First time at this place. Terrible experience. They refused to do the less expensive pedicure that is listed as an option so we had to get the more expensive one. They kept trying to upsell us on everything, asking us over and over. They were just trying to wear us down, asking if we want this or that. With each time we said no, they talked to each other in Vietnamese language but it was very obvious they were trash talking us. So UNPROFESSIONAL. They left us sitting in the water that turned cold for our pedicures while helping new people that came through the door. Miserable experience. When I got home and took a good look at my nails, they needed repainted! Never again!!

I went to this salon on Sat with my 8 yr old for her birthday she had asked to get her nails done. I took her we got mani/pedi the service was horrible I mean horrible. The lady that was attending to my daughter did noting but polish my childs nails literally that cost $15 she then polished her nails with the wrong color and my daughter was specific with the color. She left her foot soaking while attending to a new client the gentleman that did my mani/pedi ended up finishing off my daughter all the while this cost us $80 and they asked for tip on top if it. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN NEVER.

Went in for a $25 pedi & to remove nails was charged $45 total. So I paid $123 for a pedicure and manicure. Gel on my nails and regular polish on my toes. The color on my toes came out a different color than my nails. So I asked them to remove the color on my toes. She told me gel and regular are two different colors. THAT WAS THE FIRST LIE. THEN she had the audacity to ask me do I want to add gel instead for $10 more. So I have to pay more on top of the $123 I just paid for you to fix the problem? THIS IS INSANE.

I got an acrylic fill with gel nail polish on top and left with something completely different then what was shown to them on the picture. Every single one of my nails were chunky and crooked. I asked for coffin and left with square and my previous nail polish was still showing. When I called to let them know I was greeted on the phone and then she proceeded to be extremely rude. I would not recommend going here at all!!

A Customer of mine recommended me this place i called and made an appointment with Tina! I LOVE how she did my pink and white acrylic. She is si kind and sweet very attentive👌Even though i read all the bad reviews on here i still decided to give it a try and i don’t regret it at ALL! Will def go back.

I am super disappointed in this nail salon I have been going here for years never had a problem. Since covid theres not as many clients so the technicians are rushing through the jobs, theyve raised the prices between $5 & $10 per service and I was cut not once not twice but 3 times today. Not a little a huge chunk where they had to apply pressure because of the large cut he made along my cuticle on my big toe. This is their 3rd chance. I will never go here again.

The nails themselves were pretty, but they take forever ! The girl who did my nails would stop to eat or go over and say something to one of her coworkers. I didnt even tip ! Then, about a day later, my nails began to change color . this was around hurricane irma time so i had to wait get them fixed and by that time i was pretty much ready for a fill . very unpleased . payed extra for gel just to have it change colors .

Kind staff! however $50 for a simple full set that was unevenly done and broken within a week is not worth it.

Just left this establishment after getting a pedicure ($25) and I feel it imperative to document my experience. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR NAILS/TOES DONE PROPERLY. This was my first time at Nail Spa and the woman who attended to my feet was in her phone the entire time! Nonetheless, she rushed through my pedicure and didn’t even wipe the nail polish from my toes once they were done. So I have to go home and wipe them clean for a more “polished” and complete look. She kept asking me the same questions for upsells after I repeatedly said no thanks. Not at one point did I see her sanitize the tools (oh wait- she lightly sprayed them down with alcohol one time.) And the worst offense of it all was that once a new customer came in she rushed even more through my pedicure and left me waiting in the chair to walk myself and carry my own shoes over to the dryer and dry my feet. What’s most appealing is that I reported her to the supervisor and the nail tech challenged me and got argumentative. The place didn’t even have receipts and after my request I was granted one written on a business card. Word of advice— go here if you want a quick service done. Not a quality location at all.

First time having my nails done here and i had many positive experiences about this place. Great staffs, great customer services and high quality works!!! They had a variety of gel color for customers to pick from. Their salon was really clean with plenty of modern chairs and equipment. I had Gel Manicure and it was really worth my money. The tech that took care of my nails was really attentive and did a wonderful job on my nails. I really loved the results. I highly recommend them!

