bucks OK that’s reasonable but $60 for a plain gel full set I’ve never heard of that I will never go back here again

I went here recently and Vivian herself did my pedicure. There were only two people working that day, so she was in a rush trying to service 4 people at a time. I paid for the deluxe package which was supposed to come with a 5 minute massage and mud wrap. I got neither of those, the whole thing lasted maybe15 minutes MAX. She also answered the phone and was taking a reservation while painting my nails so they turned out a mess. They didnt clean in-between customers, and the armrests on the pedicure chairs were filthy and sticky. When I went to pay, Vivian said I had gotten a mud wrap, which was a lie, and charged full price. Please do not go here.

The worst service! For a color change and no one in your shop not even busy and I was rushed why rush your service when your customers are paying?! Left my Nails uneven and lumpy. Do not recommend this place to anyone. Your quality will be a zero not getting what you pay for.

High quality people, low quality work. Knowing this place had a poor rating, I came here for a gel manicure because they were the only place available at the time. The staff is very friendly and personable, and they put a lot of care into patching up a chipped nail I had. But after I left, I realized that my gel manicure was no thicker than standard nail polish... The coating was extremely thin and I could even see through to my fingernail in a couple places. Because it was such a thin coating, two of my nails broke off within a week. A poor quality manicure AND it costs more than most other places in the area.

Been coming here for years and will continue to return. High quality, speedy, and affordable services. Always get my eyebrows naturally waxed and beautiful gel nails. Highly recommend!

Sorry but this place is way to overpriced. my step sister and i recently came in and she charged both of us $60 for just a full set! not to mention she did not listen to exactly what i wanted and made sure to charge me more for what i asked. i definitely do NOT recommend going in and getting anything done, its honestly ridiculous.

They served me very quickly, were very patient while I picked out my favourite colours and did a great job. I am very abusive to my poor nails due to my job and hobbies and a week later they are still holding up perfectly! 😄

Definitely do not come here. Way way way overpriced. All the other places in Temecula charge $20-30 for gel pedicure (no design) but Vivian charges $40.00. Take your money somewhere else.

First few times going here were okay. I tipped very generous because I was grateful. But last time went in and people started coming in and she rushed through and didn’t even fix a nail that got messed up, basically said it was my fault. Wanted to give her benefit of the doubt but completely understand why she got a lot of low ratings now.

I absolutely love my nails every time I visit. Vivian is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have very limited time, so Im always in and out in about 45-50 min. I never feel rushed and my nails are absolutely beautiful! Lasting around 3 weeks even under the pressure of being a cosmetologist and server. I get so many complements. She never wastes my time or money.

Clean well decorated location. The manicurist who worked on my nails was very quick and thorough. She added some personal design which was great and unique.She was very particular about where I placed my hands/elbows on the table which I’ve never experienced before but otherwise she did a good job which is was matters. She also pressured me to pay cash and tried to get me to go to my bank and get cash despite having a functioning card swiper which was also odd. Otherwise good experience

Been to this place multiple times! Both Vivian and Patrick have done an amazing job! They are super friendly and easy to talk to. You could go to either Patrick or Vivian, they are both great and amazing! Coffin, square, long or short, bling, no bling, they always have my nails looking great! Definitely recommend this place!

This has got to be the WORST mani/pedi experience I’ve ever had! Barely did an actual mani/pedi before leaving dust on my hands and slapping on the polish. I could go on but, just avoid this place.

Everything was covered in old nail dust. The files, buffers, machines, nail polish bottles, table, and she even reused gloves that were covered in nail dust. The towels were all horribly stained. Her partner came in and placed a car part on the table she had her equipment on and actually placed it on the nail file, he took the file with him when he walked away. She didnt notice right away and went to go grab the file, she became angry because she did not have another file in the entire shop. She then requested payment before applying paint per usual however, became irritated when I only had card payment which is posted as a valid form of payment and pretty much grabbed the cash from my hand for a tip. I asked for a design that she said she could do...she could not and even placed the top coat on it the wet paint and it smeared, she did not start over and simply tried to repaint it quickly. I have been here before and like it because it is quick but this was really the last straw. I was charged $46 for poor design and she didnt even give me a hand massage, didnt clean my cuticles, and was on her phone. There are so many nail salons in the area, pick one of those. I have rep6orter this business to the cosmetology board of California as I do not believe they sanitize any of their equipment and by insisting cash as payment are avoiding some type of taxes.

