Definitely hooked me up with a good looking rim, and didn’t take long for all rims and tires to be installed.. maybe 2.5 hours. Everything was perfect besides maybe the communication regarding which tire I planned to purchase, but I’m satisfied.

4000 miles new Range Rover, got a flat on Left Rear. came to the store Best Tire Center Marysville and a young man greeted me and checked all four tires. offered me a FREE flat repaire, and FREE alghment check, guess what, found the car need alignment. WOW. got the flat repaired and happily got alignment done. otherwise, i may need to come one year earlier to get 4 tires replaced if the alignment is not done. also was offered to come back in 6 month with FREE tire rotation. good service, good value, good people and good feeling being treated with my safety as #1 priority. the young guys name is Jake. his manager on duty was Erik. thank you guys.

Had tires put on at 2pm on a Wedsday. I got served immediately when I walked in. They had all 4 new tires and balanced and alignment inspection done in 1 1/2 hours. Great job.

I will always go back I did get a estimate from les swabs but my son ask me to stop by best tires, and Im really glad I did, plenty of options I give the service writers a big thank you for there customer relations not like less swabs I really dont like companies policy attitude and talk to me like Im stupid. I guess less swabs was not aware that I just retired from being an ase Master tech of over 40 years. Thank you best tires and all the great teem work from both front and back.

They were really helpful and nice. I called to ask about tires for my car and they didn’t have them and even went as far as calling a sister store of theirs to see if they had tires for my car so I didn’t have to wait for them to be ordered. They checked my tires for free and got me all taken care of, I didn’t even need new tires. I’ll definitely be going back when it is time to replace them.

Eric was extremely helpful, and extremely patient!I just showed up with an idea of what I wanted and Eric worked with me to go through various different tire combinations until we found exactly what I needed, and wanted. The selection process alone was about 45 minutes and Eric was super patient and polite and helpful!The rest of the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone assisted in tracking down the tires I needed!I would definitely recommend them to anyone shopping for tires! 💯

I was greeted warmly at the counter, by a young lady who asked how she could help me. I explained that I had Can-Am Spyder tires to get mounted and balanced. She wasn’t sure so she asked out in the shop area and came back and said they could. I left a hem with them and said I be beck before 6 pm to pick them up, which I did. I paid an reasonable price and they loaded the tires up in my car and sent me on my way. A smooth transaction and will be back when needed.

Best Tire Center, I would return to them if I needed anything in their category. I was in need of new wheels and tires asap and they had me out of there Same day with multiple options and my specific request was met without question. I would only have one thing to say about how they could have made it excellent for me, my old wheel hubcaps were returned to me scratched up but they were to be disposed of anyway, but one of my specific request was to have them returned to me, probably lack of communication between employees, little mistake. Yet I actually had multiple specific request that were not common they were met. Great job Best Tire Center.

I really enjoyed the customer service. Its a customer friendly environment. They answered all my questions. I didnt like the price of the tires, so we looked at a couple of competitors that I was gonna go to and they price match, so I was able to get tires at a lower cost. I also had a problem with one of my sensors that wasnt their before I got new rims put on my car. I talk to the manager about it. He told me to bring the car in and without any hesitation they fixed the problem with no charge within 30 min. and I was on my way again. I will definitely be taking my car back to them if I need anything.

I can only comment on their customer service. Not products or quality of work preformed. Customer service is garbage, why make an appointment to be ignored for close to 10 minutes. And then told I would have to wait behind walk-ins. For God knows how long. Completely unprofessional I will not be back. Btw, I was just getting a very slow leak checked on 1 tire. I guess I wasnt spending enough to matter.

They are very polite and helpful. The wait time is way less than other major tire companies. And they honor just the same as Les Schwab all their tires. So when I need help I went in and they made it very easy for me.

First time here, looking for a couple of tires for an older vehicle. I was not happy at the last place I visited because the salesperson was all about an upsell, I was not a customer, I was an opportunity. What a breath of fresh air in this time of mistrust and exploitation to walk in and here that they could get me a couple of matching tires to what was on my vehicle and save me $150.00 on the estimate from the previous place! Best wheel and tire guys ever! Took me about 30 mins to decide what wheels to go with, and they were so cool an even brought the wheels out to see what they’d look like on my car, along with bringing up 2 different tires to just see what they looked like! AWESOME!! A couple times throughout the years I have taken my cars to random shops to get my flat tires fixed and every shop I go to, requires to buy a new tire because of some fake problem they find. This Tires Center never did that to me. They fix any flat tires unless there’s a REAL REASON TO NOT FIX IT.The guys there are awesome, well trained, and super nice. I will always be coming here to get anything done to my vehicle.Thank you!

