I bought my above ground pool two years ago for my grandchildren who spend quite a lot of time at my home. The pool is awesome, so easy to take care of and keep clean. I go in every other week to get my water tested and they never try to oversell me things I dont need. Most times I go in and need absolutely nothing! The purchase experience was great and plenty of information was given to help me with my choice. Im too old to concern myself with opening and closing my pool so Crystal pools does that for me as well and they do a very good job. All in all I am very happy with Crystal pools and would recommend them to anyone considering a pool purchase.

Brad was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire sales process. We ended up having an issue with the product purchased caused by a manufacturer defect (not by Crystal Pools) yet the service team at Crystal Pools did everything they could do to process and deliver our replacement as quickly as possible. Their staff was responsive, understanding, and accommodating. Would absolutely recommend them!

Brad was great. They put in our above ground pool promptly and Brad was nice enough to even give us tour of the store and show us the pool we were getting. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

I am modifying an earlier post and giving Crystal Pools the credit they deserve. When I had issues with the settling under and around the deck of my in-ground pool, I contacted Crystal and was treated exceptionally unprofessionally. I expressed this in an earlier review, and Crystal Pools ownership reached out to me. After reviewing my interactions with their employee and how I was treated, Crystal Pools ownership did their best to make things right and honestly evaluate my individual customer experience. While I still have more work to do to make my pool aesthetically pleasing, I appreciate the effort and care put forth by ownership. 1 star for the way I was initially treated and 5 stars for ownership’s response means that this is a 3 star review. I will keep one photo up to show the original problem of settling under and around the pool deck.

The salesman was knowledgeable and helpful in our deciding which pool package was right for us.The crew that delivered the materials for installation left everything exposed on our back patio, including a chemical that could have been damaged if it got wet; which we werent informed of.The installers were awesome. Professional and friendly; got the job done amazingly quick.Instruction was thorough and professional.The pool is ready a couple months earlier than anticipated and ready for warm, summer weather!

Had a great experience from the showroom floor, installation and customer service in the store. Dustin was our salesman and thoroughly explained the different models and options available. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a spa. Installation was smooth and painless. Went to the store yesterday to have my water tested. Staff was friendly and helpful and pointed me to the products I need to keep my water in top condition.

Brad was our salesman. He was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of the various hot tub options. We settled on a Hot Spring model that had the right combination of features, size, and price for us. We worked with Zach and Darlene to schedule the installation which Chris and his team handled very professionally and efficiently. Chris provided great instructions about how to operate the system; this was very thorough and easy to follow once the hot tub was filled. We had a great experience overall and it was wonderful to use it last night!

My husband and I wanted to buy a hot tub for our anniversary but due to COVID, we would have had to wait a few months to get what we wanted. We visited at least three other dealers before ending up at Crystal Pools. Brad was our salesperson and he showed us a bunch of different options. We ended up putting a deposit down on something in the showroom (we really wanted to have something for the summer) but it wasnt really a great fit for what we were originally looking for... I ended up finding a different hot tub at another location (much better suited for our needs) and had to cancel our sale with Crystal Pools. Brad was so understanding and gave us our deposit back without any question. I wish we could have done business with them because they were so great to work with, but we will definitely be back to buy our chemicals (and another hot tub if we decide to upgrade in the future)!

Bought a 24 round above ground pool in 2004 and just love it. The staff here are excellent and know their stuff.Large free easy to access handicap parking and access to building.Plenty of pool products for inground and above ground pools.Model pools available to view. Must see them. Water testing available at no cost.....Dont play around, let them help you with any problems you have.Proper maintenance of a pool is essential, it will make you a happy camper.Good products at a good price. I highly recommend this business and their products and staff.

We had our Jacuzzi Spa delivered and setup today! It looks beautiful! All of the workers were so professional and friendly. We ordered our spa in the Lancaster showroom and our sales person was Brad. So knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Crystal and Brad for sales!

We tried out every hot in the area when we were searching for a hot tub earlier this year. Dustin was informative yet low pressure which was nice. After trying out just about every hot tub in the neighboring counties as well and doing research online we chose the jacuzzi. We liked the sealed bottom of the tub, the jet packs and the power they provided and also the simplicity of the controls. We use it everyday!

