I’ve been here 3 times. The first was worth a 5 star rating. The second time was barely a three star. I had dips and a polish change on my toes. The dipping powder was so thin it chipped within a week. The last time I went was worth negative stars. In my mind, the last visit nullified the first visit entirely. The girl who did my nails has most likely never done a gel manicure before. She didn’t know how to apply polish (how is that even possible?!). My nails chipped and cracked within 12 hours and are so flimsy I can’t really use my hands for anything like dishes or yard work. (Maybe not the best for your manicure but I routinely perform these activities with manicured nails which usually hold up just fine). She soaked my cuticles and pretended to trim them but thy still look terrible.Visit at your own risk. There are techs working there that are compentent but that is certainly not the case for the majority of them. I will not be returning. Which is a shame as the store is clean and conveniently located.

My boyfriend and I went to get manicures and pedicures. My boyfriend got the pedicure and I got the manicure. I had a man named Young. He did absolutely amazing!!!! I will for sure go back to him. My boyfriend was not too happy with his nail tech. It was his first time and she was not helpful whatsoever. Great place to go though!

I’m new to Brandon so I was wary of trying a new salon. BUT Young did an amazing job!!! I showed him a quick picture of the shape I like and he immediately knew what I wanted and he surpassed my expectations. Dip powder is not something that everyone knows how to do, it can be messed up so easily. Young is a pro! Very kind, efficient, and quick! This is my new spot and Young is forever my nail guy

This place is awesome! Clean and staff was polite and professional. Cindy was amazing, she knew exactly the shape I wanted and was really meticulous when it came to filing. Kimberly did a great job and my friend’s manicure as well. 5 stars, you won’t be disappointed with the service!

For the prices that were charged, you would expect quality service. Negative. The woman who painted my nails showed very little care. My French manicure was extremely sloppy, I was better off letting my niece paint them for free. Do yourself a favor and find another salon. Thank me later :)

Great place, have been coming here since it opened seems like. Staff is friendly, attentive and very careful. They always make sure my daughter is comfortable on the chair, so much so she’s taken a nap a couple times. It’s clean, very modern. Definitely recommend!

I went to my old nail salon on a Saturday and they were too busy to take me. Called organic gel nail and they got me in right away and did a beautiful gel ombré French. Never going back to K nails. I’m an Organic girl now!!

Highly, highly recommend! I went for the lavender eruption pedicure. It was heavenly! The environment is tranquil and pristine and the staff is professional and friendly. I was welcomed with a lovely cup of green tea and melted into perfect relaxation in my massage chair. Ask for Steven. He is the absolute best!

This place was awesome. It was my first time getting dip on my nails and I really love them. Vic was awesome! He made my experience very welcoming and was very professional especially with the COVID guidelines. The spa was very clean and beautiful inside. They had hand sanitizer at each station and right when you walk in. I also love that their products are organic and safe for you nails. I’ll definitely be going

Riley did my nails. I did have a great experience until it was time to pay. I brought my own acrylic to put on my nails as an overlay. Riley has to ask the gentleman what to charge me which was confusing since the brochure has all the prices. But anyways. I was charged $43 for full set gel polish when I questioned why I was told because on my top. So $15 for a top coat??? Then I was told that the price was adjusted this time!!!! I told him I was not asking for any special price. I only want to be charged for the services I received; and not pay $43 for gel when the full set acrylic cost $28. After going back and forth with him he now told me that the acrylic I brought in takes more work because it’s a color (which is a lie). I handed Riley $50 and walked out. I will Never come back. Hope the $15 up charge was worth losing a customer.

Most amazing nail shop, its so beautiful and peaceful, they have a comfortable waiting area and so many colors to choose from. The owners and staff are amazing and are all about customer service . I highly recommend for anyone to come and see for themselves! Young has been doing my nails for many years and I have never had a bad experience.

