Love my nails and my toes!I did my research before I went in, I read many reviews from A to Z, every nail salon near by my location, this one is far the best!The standards of cleanliness is on top 👍 theres no much chit chat between nail tech and client, in my opinion thats a plus!!! The girl that did my nails and toes was meticulous, she did terrific, Im pleased, Ill go again and highly recommended place to go. By the way, if you are in a hurry this is not your place... They take their time for a great service! Thanks guys!

The store is tidy and has a beautiful presence. The owner is friendly and make the patrons feel at ease.

Took over 2 hours to get my nails done here with an appointment. Spent an hour having a manicure and then had to wait for another person to do my acrylic dips. Quality was good and prices are cheap but they take a long time.

Completely unprofessional, I been going here for years. With everything going on I understand appointments need to be made but don’t have a customer make one and then tell them it’s going to be a 45 min wait. Will not be coming back

Bing is really good. He listened to me carefully when asked what I wanted and had patience with my cuticles.

Came here for a pedicure as i love trying out new places but loved the service the whole staff is so sweet and the lady who did my toes did such a good job and took her time! amazing will be coming back!!

Although I dont want to share him, I highly recommend Tommy if youre getting nail extensions (Acrylics) hes fast and thorough, friendly, and just a great nail tech. He shapes the nails better than you could think, I always get the Coffin shape, but not too long, and I get so excited leaving this place.

The owner and pedicure ladies are wonderful. HOWEVER, the other gentleman should NOT being doing nails professionally. SIX broken nails in 3 weeks, THREE of which in 48 hrs. Save your time and money, go somewhere else!

I went there yesterday to do a full set. My nails today change color. The quality of the nail polish is so bad. This is the first and the last time going. They told me that I have to wait 30 minutes for someone to fixed it. I wait 1 hour and I left because they told meThat they have customer so I guess I’mNot a customer. Don’t go there. They don’t care about you.

Purpose of making appointment is make you the first one on the line. Doesnt mean they have to skip the current patient to jump right on you. How do you feel when they skip you and go to someone else. Just like you have doctor appointment you still have to wait hour before your turn. Please be prepared your time for your services. On the busy day, they cannot easy to make it, people does wait hours.

I always go to do my pedicure there, usually the older lady I thing is Tommy mom. Shes great...But today I had another lady taking care of me not happy at all 🙄mess up my color, I ask her to fix it but she was not happy about it, so instead she took the entire color of my Toes nails, plus started speaking with the guy that was doing the nails today, not Tommy some else.It make me feel very uncomfortable, especially if you not happy and you ask to fixed them, they get mad . She left my toes nails color looking so ugly didnt clean the color around the toes .Came home took the color off...Never again 😖😖😖

Bao is awesome. They did a great job on my nails and feet. I died my hair with no gloves and destroyed my nails I went back the next day and Bao was so helpful and helped me remove the dye. Thanks again awesome work awesome service. I’m a happy customer and this is the only nail shop I will go to for now on. ☺️☺️😊

This place is a nice little gem to find in nails. They are reasonably priced, do great work and is super clean! Its a great find. Wish they had online booking.

I got my nails done here on Tuesday 6/20 it is now Friday 6/23 and my nails are turning a dirty brown color. I got the French manicure in GEL polish. I paid $40 for this service and went back today to ask for my nail color to be changed because of the product not lasting for the anticipated 14 days. The man that I spoke to wanted to chage me $15 to chang my color. I think that it absolutely ridiculous this is not customer service. Your establishment would do better to practice better customer service rather than be money hungry. This is not how you treat a loyal/returning customer. So so disgusted and disappointed. When I told the man I wouldnt be returning he smiled in my face and said have a nice day. Rudest encounter I have ever had in a nail salon. Will never return and will also be sure to tell any and everyone not to come to your establishment.

My coworker and I just visited their new location at 5719 Gunn Highway. The salon is sparkling clean and the nail techs are incredibly friendly and very skilled. This is my new favorite nail salon! I will go nowhere else. The price was also very reasonable for such quality work.

Terrible atmosphere, terrible massage chairs, you cant even feel the massage. The massage the people give on your calves and hands are bad too. Walked out of there with a cut on my toenail and a cut on my middle finger nail. Nail polish was so thick and some of it filled with bubbles. The people there have an attitude and on top of that they charged $51 because I got shellac manicure and I wanted different colors. They also charge$3 for taking off your old shellac,other places do not charge for this if you are getting shellac again. I will not be back. HOT TIP NAILS on water and sheldon is way better!! Go there instead

Made an appt way in advance. Show up early and waited until my time, 4pm. At the time of writing this(4:28pm). Im still waiting. Whats the point of making an appt?? Plus no one has said anything to me, not even an apology. I came here based on the other reviews, but clearly I had a different experience. Will not return.

I went in today despite some negative reviews. I was pleased. Not sure sanitation is up to code with utensils. I only say this because the bag you put them in to santize clearly was never sealed. But maybe they did and just didnt seal the bag. Their prices are reasonable. I did a basic mani with No polish. And the step up from basic pedi. Hot stones added really. Ive had better hot stone massages but I also paid a little more too. Over all it was an okay experience. Id stop in again if ever in the neighborhood and needing a mani/pedi.

My girlfriend and I were on vacation and decided to check out LaLA nails for a manicure and pedicure. The price was very reasonable and the employees took good care of us.
