After one year of being a customer, and spending $$$$, the last service was absolutely atrocious. The acrylic product they used was outdated and kept cracking.If you have to shake your polish, then its time to replace it. Cheap is not the way to go. Extremely disappointed that they just got too confident and too comfortable. Even the shop got dirtier upon every visit. Not going back. Found a better, affordable, and cleaner location with a more modern feel and a plethora of choices.

I love Sago Nails! I had my regular nail techs everytime and they always do an amazing job. The staff is very nice and patient. Prices are reasonable and the shop has a good vibe. Peaceful music and atmosphere. Love this place.

Had a pedicure. I am a man 63 with size 13 feet and this wonderful magic hands lady put me in another world with her foot massage. Strong hands and attention to detail, I have new toe nails now. I will be a regular. Didnt get my hands done yet but that is next... Ill let Yall know.

I will definitely being going here for my regular nail spot. Clean and nicely decorated. Music is pleasant, quite and calm environment. Staff was nice and paid very good attention to detail. My nails look perfect!

This is by far one of the best nail salons I’ve been to. The customer service is superb, the services are amazing, and the quality is out of this world!!! They always accommodate and they never have you waiting more than maybe 5-10 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

This is a family-owned / family-involved business and that is the main reason why u get great quality of service.. i come here for manicure, pedicure and eyebrow shaping.. staff and owners are very nice and professional.. each and every customer gets the same quality of and time for service even if there is a wait where they also make sure every chair is turned over appropriately for the next customer. place is very clean, equipments are well functioning and apparatus are sterilized.. the owners themselves sterilize the apparatus and randomly check behind their staff.. the staff are well groomed and friendly... and oh u get free bottle of water!.. highly recommended!

They are very nice to all ages an they know i have had several sugeries an they make sure i have a pillow behind me an help me in an out of the chair an they do a wonderful job on my toes and you see lot if same people coming an going. Very nice

Went there for the first time yesterday and HOLY SMOKES!! The staff is amazing! Not just to me but to other patrons and children! My mother told me how amazing it was and I had to try it out and I am so glad I did! Definitely my new place!! My pedicure was amazing and my nails look amazing thank you so much!!

I absolutely love coming here! I was fairly new to Tampa, and on a quest for a salon I could call home. After a brief scan of the place on Google, I figured I would stop by. I got a pedicure and a SNS dip powder in a beautiful burnt orange color.I was firstly surprised to see that there were different levels of spa pedicures with differentiating price ranges (I love having options!), and once I got comfortable in my massage chair, I was offered a water or a Coke (Talk about royal treatment!). I was super relaxed for my pedicure and the lady who did my toes even managed to get my stubborn ingrown toenail out. I didnt even feel a thing! awesome!I at have truly fallen in love when it was time for Louie to do my nails, and I can tell why Louie Styles got his name. very attentive to detail, and even though he only did a basic dip for my first time, every time I have went to Louie, he has done a flawless job! I can present an idea to him and he will follow through. I LOVED my pink unicorn (yes, unicorn!!!) nails that I got on my second visit, and the adhesive he used on the gems he added to my nail was top-notch! they stuck on there for 3 weeks!Sago Nails will always be my go to spot! prices are reasonable for the great quality, and they always have beautiful travel videos playing. I totally recommend!!! I even got my mom coming here!!

This was my first time at Sago and Im very happy with the results! My usual salon is now closed on Tuesdays and I needed to get an appt asap. Having the ability to book online was very convenient. I was in and out within an hour even with having to have my previous SNS powder filed and soaked off. I never felt rushed or like the job was sloppy. SUPER happy with the results and highly recommend!

This place is relatively new to the area (about 6 months old) and I have literally tried every other nail salon in this area for mani’s and pedi’s so I know what’s good here, and these people are THE BEST!! The absolute best. I am a forever customer as long as I live in this area. It is a small family owned business and they are extremely nice and respectful and do an AMAZING job. Amazing pedicures and amazing acrylic and Ombré nails. Loui V. does my nails and I’ve never had a better manicure. If you’re looking for a permanent place to get your nails done, look no further. This place has you covered. They make me very happy and I literally look forward to coming every two weeks! I never really write reviews but I felt inclined to share how great these people are, if that tells you anything! For sure worth giving them a chance you won’t be disappointed.