It should NOT hurt to get your nails done!!!! But on 3 out of the 4 occasions I’ve been here it’s hurt to get my cuticles clipped or gel nails removed. And it definitely doesn’t help that most (not all) of the staff aren’t very friendly! I suggest going to one of the several other nail salons just right down the road

I have been here a few times now. They are always professional and take their time.Today I had a pedicure by Riley and she was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, asked questions before each action, checked temperatures frequently. Just all around great service.This isnt your corner nail salon. Organic Nail is a quality, upscale environment. The staff is always friendly, the location is sparkling clean, and its just a very relaxing place to be.

This place is in a newer plaza, so I thought let’s give it a try, worst decision I’ve ever made😡I got a pedicure done my feet burn, and itch 10 days after the service . My toes are swollen I can’t walk, because of the infection I got from there . Not to mention the cheese grater they use to remove calluses. If you want any nail fungus, cuts, and skin infection this is the right place. Horrible!

I walked-in on a Wednesday at 2pm. It was empty, my sister and I were helped right away. The staff was nice, and helpful. The place looked clean and my tools were new. I found my new nail place and I am excited about that.

This place is so nice! Feels very luxury and they are very quick too. Lily did my pedicure and was INCREDIBLY charming and kind. My dip manicure was done by Riley and looks amazing in record time. I love this place because they embrace dip and many other salons I go to try and talk me into gel or something that I don’t want. They also did not shame me into getting long tips or out of a round shape...they encouraged my natural nail and desired shape. It sounds like the bare minimum but you wouldn’t believe the amount of salons I’ve been to where I’ve been made to feel less than! All that to say - really great experience, only slightly pricier than others I’ve been to (talking like +$10-15) and well worth it.

Sorry, but I used to come here frequently until my last nail tech started slapping tips on my nails after I asked for gel mani. First time I’ve ever seen her, but figured she knew what to do, so I shrugged it off. I went along with it because I didn’t mind the tips at end, but she kept hurting me with the drill. At least 3x! That’s excessive.Even worse, I took off the dip powder and tips tonight with acetone, and never have I ever seen multiple ridges on each nail. They’re brittle and ruined from her terrible drilling. When I went in, my only problem was short nail length, not devastated nail beds like I see today. I won’t be back!

My first visit by recommendation, 2 weeks ago was great. I met Vic, whom was nice. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and how pleasant everyone were. I received a Dip Powder set, my Tech was very nice and she did an amazing job on my nails.I returned on 12/31/2020, for the EXACT SAME SERVICE INCLUDING SAME COLOR.The entire place seemed completely different from my first experience. The environment was tensed.My Tech Riley was very rude, she did a rush job. My Dip Powder set is too thin and a day later, 2 nails broke already. She also need to learn people skills.Thanks for my great first visit experience.

I hated my service. I feel like my nail service was rushed and I’m not satisfied with the outcome! As for my pedicure, well I had no water to soak my feet in and when he did turn on the water it was hot for maybe 2min. Steven didn’t clean underneath my toenails nor did he stay consistent foot to foot throughout. My water was ice cold and I only soaked one foot the entire time!!! The only thing I enjoyed was the foot massage and that wasn’t even great but good. Steven put a hot towel on my feet and walked away to clean the chair next to me. So by the time he came back the towel was ice cold and he still cleaned my legs and feet off with it. So unpleasant might I add!!! I had to ask him to change the towel my feet were resting on because it was soaked and cold!!! A pedicure is supposed to be a relaxing enjoyable moment but this wasn’t!!! I won’t be coming back.

I went about a month ago and my nails still look soooo good (dip and gel pedi). My technicians did a great job and were so friendly. They allow walk ins during this time which is convenient. The place itself is super clean and peaceful. They even gave my friend and I a glass of wine! Overall wonderful experience. I would drive a half hr there like I did last time to get my nails done there again which says a lot.

