I’m wary of gel because it’s ruined my nails before but Vivian was excellent. I went three weeks ago and have just had the gel removed and my nails are in good shape. Unfortunately I’m not local or I would be here every other week! Others in the salon were very friendly and gave good advice on what to ask for when getting my gel removed. Nails also lasted 3 weeks without peeling and still looked fantastic. Picture is after 3 weeks of growth.

I had an excellent experience here with Kim! She did my pedicures and manicures. Highly recommend her pedicures as she gives the best massage. Overall, it was the best experience you could have at a nail salon and she was such a sweet lady :) I will be back for her! If you want any services done here make sure to ask for Kim, she wont disappoint

The owner does good nails but shes constantly yelling at the other employees very loud and everybody looks stressed out. Its beautiful in there the appointment is beautiful and luxurious but the customer service is horrible and I never feel relaxed when Im there. Id rather go to a place that doesnt look as extravagant if theyre going to treat me better and Im going to feel relaxed and comfortable without the owner yelling across the store with a dirty look across from face

Service was great, even though there was a bit of a language barrier. The tools for my pedicure were sanitized and packaged. The nail tech wore gloves. They offer water, soda and wine! It was a lovely experience, the prices were reasonable, and I will return. I highly recommend using this nail salon.

Very friendly, beautiful and clean with lovely chandeliers and decorations. We made an appointment but there was no need as they had plenty of chairs and plenty of people working it was an absolute delight and my nails look lovely and my feet feel amazing.

We recently moved to the area and are so lucky to have this salon within walking distance! Even though we made last min appointments, the staff was so friendly and did a fantastic job on our nails that were in much need of attention after our move! Will definitely be back!

Best Salon I have ever been to. I stopped going to my nail tech that I have been going to for 9 years to start going here. The place really is a Royal Palace, beautifully decorated, clean and shiny! The owner Diana is excellent. I can go 4 weeks without a fill on my acrylics and not one will lift.

I am not the type to leave reviews, however I see why this salon gets 5 stars! My boyfriend and I went yesterday for the first time and had a great experience. My boo and I both got spa pedicures with complementary wine, and I got a full gel set with a design done by Scott. Best nail tech Ive had do my nails thus far. Takes great pride in his work. He took his time on each of my nails to make sure they were shaped jus how I wanted and the design was on point too. I will definitely be returning!!!

I have never written a review for a business before but Im absolutely disgusted with this business! It was my first time and I got acrylics with gel for my fingers. The manager did my nails and not only did she insult me telling me I have such wide nail beds, but when I asked her to cut them shorter, she refused saying itll look bad because of my wide nails. I had a color picked out but she put a different one on saying it would look better than the one I picked out. I told her I wasnt sure I liked them and she said no honey you just have to get used to them. So I left and when I called back this morning, not even 24 hours later asking if I could come back and get them removed because Im so unhappy and she said I would have to pay for that service too. I wasnt even asking for a refund for the horrendous service just wanted to remove the nails and Im not about to waste more of my money at this place. I will never return and if you want to be happy with a service youre paying for, I STRONGLY encourage you to go elsewhere!!!Clarification: this was NOT my first time with acrylics or gel nails, this was my first time at this place. This was the ONLY time I have ever been told I have wide nail beds and could not get my nails short. I used to play sports and any decent nail salon knows the length to file them down for a person who plays sports. Before I left the shop, I did express that I was unsure and not 100% happy and the lady ensured I would get used to them and that they were beautiful. I waited until morning and called because I was still unhappy. I did NOT ask for them to clean up my nails or provide me with any other service than to just remove the nails so I wouldnt have to do so myself, causing damage and pain. They refused to simply remove the nails and argued that their job was wonderful. Any smart business owner wouldve just removed the nails to avoid dissatisfaction and poor word of mouth, it wouldve taken all of 10 minutes and minimal effort to remove the nails with the products they have, I knew that my nails wouldnt look good but I just wanted them off, and I wouldve been so happy that I probably wouldve returned at least for pedicures (which are mediocre there too), but the fact that they want to argue with me saying a completely inaccurate story (definitely didnt leave 30% but I do always leave 20% no matter what), and all the other false statements is mind blowing to me.

Great pedicure experience at this spa! The place is very clean and so beautiful inside! Service was great too! Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a local nail salon in this area.

Decor is well done, doesnt feel like a nail place with beautifully placed mouldings and trim, chandeliers. Selection of polishes very good with large line of OPI in gel and regular. Great attention to detail. Usually dont go here but was in the neighborhood and dropped in. Probably the best manicure and pedicure Ive had in a while with zero snags left behind on my nails! The location isnt convenient for me but I am considering using Royal regularly.

Everyone was so nice. They gave me the best pedi and acrylic fill Ive ever had, fixed my nails from a terrible fill elsewhere, and helped with color suggestions for my nails. Whats even better is they have the ability to do chrome and holographic nails! Its been a long time since Ive had such a great experience at a nail salon. Definitely going to recommend to all of my friends!