I walked in yesterday to get an express manicure because I was in the area at a local hair salon. I had been to this place 2 years ago for a gel mani and had a great experience. This current experience was disappointing. Prior to arriving, I checked their website and saw that the price was $12 for an express manicure. I was greeted upon entering and was asked what I wanted yet nobody mentioned the prices had gone up and I didnt know I would have to ask if their prices were as listed. I was then asked multiple times if I wanted a pedi which I declined. I was then seated very quickly and then a nail tech continued to ask if I wanted a pedi. I told her no again because I had just had a pedi and she rolled back her chair to look down to check. Then she pushed for more services again by asking if I wanted my brows done and again I said no. Then right as she started the base coat, she then stopped and asked to pay for the mani because she was worried about me digging my card out and messing up my nails. This was weird because everyone else in the salon was rung up after their service. I just assumed maybe I was the only one getting regular polish that dries longer so maybe she was truly trying to be helpful. So then I double check and ask what the express mani price is and she says $15! I then asked her about the $12 on their website and she tells me $15 because their prices went up because of COVID-19. A $3 difference isnt huge at the end of the day, but I wouldve appreciated some type of mentioning of price increase rather than surprisng me at checkout. Then she asked if she could add a tip to the card too in which I said no because I had cash for the tip. Again - I have never been to a nail salon where you pay and tip prior to even having your service completed. My nail tech was extremely fast which was nice because I didnt have much time to spend so the express mani was perfect. The shaping and paint job was just okay but it was not worth $15 plus tip. Im sure there are women that had a better experience that day, but for me, I did not enjoy it at all.

Should have read the reviews! Went in for a fill because I was in the area, she told me she had been doing nails 28 years! How Im not exactly sure.. and it was 35 dollars! Its day two and most are crooked, really thick looking, and to be honest looks like my son painted them. Also she filed a lot of my cuticles which left ting scabs on five of my fingers, they hurt! One of them is rising up and when washing my hair in the shower it got caught underneath and felt like it was going to pop off! Not worth the money at all. 😡😳 was suppose to be a fun experience for my birthday! Now I will be going to get them re done immediately.

A few things I like to point out about this salon is the techs are polite, salon is sanitary and the prices here are affordable. Overall just a amazing salon! The nail tech working on me did a great job of removing the cuticles without a problem. She painted my nails pretty good to after she was done. My nails looked absolutely beautiful! Definitely going to come back here again for sure!

Clean and friendly and great service

Wish I had checked reviews prior to stopping for a basic, no polish manicure. Apparently since I wanted basic that meant it was appropriate to quickly rush through my manicure leaving my nails looking as they did beforehand. Advice to owner and employees, don’t do a crappy job just because the customer didn’t get your most expensive service or add on all of the extras you try to offer. You’re losing money in the long run because they’ll never return to you for a service and definitely won’t recommend others to come to you.

I’ve always liked the prices and there’s good customer service. They won’t have you there all day and don’t get rude with you when you have questions. I especially love the price. You get decent quality at that price point. If I didn’t move so far away, I’d sill be patronizing this salon.

Terrible service, they were very nice when I came in with my friend and daughter but they are very pushy with upping you to the next level. The lady who did my pedi did not listen to me even though I told her not to cut my toe nail, and she cut too much it is now infected. She didnt care nor even apologize. I will not be coming back to this establishment.

Amazing! They were pretty busy when we visited buy they made sure I didnt waste my time on waiting for them. You definitely get what you pay for here. They take care of you right, with the smallest design. Highly recommend.

Terrible pedicure. unless you agree to the upgrade the pedicure is awful. she was texting during my pedicure, and couldnt be bothered. only massaged (if you even call it that) the TOP of ONE foot for abt 2 minutes. waste of $20. ill never go back.

