This was my first time coming in, Jimmy was so nice and knew exactly what I wanted. Kevin was really nice as well! I am so happy with my nails and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I have been coming here for years and never had any issues. The service is excellent and its always clean. I love this place. Tan is amazing and so friendly I wont go to another nail salon. I travel 35 minutes just to come here because the service is great Everytime.

For the most part the service isnt bad at all. However I dont appreciate how you can go in on different occasions and they change the price at will to what they see fit. I went and got a gel nail polish change no other service of any kind. Mind you I just my nails done here a week before. These scam artist charge me $25 for the gel polish on my hands OH BUT WAIT....They also charge me $25.00 for the polish change on my toes$ 50.00. total FOR A COLOR CHANGE. I felt so rob so I waited until the following day to call and ask how much is gel polish change she told $30.00. Wow. I refuse to go back and get any service of any kind when your robbing me it makes me not wait to do busy with this nail salon. I will tell everyone I know not to go here, and if anyone I know is looking for somewhere to go I will make sure NOT to recommend this salon DONT go here its a rip off.

My pedicure from a male tech was nice.. as far as my nails that was the worst experience Ive ever had the owner and her sister is very rude and refuse to correct the work when its not satisfactory. The owner sister cut my nail extremely short after i asked to have them even.. she then begin to try and have other customers tell me they look ok.. After asking to have polish removed from my skin. she bent mu finger. I will never go to the shop again.

I told the lady not to cut my nails and then she did. I asked her to soak off my acrylic she literally ripped it off. And then she only filed one hand. She did not want to file another. Awful service

Just left this place!!! I wasThe only customer in here and they give me the one tech that speaks absolutely no English. I asked for a Felix and they spend 15 minutes on my nails. The woman knows nothing about doing nails. I could have done my own nails myself.I asked her to cut my nails down and she clips 1 mm off my nails. I said cut down all the way. Someone else comes over with a nailClip and does it. Still not all the way.I asked her to stop and asked how much for the service so far. She says 15 bucks. Really? Have her the money and left. If I had change I would have dropped 5 for taking out the polish and the grains they dropped in the water. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Love this place. Love the service. Would recommend to make an appointment as they are great at keeping a solid time frame. Walk-ins are a gamble. Love the deluxe pedicure. Completely worth the up charge.

I went into the nail salon with gel on my toes and nails. The lady who did my toes did not soak the gel off longer enough and decides to use a nail filer to get the rest off and when she did that she went back and forth with scraping my skin to were she cut a few of my toes with the nail filer. Then she rub alcohol on the cuts and also sprayed alcohol on it later on in the process. The male who did my nails did my nails while I was in the chair getting my feet done. It was uncomfortable and he left the old nail polish on my nails. The place had all the doors on and no AC on so I was sweating while they were messing up my nails.

Nails look good but cuticle got cut on 8 of the 10 fingers. They hurt, not worth the pain.

First time here and got the $55 VIP pedicure with gel (Total of $70). The pedicure was supposed to come with water, soda or wine but nothing was ever offered. The pedicure itself was good; however when I got home and saw the polish job it was sub-par. The polish wasnt even and didnt have enough coats... I could go back and ask them to fix it but I just dont have time. So disappointed.

I go her once a month because nails last alot. They do bomb pedies and nail. And wax also good. Keep up the good work

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I LEFT THE SHOP WITH 6 OF MY FINGERS BLEEDING! All ten of my fingers are now itching, burning, and swollen. I had to get up in the middle of the guy doing it and switch to another person who made it worse. I then complained AGAIN and got attitude. I have never had a worse experience and I am beyond furious. I had to correct them several times because they were just rushing. My fingers are raw, and cut up. Please save your nails and dont bother this place!!!!!

They do a good job, and clean. They use pedicure liners, which is important to me. Over all I am always pleased with my nails, and the service.

If I could give negative stars I would. The guy that did my toes did not know anything! I told them I was having pain and to please not press down. They kept pressing down and it hurt so much. And also they were talking about me and started laughing at me. Horrible service and not good at all

If they are supposed to experience in doing nails, they need some more training. I trusted them. And they ruined my nails.

Nice people.However make sure you are clear on prices the owner (Thanh) will try to milk the extra money out of your pocket forcing tips and extra nail work no reason for that when most services are $20 dollars and moreLadies beware.

Went once and requested refund because my girlfriend nail cudicles were so tore up and bleeding, then decided after some time to give them a second chance because of how close they are located to my home and as soon as I walk through the door the first thing the man who was working on my girlfriend nails said to me was I remember you and how they come out is what you get NO REFUNDS it was theost rudest thing Ive ever experienced! Not to mention I had to sit in this super uncomfortable and tension filled environment. .. and not to mention the very next day her nail fell off.. she went to get it fixed.. the next day another fell off and she had to pay to get it fixed. The man is rude and you feel extremely rushed and I truly believe customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I RECOMMEND FANCY NAILS ON DALEMABRY AND EHRLICH!

NEW MANAGEMENT. NOT GOOD for customer.Last night I walked out in middle of nail refill. Now on sat dec 22 I have to figure out my holiday nails when i had appt on dec 21 that was horrible.I also came in from work after hurricane and they had me sit over an hour before they told me they were not going to do nails because it was late. That was a first. Apparently absentee management is a problem as management was not there last night either.I used to go here and moved. Friday morning I called for appointment at 645 for refill. I was unaware of mgt change and was going to let owner know of a problem i had right after Irma.I called from road since ran early at 611 to ask how long for fill she said can you come right now and I said yes.Got there within 5 minutes and got to a tech at 708. I could have done my shopping during the early time.When I compained to tech he said you got to understand. I said I called to be sure so I disagree. At that point he raised his voice and I said do you want me to leave?. He stood up and said yes you can leave and got louder and i said would. I was upset and scared to have a man standing and speaking loudly.Needless to say i doubt this team will be around long but stay away.Very upsetting experience.

Beyond Satisfied every time I come here, theyre so professional and the salon its self is always clean been going here for years LARGE variety of colors and masters at Gel Last set I got was the temperature change gel for my graduation and I cant even count the number of compliments I received and in the 5+ years Ive had recommended so many people to this place and I NEVER have had any problems with bleeding or damaged nails just healthy strong nails and beautiful acrylics and amazing customer service❣

Do not go here I repeat do not go here before they switch owners they were amazing i used to go here now I do my own nails hair and makeup I decided to get my nails don’t for graduation every nail was different I had one nail so thin and skinny I just bent it back mind you I just got a full set coffin all of them just snapped off which isn’t supposed to happen if I was able to I wouldn’t even give a star I’ve never in my life had this kind of experience I will not be returning here really sad and upset wasted an hour for my nails to fall off I did not pay

Occasionally I came to do I asked and hands but on Saturday 8 March I was there for manicure and pedi..the girl with the order was great $ 30 although they do not clean the soles of the feet much ... but the hands were terrible, it took 5 minutes cutting cuticle and filing the nails that were crooked, you end up badly ... and it cost $ 35 to use gel polish ... today is Thursday less than a week and the skins came off the sides of the nails and the gel is already peeling off. .. I mean bad products for what they charge ... He took longer drying my hands in the lights than the manicure he did ... 🥺 I came and showed him and he told me that that was normal ..