Hands down, the best nail salon I’ve EVER been to. My tech was so precise, artistic and kind. She really listened to me and what I wanted, didn’t have to say anything twice and it was the most perfect full set I’ve ever received. The overall experience was upmost refreshing and beyond surpassing my expectations. The environment was so friendly, social and fun. Many giggles were shared amongst strangers and I will be back! This is the only place I’ll be giving my business to. Wish I could rate 6 stars!

Vic is the absolute best! I have been in multiple times now and my manicure is perfect every time! He remembers who I am and makes the experience so amazing! I recommend Vic to everyone I know! I’ve tried a lot of salons in this area and this one is the best!

Always great service here :) I feel appreciated for coming here and they always ask if you want something to drink whether it’s wine or soda, and they are very patient. The owner is really helpful and nice especially when you are new and are having questions. 7th time back lol so this place it’s literally my go-to spot for getting my nails done 💅🏻. Love the smell in here as well. They are also following the COVID-19 guidelines - which is always nice! Highly recommend!

Went to get a pedicure and manicure today. I thought the place was very clean. The prices were a little high in my opinion. If I didn’t rarely get my toes and nails don’t I wouldn’t have wrote a review. I felt that I was rushed when I came in after I already called ahead in the day to make an appointment. Overall wasn’t satisfied with the service as well. My pedicure was fine, but I honestly wish I didn’t get the gel manicure.

Overall my experience was great. Salon is very clean and customer service is great.The massage chairs during the pedicure were in my opinion one of the best massage chairs in a nail salon. My nails are cute . Only reason why I did not give it a 5 is because they are a tad bit overpriced compared to the local area. I spent 92 dollars for a gel manicure and pedicure (no special shape or design) .I go to multiple salons around the area and it is usually around 70 bucks. I probably would not go back due to overcharge .

Terrible service! The guy was treating me like all he wanted was my money the service was super rushed and it was super expensive for a refill. They will get mad if you don’t do gel because that is not expensive enough.

They do a phenomenal job on both pedi and manicures.However, DO NOT EVER make an appointment with them. They don’t have respect for people’s time.I made an appointment and still needed to wait 45 mins.Not one person attended to me while I was waiting.Customer service is despicable.

Used to enjoy coming here but I noticed quality getting worse over time and steady up charging me for the same services. Nails started breaking within days of getting them done here. Not coming back.

I received a fill and the gel paint job is really bad. I kept looking at it when I was in the shop but because I’m very picky, I always wait until the next day to re-analyze and it’s still a NO. Young did my nails..I think he may have been rushing. I wish I could upload pics to this post but I don’t have the option.. I was able to post a separate pic if you look under ‘photos’..the color of my nails is a pale pink with a steering wheel in the background..

Great place. PLEASE CHANGE THE MUSIC. Vic and Victor are great nail technicians. The place is new and clean, but the slow faux classical piano is as sleep inducing as zzz-quil. Please switch to downtempo or 80s/90s pop.

I went in for a pedicure and was told the wait timewas 15 minutes, which turned into 30. The guy did an okay job on my pedicure and him and his coworker laughed at the tip that he was given. First of all, given the mediocrity of a job, I shouldn’t have tipped at all. I’m not sure why people in this line of business feel entitled to a tip; as per the definition, a tip is optional. Nonetheless, I won’t return and I’d advise others to stay away as well. The atmosphere wasn’t welcoming at all!!

Not only did I have a great nail experience - I was also educated on a lot of the procedures during the nail service. It is great to have knowledge shared with you while having a service completed. Wow. Upon first entering the establishment, I was warmly greeted and quickly attended to. They let me know its better to make appointments especially on Saturdays but they were very accommodating. The biggest thing that I noticed was that it doesnt smell like a nail salon. It smelled pleasant and looked very clean. I was a little nervous about the pricing because the interior was so fancy and cute but its actually $2 less than what I used to pay for dip with SNS. So that was really nice.They also have a ton of colors. Like a ton. Nicely organized by color so you dont have to flip through 8 rings of colors to find the shade youre looking for.I wanted a specific shade of neutral and my nail tech took a decent amount of time analyzing the picture I showed her and finding the right shade. Needless to say I was pleased with her effort and am in love with the results. The quality shows in their work and I hope it continues. This is my new go to place. I couldnt be happier with my nails.