Not impressed in all honesty. Went in 2 weeks ago to have simple acrylics done. The salon was very clean, but the issue was with the nails themselves. Two nails on my right hand ended up noticeably crooked and the thumbs did not match in size and shape. Overall I wasnt impressed at all with my nails, and I definitely wont return.

Ive been visiting this place for a few months and still love coming back. Their services and works always go beyond my expectations. Everything within this salon is spotless and clean with a very welcoming atmosphere. Their staffs are very talented and know a lot of designs. They never rush the process which is always a plus. Once you come, you wouldnt want to leave.

This place had a huge collection of gel and polish colors to choose from, really impressive. The best part was that the lady worked on my nails was nice. She took her time on every detail on my nails. and was willing to try on any colors that I wanted until I got the one that please me. I got Qtica Mango Pedicure. It was so great. Love this place already. Definitely I will be back.

Go literally anywhere else.Scammed me throughout my entire visit and did a horrible job with my acrylics. They secretly put gel on my hands and feet raising my total somehow to $90 in what was supposed to be a $50 visit. Ive had these nails for a week and two have popped off. They dont care about quality. Point blank. Save yourself time, money, and trouble. Go anywhere else in Tampa for your nails

My first time here and I was blown away with this salon! Its clean and the staff is very friendly! The nail tech working on my nails is very professional! She did such a wonderful job on my nails. They looked so beautiful! Ill definitely come here again and Ill bring more of my friends!

This is the WORST PLACE EVER. They just care about how much youll pay. You go asking for a simple manicure, and they just want you to upgrade whatever you asked for. Also, my nails looked HORRIBLE after they finished. Since I did not want gel nails, she just finished her work in 2 minutes and talked to the other girl that was after me. I came back and asked her if she will be able to fix my nails or add one more coat and she started to talk in another language with other people. In conclusion, THEY DONT DO A GOOD JOB AND THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO FOR A MANICURE! The manicure did not last a day.

Staff is friendly. I just went in there and told them I wanted my nails done, didnt say anything about gel or anything bit I sat down and she did my nails. What really irked me was that they probably the most expensive ones and there was nothing i could do about it but pay. I paid 45 dollars for a crappy nail job. I dont know much about it so I let her do her thing. I get home and look at my nails bc I trust that they know how to do their job and ALL MY NAILS ARE CROOKED, not only are they crooked the acrylic is not smooth even or anything. There is extra acrylic underneath my nails and missing sections on the side. I recommend going at your own risk just make sure you thoroughly inspect your nails before you leave. And maybe it was just the person may be it was the place who knows. I am not happy with my one and only visit there.

I go here occasionally, for pedicures as needed. I usually see Mike so I made an appointment and called due to my tardiness. They not only were pleasant when I called but thanked me for coming and opened a bottle of champagne since it was Friday! Later my friend mentioned my upcoming birthday and they went n3xt door and bought me a balloon. Great service as usual and they go above and beyond to make you feel like a valued customer.

Disappointed... the girl who did my nails had no clue what I was talking about when I said gel acrylic. She didnt know what she was doing and I had to walk her through the process. My nails came out beautiful! However, three days later two of my nails came off. If youre an avid gel user you know as well as I do they dont just come off! They usually take your real nail with it. My nails are perfectly intact underneath. Im not happy and probably wont come back.

My lemongrass pedicure was absolutely amazing! For my feet so great and wonderful sea salt treatment to my lemongrass mask! Everything was so relaxing and it was really a pampering treatment.

I’ve walked by this place hundreds of time doing errands in Britton Plaza, never thought to read any reviews but decided to go recently anyways . I pop my head in and ask how much it would be for me and my daughter and was quoted 20 for her 30 for me … Once we sat down and 20 minutes later it gets started, friendly chat and Asking how old my daughter is just normal conversation… At no point did they say she’s too old for Childs price until the bill came . Person who is helping me of course wanted to do some extra stuff and then they kept asking my daughter to do extra stuff on her and that’s not what we asked for and if we wanted that we would’ve asked for that to begin with . It became super uncomfortable because they are nice but very good at their job of trying to upsell you… So two ‘s upsells later and then finally getting the bill they told me that my daughter was too old for the child price… I wasn’t going to start an argument I just decided I will never go back to this place because all they care about is money and the manicure sucked… I left a tip but not my usual 20-30 % for this reason . You could’ve had a regular customer especially since we were first-time customers but instead you want to play the Greedy card… Goodbye !

