Horrible place .. Terrible service with song.. Never again

If you want your hair to look like you let your four year old did it go here !!!!!!! Came here thinking I was going to get simple highlights and to begin this lady started painting my hair all of it, blonde not highlights not to mention my hair is only about 5 inches long so it couldn’t have been that difficult to actually do, didn’t listen to what I said had to redo my entire head dye it back brown and restart . Never again.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LADY, didn’t even listen to what I wanted done just did whatever she wanted completely ruined my hair and had to pay even more money to have a professional re do it. Called her the next day only for her to continuesly hang up on me. Hopefully this review saves your hair probably why she never has any business. Very rude !

I honestly would never shame someone’s work but I am looking out for the next person who trust her with their hair. Her name is kristy and I went in to get a balayage, google it up Incase you are not familiar. To begin, I showed her pictures, I told her personally myself how I wanted the highlights and so she begins dying MY WHOLE HEAD BLONDE from scalp to my ends! If it wasn’t for my sister who caught it I’d be completely screwed. So she said “ooh okay” when my sister told her she was not supposed to be doing that like we didn’t just discuss the plan of my hair. So when she finished the highlighting process and washed all the dye out, blow dryer it and what not she went to “ dye my hair back to my natural color” on the part she messed up on, I hear her say in the back of my head “oh no!” I am 110% percent serious when the color on my strands were purple. The result to all the chaos that was going on with my hair was she put two different blondes in my hair and you could see where she began the highlights all around my head it looked ridiculous! There was no blending of where my natural color was and the highlights began. And the hair she dyed all blonde she didn’t the most shittiest job dying back brown there still blonde blotches it was just so sad and when I went home and fully looked at it I called her to discuss a refund of only the amount it was gonna take to fix it and she said no and hung up on me and ignored my following calls! The professional I went to said she sure did a number on me and it cost me 200 to fix so unfortunately she had to much pride to admit her wrong doing or even tell me in the first place she was incapable of doing a balayage.