I see so many positive reviews that I feel obligated to write about my experience in hopes of preventing the same for others.I had a horrendous experience with Crystal.After talking to a neighbor in my area who also has a new Crystal pool, I learned that there are many others who have terrible experiences with this company.They do not deliver what they promise. Please find someone in your area who has recently had a Crystal pool built before you let them in your yard...and fully document what you’re agreeing to.The salespeople and staff are lovely, until you bring problems to their attention. In the end, i relented and settled for a sub par job just because the experience was prolonged and awful. On top of botching the permitting and starting the project 10 wks late, they destroyed my yard...all of it, sidewalk, patio, and garden edging.The landscaper who came in after Crystal finished asked me who did the pool because he’d never seen a worse pool job in his 30 years of landscaping pools.I’m stuck using Crystal to open my pool this year because my UV filter broke, after 4 months of use, and they still have it. After that no more. I had a crystal pool in another house and they were great...that’s no longer the case. Please do plenty of research before opting to use Crystal pools.

My husband and I were in the market for a spa, I did do a little research ahead of time and this was the second place we went to. Brad actually called me after I filled out a online form about what I was looking for. Once we went to the showroom he was very knowledgeable about the different brands and all the different options available. We were looking to purchase something from the showroom (we didnt want to wait for one to be built and sent from the manufacturer) and after about an hour of bouncing from this tub to that tub (I am very indecisive) we finally settled on a beautiful tub. We cant comment on the financing as we just paid in full that day. Delivery and set up WHAT A BREEZE!! Chris and Ian (hope that is spelled right) were great, they came with two other guys and had the spa unloaded, in place, and ready for water in less then an hour. Ian stayed behind while we waited for bulk water delivery and explained EVERYTHING to us. From how the different pumps worked the different jets and how the lights could all be different to which chemicals to use for which issue and so on. I really cant say enough about Crystal Pools. A great company, offering great products (that they believe in and stand behind), and great people. Thank you for making this such an easy process.

I was able to try it out in showroom to verify its capabilities. I chose the J-415 over the J-315 because of stronger jets and heating ability. Small enough so I can have it indoors. It works very well.

We really couldn’t have had a more terrible experience with Crystal Pools. Showed up on two occasions without letting us know first, forgot a part of the filter/pump, unprofessional installation crew member, left chemicals (twice) and our manual books outside in the rain, set up the pump wrong, did not install the liner properly, never called back to come out and give us instructions for the pool as agreed; the list goes on. Save yourself the headache and go with another company who actually cares about their customers. The only positive about Crystal Pools is the salesman— he was outstanding.

I am very impressed with everyone I have dealt with at Crystal Pools. My salesperson, Brad Bomgardner, was extremely helpful in every aspect of my pool purchase. He was a wealth of information and very pleasant from his initial visit to my home to assess my yard to his last visit after the pool was completed. He helped by making recommendations on pool design considerations (type/size/shape/components/equipment/etc.) and later providing excellent contract references for electrical and fencing. Brad was an absolute pleasure to work with on my Crystal Pool because he really provided me with all the answers I needed to make such a significant purchase much easier.The excavation, install, and concrete crew were terrific. They were always busy with a task but didn’t mind stopping to answer any question I had during each step of the process. I still cannot believe they got the pool dug and installed as quickly as they did, all without cutting any corners or sacrificing their superb level of quality! Truly great guys with an attention to quality and they really seem to enjoy their work. It was also nice to see several guys from Brad’s family on the job like Jeff and Gary.Lastly, I recently took my first pool sample in to the Lancaster store and was greeted so kindly by Amy. She did the water sample analysis, made a call to the Hershey store and sent me home with some balancing chemicals and clear instructions on how to use them properly and safely. I would not recommend Crystal Pools or any Hayward products whatsoever! Crystal Pools makes a great pool and the installation was incredibly fast, but their service and response to equipment issues is terrible. We were sold the Hayward OmniLogic Sale Water system for our 22,000-gallon saltwater pool. It was installed in Aug 2016 and was closed in early Sept that same year. In 2017 the OmniLogic system went down. It took Crystal over a month with us pushing to get the system back up and running, with assistance from a regional Hayward tech. In 2018 the OmniLogic system went down again in the spring and then again at the end of the summer finally closing the pool end of October till it was fixed…again. Both times Crystal was lost and didn’t know what to do. I had to push Hayward to get a tech out to fix the same issues with the electronics. At that time, I was requesting a system replacement since the OmniLogic system has not worked since installation. Both times in 2018 and in 2017 the same errors keep coming up: “T-Cell Low Voltage Chlorinator1” “T-Cell Voltage Sensor Short Chlorinator1” “T-Cell Current Sensor Short Chlorinator1” “Chlor Relay K1 Stuck Open Chlorinator1”, “Chlor Relay K2 Stuck Open Chlorinator1”. In 2019, the OmniLogic system went down again with the same errors. I called Hayward, Crystal Service department, and even the owner, Mrs. Cheryl R. Eshenour, and told her of these persistent issues and that I wanted the system replaced. She never returned my call after that discussion. Hayward again would not concede to replacing the system and said they would call Crystal’s competition, Goodall Pools, to come out to service the OmniLogic system as they were experts at it. The Goodall service team was responsive, communicated with me when they would be out, and communicated with me as to what was wrong and what they were replacing in the system. The system worked until last week, Sept 26th, 2019….yes, you got it….the OmniLogic system is down again with the same errors. I reached out to Hayward and they said that I probably have my salt level too high; above 3200ppm. I told them and sent a pick of the Hayward app showing my salt level was 2980ppm for instant salt, and 3019ppm for average salt. They tech came back and said you can go by the Hayward app! Really?! He said I had to get the water chemically tested. So, I did…and the test report reads 3000pm. As a matter of fact, all my summer readings from Goodall pools (quit going to Crystal Pools) were 3000 and below. I am now being forced to take legal action against Crystal Pools and Hayward. All in all, I would highly suggest purchasing your pool and get your pool service from Goodall Pools. I wish I had known about them when I moved into the PA area. At Crystal Pools, they only care about the sale of your pool….after that, you’re nothing to them.

