I love coming to Vivis when Im in town. Before I moved, this was my favorite nail salon and when I move back it still will be! Dont mind the big toe on the right foot. Lost the nail a few months ago in a work accident 🙃

I have been going to ViVi’s nails for a while now and they continue to provide quality and professional service! The nail salon itself is beautifully decorated and clean.I get my nails done by Andy because he just always knows what I want and out does himself every time! This time he recommended this amazing gel nail polish and I could not be more pleased. He takes his time to make sure each nail is perfectly shaped.I would highly recommend ViVi’s if you are looking to get your nails or other services!!! Quality quality quality

Wonderful people! They are so professional and sweet. They do an amazing job on acrylic, gel, and dip. Bring a pic of something you want and they will do it. The pedicures are great. They are super clean and safe during COVID with plastic shower curtains to separate and social distance everyone. They will give you a bag to put your shoes in if you don’t come in sandals. Excellent service!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Literally they do a good job every time. They always are so kind and clean. I absolutely love my nails that I got for halloween. Also my two big toe nails fell off and they fixed it and made it look like my actual nail (i know it’s gross). I always walk out satisfied. They make sure your nails are the same length and file it the shape you want. This is always one of the things i’m so self conscious about. Which is great they make it not one of those things to worry about. I would post my nails but, I literally don’t know how to.

Just came for my first time since March and was extremely pleased to see all the safety precautions they are taking. Individual clear dividers at each station and each pedicure station. If I realized all of this I would have come sooner. Very pleased, friendly, safe environment!

Vivi is an absolute magician and professional at her craft. Great experience and gorgeous nails! Will definitely come again and recommend to anyone interested.

Would like to see new packages for pedicures for each client I would pay more. The brush she uses to scrub my feet was raggedy, but love the plastic around chair.

I have been going there for over 10 years and recently have gotten my boyfriend to go as well to get his eyebrows waxed. I have referred my mother, sisters, brother, & friends there all with great results. They remember their customers and treat everyone with respect. It’s a great small business and I am happy to support her!

After going to other locations, I find Vi Vi Nails clean, friendly, always ready for my appointment time (always schedule in advance since they are busy). Love their new remodel and chairs. Great atmosphere with spa like feeling. Will never go anywhere else!

I went in for a pedicure and a manicure They gave me the price for pedicure I went $10 more and the price for manicure I said yes when I got up to the counter to pay they charge me that price plus ( The Corona virus price ) Never told me and they had a small little sign in the front counter top not on the door not display nowhere! Allow her keep her fee and I paid The lady who did my manicure a $5 tip it was not her fault it was the owners fault I will never go there again I was looking for a pedicure place But not now 😡

New spot for me. The owner did and amazing job. Shes one of those perfectionists when it comes to nails. She even stayed late to make sure mine were done properly!

Had my first experience with Vivs a few weeks ago. I would have given it 5 stars if I didnt have to wait as long as I did--though the wait was well worth it.I did not make an appointment, however I came in the middle of the day, so there wasnt much traffic. When I got to Vivis there was only 2 other customers. I asked how long the wait would be and was told 10 minutes. I went with my sister and she was able to start her nails within about 15 minutes. I, however, waited for about 30+ minutes in total.When I finally got my nails done the esthetician was kind and we had good conversation. He was funny and paid good attention to detail. I think the prices are a bit inflated if you plan on getting gel nails, but for regular I think its reasonable!

I absolutely love this nail salon! My mother makes a point to get a pedicure every time she visits from New York. Andy takes great pride in his work and takes his time. Very clean and inviting. Would recommend to everyone!

Never had a issue until today when my male nail tech was tied up, FYI the best one in the. Place besides the owner. The owner is good too, had to get them completely taken off because the very skinny girl was putting them on crooked I kept telling her and still insistent on they were okay. Long story short ended up waiting a hour for him to finish on another lady. Still love it here other then the now dirty looks lol and hes the best nail tech 😘

My original color was not not completely taken off around the edges and my nail color was slightly smudged a few seconds after stepping out of the salon, even though I was told they were dry. On top of that, the nail color was not covering the whole nail on multiple fingers. The overall experience was just...different. Some of the cloths they used had stains in them and the tools looked worn out. I really tried to look for good in this place, but this is just not a place I think I want to revisit. Not a very high end salon, but you can tell they try their best. Overall, nice people.