It was pretty awful, from start to finish. They sat me in the pedicure chair, didnt ask if I was comfortable (chair was straight up, no relaxing for me apparently) didnt ask if the water was comfortable (room temp. Not what I was hoping for).The pedicure was fine, nothing special. Wouldnt recommend if you wanted a massage cause you arent going to get more than a pat on your leg.The manicure was atrocious, they removed my gel with a sander without asking. He doesnt bother cleaning up around my nails, slaps the gel on but not without getting it all over my fingers around nail. Uses clippers to try cleaning up the nails smudges, removes gel from a corner but doesnt fix it. Doesnt put lotion on hand but instead oil. End result, lots of paint around nail and looks messy.Im pretty passive and dont care to make complaints cause it makes me nervous. But this was plain sad and disappointing.

Came in 11/11/2019 to get a pedicure where I waited 20 minutes while being told were ready just another minute. They tell everybody theyre ready they pack people in and they have one person working. Patrick then came in and proceeded to cut my nails at different lengths, paint my nails (and skin) with uneven glops of polish, and never completed a top coat. When I informed him and the staff I was unhappy he told me I had the Ugliest nastiest feet I have ever seen. Completely unprofessional and rude. They are here to serve us we pay a price do not come here for nail service!

Do NOT NOT NOT use this place. Unclean. Unsanitary. There are only 2 people working so only 2 people can be serviced at a time. I needed my feet and brows done for a wedding we came into town for, so was kind of urgent situation. My husband and I wanted the Deluxe pedi which was $36.99 and included an extra 5 minute massage... fine, but I got a 25 minute pedicure. Period. She was so rushed. I also noticed she used gloves that had already been used, a used file, and only 1 old steam washcloth was used for both legs. Then went back to get waxed. The room was not clean, the towels on the table were not clean, she double dipped the stick in the wax, and I noticed she saved the stick she used on me. Now I think she used the same stick on me as the lady right before me. Yuck

The worst acrylic fill I have ever had. Vivian is a crook and charged me 40.00 for this. She is not experienced at this, doesnt listen to customer request about what they prefer, is in a hurry, made me wait for over an hour. Do not go there. Had I read the reviews before walking through the door, I would never have gone there. She needs to go back to school, although I doubt there is any help for her lack of skills. She is a inexperienced manicurist and should find another line of work.

Not what it used to be. I was in yesterday and paid $60+ for a gel mani and regular pedi. My gel nails are already peeling off. Only used alcohol to clean my nails, filed unevenly and didn’t remove any cuticles. The towels are dirty, the tools used do not look like they are cleaned. The owners are very nice, but that doesn’t change the fact that I paid for a service and it was not done properly. I will not be going back.

I have had nails for 25 years and this was the worst experience ever. Vivian in particular took care of me she put on a full set and the whole time was very standoffish. I tipped her very very well considering. I always tip well. Second time I came in she was on the phone to her phone company bitching abt her service. Patrick proceeded to take my nails off and do most of the work while she stayed on the phone. I told her I had an appt and she came over to do my nails still on the phone with whoever the WHOLE TIME. Very rude!!! The service was beyond terrible and not even two weeks yet all my nails are lifting and half are off. They use very cheap products and would definitely not recommend them to ANYONE!!! As well when taking my nails off one of them was pretty much ripped off bleeding and painful. Really? How can they stay in business?

I paid 30.00 for a 26.99 pedicute. When I told the gal I had calluses that needed extra attention she said “I’ll do my best”. She spent a total of 3 minted on them! She did not clean under my toenails. She went through the motions of filing and cuticle work. She spent a total of 25 minutes on me. I will never go back or recommend this place!!!! I need to go somewhere to get my calluses done!

Really disappointed with the service. The owner is always in a bad mood, I feel that unless you pick one of the higher more expensive packages she will not be happy. I picked package 2 for my pedi and she breezed through it, she didn’t even massage both legs. Once she was done I felt rushed to get out of the chair, my color wasn’t even dry yet and she was putting my flip flops on. I hadn’t been there in a while but that day decided to give them one more try...never again!!!!!!! Bad attitude, bad mood, poor service and a know it all. Seems unhappy with her business and takes it out on clients. The ratty old ripped towels were gross as well. Of course as you walk out she says, “see you next time babe”, as if that will make make up for the bad experience and the 40 minutes of awkwardness and unpleasant experience not to mention the $35 dollars down the drain. PASS PASS PASS, spend your money elsewhere.

The owner was rude. Laying her head on the table talking on her cell phone (not in English) my nail broke after just two days. I went back and had them fixed and it was an agreement like it was my fault. I get my nails done and they last for at least 3 weeks. I got home and read all the bad reviews on yelp. Not worth the money. Stay away

She ruined my eyebrows, I always tell her that I prefer my eyebrows thicker but she didnt listen and now they are super thin! I hate how I look right now! She is very rude if you tell her what you want if it doesnt correspond with what she thinks. And she charges way more than what she is supposed to. Im never going back there again.
