My husband gets a haircut in the same plaza as this business so I decided to give them a try. I regretted it almost immediately. The place isnt clean. I had to ask the gentleman attending me to clean the bowl he wanted me to put my hands in. There was little black stuff floating in it. Eww!Im also pregnant and when I asked for someone to help me put on my shoes they looked at me like I just said I was going to shoot up the place! Never again. Not worth the money and def. not worth the risk of getting some kind of disease. Just. Dont.

I paid 76 dollars for a full set one basic design with one single gel color and 4 days later they all popped off. Never again. Also the place smelled bad and all equipment and chairs were really outdated.

I went in to have my nails done and a pedicure and four of the nails came off with in one day. I had to go back to get them re-done...they’re just not professional and attentive with their work and they make you use hand sanitizer and mask, yet, place looks so unclean. Looks as if you just walk in there you may get sick... the dividers that they have up between their clients are filthy! Not a good business to go get your nails done. In fact, the worst I’ve ever been to no lie! I haveto go back because I have a gift card that I received as a gift...go figure but I really don’t want to. The lady who does the eyebrows she does a good job.

Its a small shop but the staff is nice and the tech Tish did a great job

I have been going here for a little while now, they check temperature and have barriers thats why I go now but after this last time. Tee tried me charged me $81 for my hands and feet polish chipped the next day like it did b4 in the past and I had to go back and let them fix it, then as you can see my feet and hands are not the same color in the family but not sameThis time I said forget it. You want get over on me again Tee I work to hard for my money. GOODBYE

This place is set up for the comfort of their employees and is not a relaxing spa for clients. There are often employees children or men lounging with their bare feet up on the tables watching foreign television. Last time I was there they literally turned the lights off after seating me at a drying foot fan (not the light box like a normal place) and then stood outside the door waiting for me to leave. Literally 30 seconds after escorting me to another chair. Place is FILTHY and should be inspected.

My nails always stay strong and even regular polish without gel holds up. The lady who did my toenails was terrible. My 2yo could have painted them better. Sometimes a bit of a wait.

I lovvveeee this nail shop. Ms. Tina has been doing my nails since I was 13 years old (Ill be 32 in two months). I always leave her shop satisfied. Her niece does my nails now & she gets me right EVERY time. Nothing but compliments are received for the work they do.

By far the worst experience Ive ever had. Went in for a simple manicure no color no special request just make everything even, and I didnt even get that. The place was dirty and looked very run down the technician that did my nails just seemed she didnt care at all and rushed through my simple manicure just to lay her head down after. I would not go here. 0 stars

The worst manicure Ive ever had. One nail was crooked. There was glue and cotton fluff left on my hands. Stuff left underneath the nails. I asked the tech to please fix those things but eventually gave up. When the tech was done he just walked away with out a word which was kind of odd.

The young girl is great! Everyone else sucks..and the owner argues with the customers. Very rude and unprofessional..the young girl does my eyebrows so well thoough..I cant stop going!

Wonderful. After closing time. They all worked together so nicely. To help me get all Messed up! Sure they look nice. But they were so torn up into my nails. Deep! Ouch. Never again

Never go to this salon . The rudest experience I’ve ever had. Went in with my daughter and niece to get a manicure and pedicure. They told me they couldn’t put “nail hardener” on my nails because I was getting gel. They last doing my pedicure had my feet sitting in still water for 15minutes and when I asked her to turn my water on they turn the light off on my daughter and niece and told them to get up. Saying that I said “if they weren’t going to do my nail than I don’t want anything at all”. I’ve been going to Tina’s over 4years. And the more I go the more rude they get. I found a new nail salon but they were closed today so I went back to Were I knew .

Cannot do nails or designs to save their lives. Eyebrows are the one thing done as wanted and better than most.

Been coming to this nail spot since they opened...only nail shop does my nails..the best in town.

My nails look horrible and so does my sisters. They kept charging us for gel when we specifically said no gel. If I could give them ZERO stars I would. We were overcharged and our nails look terrible. NEVER AGAIN!

I went to get a mani, pedi and eyebrows done the service was mediocre the lady who initially did my eyebrows messed up another person had to fix it they told me one price before the service $50 then when it was time to pay another price $57 now I’m looking on my card I’m being charged $62.40 I will NEVER go back there again. I will get in contact with the better business beaural.

Been going here on and off. This last time Took the cake. Mrs. Tina was being very rude. I spent $70 on several different things which none was done right. My lashes make me look like i have one lazy eye. My nails look like my 5 yr old done them. All jokes aside. Its horribleUPDATE:5/23/18 tried to give them another shot. Shame on me. I spent over 100 this time getting nails, lashes, etc. My nails alone where 47 at first, then 52 when done. I had to get the design fixed the next day. Then, they begin to lift and come off 1 wk later. When I went back again she almost got slapped but God been working on me. She said I dnt care what happened you pay . Im really more piss because Ive spent so much money in that NASTY NAIL SHOP. She will/ do not wash her hands. Touched lady feet then tried to come touch my face to do my lashes. I cant say HATE but i do strongly dislike HER

Worse experience ever ! The man got mad because I didnt want a fill in, I only come for 3 nails fix and a pedicure. He was trying to hurt my hand on purpose. My pedicure experience was the worse. No seat massage and it only last 10 minutes . My nail are not the same did them in a rush . If I could give a 0.005 star I would . I wouldnt tell my worse enemy to come

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. My nails look absolutely horrible and today was just the last straw for me. Tina needs to get the nail techs that dont know how to do nails properly, like the guy who did my nails tonight, and the lady who messes up everybody eyebrows OUT OF THERE. Even my lashes are a lil iffy today. But everytime I go there I walk out unsatisfied and today after WASTING $100 Im done. I saw them using the feet scrubers with different people without the appropriate cleaning protocol which is gross. The owner is super rude and the nail work itself is horrible and pricey. Definetly not worthy...so please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The worst experience ever. I stopped to have a gel polish change. They DO NOT foil your nails to remove existing gel...they grind it off with a Drimmel. My nails were damaged and the tech slipped and ground half my nail. Avoid. 24 hours later, the gel is peeling.

They tried to scam me into a higher priced pedicure... I asked for the $18 ped that was featured outside and she tried telling me they don’t offer that. I ended up getting my way but the pedicure offered nothing except lotion, trimming nails and color. Waste of money for bad service!