We have been long-time Crystal customers, having enjoyed one of their inground pools for many years and this experience purchasing a spa has confirmed our choice in working with Crystal Pools again. Rich was very helpful as we selected our spa and the delivery team was efficient, respectful of our property, and informative with care and maintenance details. Once again, a very satisfying experience with Crystal Pools!

I could not possibly say enough good things about the service I received from crystal pools. They closed my pool on 9/18 in the pouring rain on a cold day, despite that they took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I returned home to find everything at my pool put away as neatly as if I had done it myself. It is true professionalism to treat others property in the same fashion as you would your own. That is exactly what I got from the service techs at Crystal Pools. I will certainly be calling them in the future for anything I might need with my pool.

My experience was great with Crystal Pools. The employees were very knowledgable of their products and their prices were very competitive. The delivery and setup of my Jacuzzi spa was great! I would recommend them to anyone in the spa market.

Salesman was very helpful explaining the spa features and special deals, no pressure to purchase. Pre-installation instructions were very clear, even over the phone. Installation was on-time and installer provided advice on placement of stones for access to filters. Instructions/advice was given on maintenance and operation of functions. After install the spa would not heat. Service came the next morning and tightened a loose connection.

Alittle pricey. Alittle snooty also. They seemed to carry pretty much of everything you needed.... but ill probably never go back only because they were snobbish.

I have been a customer for over 8 years, Brad our sales rep was great, install was great and service has been the WORST experience that we have ever had recently. They do not care at all about the customer experience communication is terrible and accountability is zero. I am super disappointed when addressing a concern that they place the blame and provide zero solutions other than saying it was not us. I have not opened or closed my pool for 8 years, they came last year and we did not have our cover out which is our fault and they took our stairs out removed some parts and then called and say call back when the cover it out and we will come and install it. We then called back and never got a response and had to put the cover on our-self, come to find out nothing was winterized and our filter and other parts froze and are non operational. I placed a call to the office and they tried to tell me they were never out, then said they were out but they never winterized because they needed the cover. Instead of saying lets work this out and get you backup and running, it was sorry this is what it is. SUPER DISAPPOINTED

From Start to finish Brad Bomgardner and the Crystal Pools team were phenomenal to work with... Brad was not a high pressure sales guy (which is a plus to me) he was more interested in selling the item that we felt best suited our needs. Brad was always available to answer any questions I had. I stopped in at the Lancaster store one day and was greeted promptly. The team that installed the pool worked as a well oiled machine and everyone just knew what to do and what the next steps were. The layout of the pool was discussed and each step in the process if I had a question anyone of the installers would stop and answer my question. The pool was installed and setup professionally and properly. The technician (Ramone) came out to demonstrate the pools features and specifications for chemicals,cleaning practices, opening and closing procedures, etc. Any questions I had were answered professionally... All in all, I could not have dreamed of a better experience or a better company to work with... Kudos to the entire Crystal Pools team that made my experience a positive one!

We buy from crystal pool and have been since we moved here 4 years ago. I was disappointed when I called to see if someone would come out and help up clear up our foggy pool and was directed to call other pool companies for help. Apparently crystal only helps customers that had crystal install their pool and we arent the original owners of the pool so we dont know who installed it. I wont be buying from them anymore.
