Honestly, have never had a better experience at a salon. They are so friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable. To do my full set, they simply roughed up the nails a bit, which is all you need. Other salons practically grind your own nail down nothing. They follow the best practices in nail care. The only other salon that has done my nails with this much care and attention to my natural nails was Saks Fifth Avenue.I was also amazed by the technology and innovative techniques offered here. They literally were able to print a picture on my daughter on my mail (in honor of her first birthday).Of course for all of these great offerings, youd expect to pay an hefty amount. However, their prices are quite reasonable.I cannot recommend them enough. You should definitely check out this hidden gem!

I have been coming to inails for a long time and have aways been treated so well by everyone.They always talk with you and everything is so clean. They always offer you water to drink.The work is so good. I have never had a broken nail. The owner is a perfectionist and they go above and beyond to make you happy. I would never go any where else. A pedicure is like a dream they use hot towels and rub your feet and legs you feel so good you want go to sleep. I promise you will never be disappointed.....

Went in this morning soon as they opened. No one else in the shop. I requested dipping powder which was what I currently had. Male tech in store did his best to get me to do full set instead. Tried to talk me out of what I wanted. I said have a good day and left. Tip for next time - just do the service a customer comes in, request and wants to pay for. If you are not good at doing dipping powder then just say that.

I have been going to this salon for over a year and I wouldnt change it for the world, Hien and his wife are very professional, great nail techs and perfectionists!! I always leave feeling great, they know how to make my nails feel pretty and I couldnt be more grateful. The music is always very nice and relaxing and they have the latest technology for designs and nail polishes(like the ones that change color with different temperatures), also if they dont have the color you like theyll get it for you, that was the case with my baby blue thank you!!!

Although the new management has made some changes, my manicure started chipping BAD the next day! Nail tech was very nice, BUT Id been to that location over a dozen times when it was under the old owners, and that wouldve NEVER happened. Im not sure if it was a cheap base coat, but I shouldve asked for my money back (unfortunately I went out of town)..

The new owner has really made this salon experience a great one! I went for a deluxe pedicure & nail fix which lasted about 1.5 hours. Very clean salon, new massage chairs, and my nail techs really knew what they were doing! I must do this more often.

Omg..where do I begin..The new owners are awesome people, they truly care about their customers and treat us like family.., They always do the best job, weather I am in a hurry or want to hang around and sit an extra time in the brand new massage pedicure chairs.. The great quality products they use and their many years of experience always bring me back and I have referred many people including my Mom and other family members and friends and colleagues who wouldnt go anywhere else now..They are clean and comfortable and go out of their way to make the customers happy..The other positive is everyone speaks English clearly and I love our fun conversation while I am there..

Fabulous!!! I love my Pedicure and Gel manicure.....I went to many nail shops before around in Oldsmar, every time I got my Gel manicure done, they only last a week, but I come to inails & Spa, they did my gel nail last more than 3 weeks. Great!!!I will come back to see Hien and Ly again. Thank you, guys!

I love my medi & pedi with HIEN; he is a great technician I have been with, I got my favor nail tech. at Maine, now I moved to Florida, HIEN is the best of mine. I definitely come back on every two weeks to get my mani/pedi.