Prices are way to high. I got an Acrylic full set for $8 more than what I paid for, for a fill in. The staff are rude and give zero customer service. One women got mad because I didn’t tip her, but why should I tip someone who didn’t say one word to me besides “what color?” Everyone else says it’s only $18 for a fill in? Why did they charge me $35? I could’ve got my nails completely redone for $43. Never going to this place again.

I moved to Carrollwood just over a year ago. Vivi Nails is in the strip mall where Fresh Market is located, so I gave it a try. Vivi is the owner and when I came in she was very friendly. At the time her sister was working for her, so she asked her to take care of me with a manicure and pedicure.I was impressed with the cleanliness and care of the nail techs and decided to also try their waxing services. I was very pleased.When I came back three weeks later, I was surprised that Vivi recognized me. Her sister was not working, so she did my nails herself. I always get what I call a “short, French” manicure with gel. I do a lot of typing and longer nails just don’t work for me. Vivi does an amazing freehand job and even if she hadn’t remembered me, I would have been back as a regular.As always seems to happen with me, a few months went by where I was just too busy to get my nails done. I was in the grocery store and Vivi was standing at the meat counter. I didn’t see her at first, but she gently reached out and held my hand and declared “you need to have your nails done”. I had to laugh and agreed. I made an appointment with her on the spot.Just recently she closed the shop down for a few weeks to totally remodel. She did a masterful job with gorgeous new tile floors and new chairs and artwork. The music is so peaceful. Whether you want a nail tech that chats and knows the names of your children, or you want to just come in and relax, just let them know and they will accommodate you.

I have only gone twice and this will be my forever nail salon now.The owner is so sweet. I will always recommend he does my nails. he gave me the best pedicure everrrr! Both times that ive been i did not have to wait. Last time was on a Friday around 6 PM and I sat down right away.

I paid $25 dollar for a pedicure that was not worth it. She left mybold nail polish on my nail was in hurry to finish. My two year old could have done a better job.

The girl looked like she didn’t even want to be there zero pressure when she did the massage my ten year old kid has more strength in her hands lol the owner still charged me full price for it and by the way I was told a different price when I was all done. Horrible 1st experience will never waste my money again keep looking for another nail place zero customer service at this place just Rude. Gave it a two because the place was clean and I liked that.

Not the most advanced Nail Salon around and it doesnt feel like they have very many options when it comes to fun design or color for gel. I even brought a picture both times I have gone there and neither time did it come out well at all. I also notice that they re-use tools and things. Such as when I was soaking off the gel polish, they used used cotton balls. I could tell because there was color on them AND I watched them put them back and not throw them away. The only good thing I will say is that both times I have gone, my nails lasted 2 weeks with no chipping. I would only go to this salon if I wanted color only.

The lady that did my nails was really unprofessional. Never talked to me. Talked to the customer next to me longer then myself. Only time she tried talking to me was when she kept trying upsell me to gel nails. She upcharged me $8 for coffin style when I’ve never been uocharged for that in my life. I still tipped 20% and she didn’t even say thank you. I won’t be back.

Constant wait when there are more then capable ppl to do the job just sitting around. This used to be a great place, since business got good for them the prices have went up and service has become poor all the way around last time i went in for a full set I wanted the man that works there and they sent me to a girl who screwed my nails up horribly. This time a over 15 min wait when theres multiple employees sitting around. Wont be back to vivis and definitely will spread the word to all the ppl I referred there. Suci nails on Nebraska between fletcher and bearss has proven to be better and more affordable. $7 for the eyebrows compared to $10 at vivis and proven to be better faster service.

Probably the worst fill Ive had. There are huge ridges on every cuticle. And parts of my real nail are exposed on the sides of several fingers. They didnt pay attention to detail at all. It is only $18 for a fill in, so I guess I got what I paid for.

Got charged for a pedicure when all I asked for was a polish change. Did Gel manicure and some spots on my nails were not polished. Very disappointing and a waste of $45