They were fast as we picked up a screw in our tire as we were trying to get home to Oregon.

Had an appointment at four, I showed up earlier than my appointment, they had promised the job would be completed by 6 pm before they closed. Unfortunately they couldn’t complete the tire repair because the hole was too big and didn’t finish the tire swap till shortly after six but the front desk representative was kind and informative about the situation. He was the best part of our experience and he was kind enough to pay for our services out of his pocket because he understood our frustrations on the wait. Eric is a 5/5 guy and recommend his help every time.

Staff was great and the tech actually broke everything down and explained it to me instead of just giving me a book of papers and saying “you’re good!”

I called places all over town and no-one had the rim I needed except these guys. So I went to get 2 tires I bought from tire rack. The guy dehind the counter came back out and said my alignment was bad and recommended I get it fixed. I figured its on the rack it is a 20 minute job no problem. After almost 2 hrs. He says they are done. I asked what took so long an was informed they took my car off the rack installed my tires then it had to wait to get back on the rack. As I was sitting there for 2 hrs. I listen to them up sale alignments to every customer that came in the door. After I got home and was looking at the paperwork it dawned on me these people did not do an alignment they did a toe adjustment. All they changed was toe as far as I can tell they didnt even check caster or camber. As a mechanic I was taught first caster then camber then toe. They charged $75.00 for a job i could do in my driveway. Go figure. I no longer go to Discount tire for the same reason. Guarantee I will not go back. On top of that they adjusted my seat so i could not get in changed the radio and turned on the AC that has a grounding issue and took out my headlights. Why would people think they have the right to do that is beyond me.

These people are horrible! I use them all the time. They are very professional and great to talk to, about anything. They stand behind their work and do a great job. Management is a little weird being that they put their customers first.

The young man at the front counter was extremely knowledgeable when it came to doing his job he was so helpful and polite and made sure to explain everything with great detail you can tell he takes pride in his work I honestly think he should be the one managing that place he went above and beyond to make sure that each customer was happy with the work done on their car I would definitely recommend these guys to to anyone needing tires rims suspension and alignments these guys get the job done fast and done right the first time awesome job guys I will be a repeat customer for sure as long as the same respectful responsible and very honest young man is working there

I left a review once already. 3rd time back to Best tire. Why? The price and the service. No Les Schwabb prices and BS lies. The guys in the shop doing the work couldnt be more honest and timely. They were on point once I backed my truck up. Grabbed all the tires and rims and went to work. Once I picked up the mount and balance... he informed me what he did since the rims were uniquely different. They just didnt hand them to me and walk away. Its the little things that go a long way. Ill keep going back and if you have a half a brain and want to stretch your money... this is the place. Plus they will be doing an alignment once I get my work done for half the cost of most places. Another job well done. This place doesnt just do tires

I meandered in to this shop after searching for a local tire shop in my area. It was a little busy when I walked in, so the Manager came out to help me. I expressed my need for replacement tires, and desire for custom wheels. I have no experience with this sort of thing, and I explained myself as such. Andy helped me review a few different options and quoted out a few different options for me. After everything, he offered for same day Installation, even though it was less then two hours prior to closing. Andy and his team stayed late to complete my install. I am so impressed with their warranty and incredible customer service. I will be telling all of my friends and continue my tire needs here.

Pros pros pros.The only con was they left my driver side door unlocked. Not a fan of that with all the riff raff walking around that strip mall.Otherwise happy with services rendered.But only time will tell how good the tires are.

These guys are amazing. I called everywhere and was quoted 150 bucks at most places for alignment. These guys did the alignment for 90 and will balance your tires for free while they are at it. They are professional but fun and instill confidence that they actually know what they are talking about. I highly recommend them.

I went in with an idea of what tire I wanted after doing my really and was very happy to go a step up after I talked with my salesman...sorry I cant remember his name, but after talking to me about driving style and what I was looking for he suggested the Continental Extreme Contact DWS and I am very impressed. My old tires were shot but my drive and grip were upgraded and noticable immediately!! Great place and thank you for the upsell....Im very happy you did!!