Great place to go to have your nails done. Friendly staff. Complimentary water&wine. Good color selection. They really listen to what you want and they do an awesome job. Went in with a bad nail job from this other place now I Love my nails! 💕

Just came here for pedicure and manicure. Pedicure was ok; however, manicure was awful. She left nail filings on my nails and tried to paint over it. I told her to stop and got attitude in their native tongue. My friend asked to wash her hands before they put her gels on and the woman said no. They also left a lot stuck to the skin around and under her nails. Looking at her nails now and she has rough edges and bumps. They were too rushed. I would not recommend this place.

Everyone who works here is very talented. Its a very nice and clean place to get your nails done. Im always relaxed and happy after I leave, especially after a glass of wine that they serve 👍🏼❤️

I always have a great experience at Royal Palace. Its very clean, they take the materials out of the sterilization bags right in front of you, they are quick, great color options and they always offer a beverage. Fairly priced and all the techs are very sweet.

Diana can always make it seemlessly easy when doing a design others have said cant be done. She gives good opinions.

I had an amazing time right until the very end. I went in on a Friday with my sister for mani pedis. A lady worked on my pedicure while a gentleman worked on my sister’s. They did a great job and the massages were fantastic!My sister finished her pedicure a little earlier than me so ANOTHER lady started working on her manicure and then quickly came and did mine. No massage...just painted our nails. We finished and we were very happy with their job. When it came down to paying them their tips we gave the lady that did my pedicure $5, the gentleman that did my sister’s pedicure $5 and the lady that did our manicures $5. The lady that did our manicures then asked me if half of the tip I gave to the lady that did my pedicure was hers as well!!! So rude. She made it very awkward. Never going back. You just lost two loyal customers.

2 friends and I got pedicures here. Its beautifully decorated and they did a wonderful job. They have a large selection of colors and the massage chairs are awesome! Thanks for a good experience

Let me start by saying this happened a couple months ago, Ive never written a review before so it took a lot for me to decide to do so. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon and Ive been getting acrylics for close to 10 years now. To start, I was never greated when I came in, not a big deal but gave an unwelcoming feel. My mother was with me getting a pedicure and the product they soaked her feet in was applied too soon.. it was too hot and she was clearly in pain. While I was getting a pedicure a woman who Ive assumed to be the owner tried to start filing my acrylic nails off and did it so aggressively, I politely told her Id rather wait until my pedicure was done. Once that was done I was seated with a man who began filling down my acrylics, this time burning me three times to the point I had to get up and refuse service which Ive also never done before.. the owner was very rude to say the least throughout the entire experience. I still paid for two pedicures and a fill at the end of it all. Please do not waste your time or money here.

Girl who did my eyebrows didn’t know what she was doing and put a HOLE IN MY EYEBROW. AND I WASVISITING FROM OUT OF TOWN! Would not recommend this place just go to the mall.

I no longer go to Royal palace nails after she did my names that I paid about 60 dollars for ombré that wasn’t ombré I saw three nails in the next two days crack because it was dip powder. I called ask if she could fix them said yes but she would have to charge me. Smh 🤦‍♀️ I though she would treat her regular customer that always tip right.I went out of my way to invite other friends and people come to her shop that I know has come there. That she would honor the fact that she did not do my nails right this time. Also I know she over charges me but I finally found a shop I could trust,so I didn’t care guess not! Other than that I like her she is a wonderful person,has a beautiful shop,and she has fast service. But her policy for loyal customers needs to be more appreciated that we could be somewhere else. By the way I just edited this review because my first review was great about her store and google views congratulated me on 1,978 views and likes so I had to change because a lot of people didn’t know that I stop 🛑 going there so my views are obviously important. I didn’t realize how many people followed me on this thank you 😊 all!

Horrible place . I got an infection both times I went there. The first time I walked around in pain for two weeks and the second time, my fingernail hurt extremely. I called and explained the situation and the owner did not have any sympathy. On top of that, nails broke and chipped the first week. Would not recommend this place at all.

My mom and I went and had a great time! They were very quick and did a great job (gel mani / normal pedi for me and acrylic upkeep / normal pedi for my mom). I’ll go back next time im in town!

I have never posted a review on a business, but today is the day. A nail tech rushed through my shellac manicure in 15mins. Needless to say the side of each of my nails are polish-less. My cuticles are half there/ half hacked off and bleeding. The ends of my nails are horrendous; from an uneven file-job to the nail polish that has been pushed and gathered at the bottom of the nail tip...forming a glob of polish. I would have pointed this out to her personally, but she was too busy pushing my hands in and out of the lamp...that I had to manually push the button myself on! This was due to her getting up and walking off every 2minutes and or forgetting to hit the button herself! Needless to say I will not be back and I do not recommend it for others.

Absolutely the worst acrylic set of nails that I have ever had. I looked like I dumped my hands in a bucked of cement, they were so thick and crooked. I doubt that their college-aged techs are even licensed. Not only that, I sat in the salon for 20 min with three employees there that never greeted me. Then I approached one and asked how much longer the wait would be, then they said that they could fit me in now and called someone from the back 😳

Honestly my daughter has been thrilled with her nails each time weve been here, twice now, beautiful environment and very friendly staff!

Dont waste your time and money....
