Couldn’t be happier. They were very accommodating and the outcome was exactly what I wanted

Me, my boyfriend, and a girlfriend of mine all came in at about 645 on a Friday. My girlfriend and I both got pedicures and a full set while my bf just got a pedicure. Not only did they stay over an hour late for us but they did an amazing job!! My new favorite nail salon. I will definitely be back!!!!

Ive been going here for over a year and absolutely love it. Tina is amazing. Her waxing is always perfect. She is so precise with everything she does. I also love how she does my pedicures. She truly wants you to be happy when you leave. Shes what keeps me going back. I highly recommend her. If Tina isnt available, Q and Si do a great pedicure as well!

My sister and I have been looking for a new nail place to go to for months. We figured since this nail salon has been here for years that they would know what they’re doing and their prices are reasonable. We walk in and no one is there, we even called ahead. The man there was very nice and we were both started on right away. But, another girl came in saying she was on her break and needed her toes done, so the woman working on my sister stops and goes and does the pedicure for the other girl even when there was a third man who came out later that worked there....The first man kept working on my nails but overall did a very rushed job. It is possible to do things quicker and with higher quality.

The family and employees are all very kind, detailed and dedicated. My mother in law is very direct in what she wants/ doesnt want. They are understanding and accommodating.

My new favorite nail place. Friendly and efficient at what they do! My nails and toes always turn out great and I get so many compliments on the cat eye nail polish! Love this nail salon !!

I have been to N.Y nails for the past year for my eyebrows and waxing. I recommend coming here if you are receiving that service. The girl who does my services is very clean (uses gloves, mouth covering) and is very precise. Not to mention, only 13$! Ask for Tina- she does a great job.

This is the best Nail Spa in Tampa. I just love the way they treat their clients and the professionality in services.Everything clean, relaxing, classical music, they desinfect their instruments and their peducures are just amazing.I always do my nails with John and my pedicures with Tan or Van.

Dont waste your money. Horrible NEW OWNER operation. I called to make an appointment, they said 30 minutes. I asked for an appointment with Tina, they said 1 hour. I came in after an hour but Tina doesnt even work there anymore; they lied. Why would i have to wait an additional 30 minutes for no reason? I will NEVER EVER return here. Instead of leaving which I should have, my shellac has already peeled off after a week and it always lasts a month for me. The manager lady was obviously talking about me in their language and giving me the dirtiest looks when I asked if they were new owners and why was the price so much higher? There are too many nail places to take my money to. Go across the street to NINI NAILS they treat customers amazing!

Welcoming when I came in, were nice to talk to not uptight or cold. Not sure of his name but he did an awesome job on my nails. I think this is the first time in a year someone did the coffin shape right on my nails. The polish was a brand new color, super pretty. He was very detailed and took his time, he wasnt rushing me at all. Took about an hour for a fill but it was worth it. Will be coming back for a pedi.

As other reviewers have noted, this place is now under new management. The new owners are very friendly and welcomes customers openly.I believe some people forget the language barriers that often lies in asian nail salons and take the barrier negatively and personally. In the past, asian nail salons were known for talking negatively about customers in a different language. I assure you, as someone who has gone to plenty of nail salons and understand the language (employees are not aware of my understanding since they always mistaken me for a different ethnicity), employees DO NOT talk about their customers. As for the people that feels as if employees are often giving a rude vibe or look, it is most likely they are focused on working on your nails and probably struggle holding a conversation but will try when they can. If you want to guarantee yourself with someone who can hold a fluid conversation with you then ask for the owners or their daughter to do your service.Sure the employees could use some socialization training, but they do a good job. The place is very clean from the salon itself down to their techniques. The salon utilizes natural ingredients in most of their services, so if you have specific skin inquiries you can ask them ahead of time. They offer complimentary drinks (water, soda, wine, etc.).I have been here several times and can confidently say I was pleased every time. I highy suggest you to try out the place yourself before judging. The place is often busy towards the afternoon/evening so I like to come in the mornings so I don’t have to wait long as a walk-in. My go to employees are the owners and their daughter.

I wish I could give a good review because those who worked at the establishment were friendly, but the skin around my nails was cut on three fingers and my gel nail polish was uneven. It has already started peeling off 4 days after my gel manicure.

I just took my girlfriend here and she isnt very happy with the pedicure they gave her.they did a very poor job on her French paint or whatever its called when they paint the white strip on there. It was all uneven and my girlfriend even had to ask the women to correct it on THREE toes. When we got into the car we saw the even left dirt under her toenails that you could see straight through the paint.Ive seen her pedicure done alot better form other places. I think she would of been better off doing it at home and saving her money.

The help is horrible. This place use to be excellent but past few times, I have get my toes or nails done over. Ill be looking for a new nail place.

Hands down, the most painful and lopsided job I have ever had done to my poor hands. I tried this place- good location- and had pink and whites, wanting to switch to gel. The guy slapped some pink acrylic on me, my finger was in such pain from whatever he did to me. I asked him to cut my nails down- he didnt. He used the electric thingie to file them down. My pinkie was in excruciating pain and he kept grabbing it- and twisted my fingers. The finished product? The nails were thick, wide RECTANGLES; no shape whatsoever. NO SHAPE, I tell you! He then sloppily added some nail polish on top of this mess. Cuticles? Wrecked. No cutting, no care- no lotion....what a crazy thing. I wouldnt send a dog there. I look like I popped on some Sally Hanson nails from 1983. Evil place.

After having a bad experience with another nail salon (Sun Nails) I tried this place since it was near Publix where I needed to go shopping. The guy who did my pink gel french manicure couldnt even tell which color pink I had on my nails already. First sign things were not going to go well. My nails came out looking awful and needed to be redone less than two weeks later as they were lifting up. After the poor jobs done by both this place and Sun Nails I had to pay the next nail salon to redo a whole new set of gel nails. I actually pulled one of the gel nails off myself in front of the lady at K Nails that I will now be going to. Two weeks later and the nail is removable by hand?! This place should not be in business! I am lucky that between this place and the last I did not get a nail infection. If you like messed up nails falling off within two weeks then I highly recommend this place (and Sun Nails), otherwise BEWARE!

I stopped by on a Wed 6pm to get my eyebrows waxed; it was en route to my destination and in a good neighborhood (Carrollwood) so I figured theyd be fine. I should have been tipped off because the place was empty except for 2 lone employees.The wax wasnt hot at all so the lady kept rubbing it hard on my eye. I felt like my contacts were going to pop out. She also grabbed my head and messed up my hair style. (Id just come from the salon.)Then SHE GOT WAX IN MY HAIR. All over my hair. Then she had NOTHING to get rid of the wax in my hair so she proceeded to scrub my head with a wet rag!!! And she only did this because I TOLD HER and showed her she got wax in my hair. She didnt get rid of the wax at all and just told me to go home and wash it out. When I checked out she could tell I was mad so she was like, you like it, your hair long. No lady, my hair is NOT long, stop trying to use it as an excuse for the poor job you did.That entire experience is SECONDARY to the wax job she did! My eyebrows are not even, theres spots where the wax missed completely, she didnt round the corners of my eyebrows, she didnt pluck at all any stray hairs, she didnt remove excess wax, and the eyebrows were not thin like I requested. And it was more expensive than most places! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