Love this place. Been getting my nails done by Young for many years, and he’s the only one I trust with my nails. His attention to detail and wanting his customers to feel relaxed, makes the experience so wonderful. The owner ensures all of the other nail techs also provide a detail oriented service for the clients. All of the nail techs were so attentive and every customer was greeted from the moment they walked in. The spa is very organized, bright, and the variety of colors is amazing! Best place ever, you won’t regret it.

Viktor is amazing!

I have mixed feelings about this place. All of the nail techs do great nails, but I was not as satisfied with my last visit. I went in the day before Valentines Day and felt like my service got rushed. I also got acrylic nails with regular polish (which it seems like they are not a fan of or at least the guy who has done mine) and now it’s 5 days later and I lost 3 nails already. I will definitely try them again because of how convenient the location is for me and hopefully it’ll be a better experience.Update: I’ve been back for dip powder services and they are always exceptional with that.

Lovely salon and I had a nice nail tech but two of my acrylics have already broken doing mundane things.Riley needs to learn how to do a proper full set.Way too thin.

I dont normally do reviews BUT I had to give one for this nail salon & KIM, she did a AWESOME JOB ON MY NAILS& TOES. She took her time painting my finger & toe nails & made sure the polish was evenly spread. I LOVE & TRULY APPRECIATE THAT (HARD TO FIND).The salon is BRAND NEW A WEEK OLD & ITS BEAUTIFUL inside & the atmosphere is wonderful & the hours are perfect, I came when I got off work. I think The prices are reasonable. What I Thank you Jesus for helping me find a place where I can trust to get my toes & nails done & not worry about getting fungus. I would Absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE.

Beautiful spa. They recently opened and my first impression was great. They have so many dip nail options with the matching polish which is very rare. They had a special going on too since they just opened which is a great marketing tool. Kelly did my pedicure and it was like I was in heaven.

I went today for the first time and had Victor as my tech. It is truly gorgeous in this nail salon! He was gentle, patient, took his time and was VERY thorough with the nails I wanted! (Not to mention all the gorgeous colors they had to choose from I got 2)! I was the first one there, no one else was there and it was very quiet and professional! I am new to the area and I think I finally found my nail salon. I had a TERRIBLE experience at Lux Nail Salon and Bijou Nail Salon locally and finally decided to try Organic Nail Dip and Spa. I had Victor for my technician and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!. He listened to me and did not hurt me, which has happened many times at previous salons. My nails are sensitive and thin. Victor took such good care of my nails and was professional, courteous and did a fabulous job! I love them! I will be back because of Victor!

Service was ok but they over charge in my opinion. I got a basic gel manicure, gel polish change on my toes ( no pedicure) and an eyebrow wax and my bill was $72!! Verify the prices for every service you want because they won’t tell you and it might not be worth it. I won’t be going back.

I hate that I came there while on vacation. My husband and I got pedicures, I also got a full set and my eyebrows done. Everything was perfect! I may have to just drive 2 hours to come back in a few weeks lol

First time I went, the experience was slightly uncomfortable and looking back I should have gotten up and left. The nail tech (not doing my nails) said “oh i never seen a colored girl not get long nails” - in response to my request of a basic manicure. the nail tech who did my nails was professional and did a good job. unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend. unfortunately for them first impressions of one rude and disrespectful nail tech messed up the potential for future business.

It’s a very clean environment. I’m not sure I’d consider it professional. The pedicure service was ok,but the environment felt tense. One of the employees yelled at another during my visit and added to the tension. Maybe I just had a bad visit but I will not be visiting again.

My wife had a terrible experience. The gentleman that did her nails was rude, loud and unprofessional. The length of her nails was not correct and he wanted to charge additional to fix his own mistake. We will not visit this place again.