I went to a nail salon just to get a fill and a basic pedicure. Ill wait as long as possible because that is a luxury not a necessity. I told the woman 3 times that I only wanted basic pedicure. She kept pushing me and insisting that I get the better one and just walked off and got all the supplies to do that service. In addition, she drew blood on my cuticles and was filing so hard it got hot to make me jump several times. I think they are a little too pushy to upsell instead of LISTENING to customers wishes. They just lost a customer 🤔

People are very sweet, caring, and asks consistently if you are doing ok personally! 🤗🤗

I have been sitting here for over 30 minutes and no one in here has even acknowledged me. I asked how long it would be for a full set acrylic and no one even responded. Definitely wont be coming back here if you cant even respond to a customer how do you even run a business.

Great experience- despite being close to closing, stayed and did my mani pedi. A little too aggressive with the up selling is only complaint.

Went to get a pedicure, tech clipped nail sideways, I jumped because it hurt and she ignored it. I saw her put something around the nail and press it. Saw later the toe nail almost off and tech glued the nail down. I saw a podiatrist the next day and had to have the toe nail removed. I talked to the manager and he said she was new. Really? I wont be going back.

Got a CNC Marine Pedicure here. Honestly speechless to be honest. Tech did a stunning job and it was so relaxing.

It was our first time at this salon. We were looking for a nice relaxing mani/pedi. After telling the techs no less then four times that we only wanted the basic service after they tried to upsell us, they rushed through the service and left us feeling like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We will never go to this salon again. I wish we would have read the reviews prior!

What can I say... its been almost a month and since I last got my nails done from these people and its been nothing but PAINFUL!!!!! First, the white on the French tip that I got turned a very disgusting brown 2 DAYS after I got them done NOW my fingers cant even heal correctly the guy that did my nails was not very good apparently he was having a bad day and I was the unlucky customer that suffered the consequences

This place was and is horrible..i asked the lady Tina for acrylic on my own real nails..she argued with me and gave me what she wanted me to have..i broke my nails .3 of them over the next few dayd.she said she would fix it for free if they broke.i went back to her n she waz very mad..talking in her language and being rude to me n had the nerve to ask me for 10 more dollars...i couldnt believe this place...The pedicure was horrible and fast..They will do a rushjob on you if more customers come in..i wouldnt send my dog back to this place..its not worth your time and you wont get ypur money worth..they dont even have lotion for your hands or soap at the sink..i wS not impressed...

I was looking for a place to get a regular manicure and pedicure. The place I wanted to try (due to great reviews) was closed for Labor Day, so I tried this place as it was just around the corner. I saw the low star rating prior to arriving, but considering I just wanted a basic mani/pedi, I thought they should be able to do a decent job.The salon wasnt busy so I thought I would get a relaxing experience. Instead, I got rushed through my mani/pedi, with physically rough service. I repeatedly had to tell my nail tech that I needed a top coat on my mani/pedi, which seemed to annoy her. When I told her, for the third time, that I only wanted an express manicure and pedicure (as it is termed at this salon) she audibly huffed and continued to rush my service.Customer service was lacking and my nails came out just ok at best. I would NOT recommend Nails & Spa Supercenter and I definitely wont return.

I have been going here for a few years. I found the nail techs to be no different than in any other nail salon. Must you forget that this is their job and if the other negative critics knew anything about sales theyd understand. I believe they do the best work Ive seen, and I have been to many of the salons in South Tampa. The nails are smooth and the tip edges are done. if I bump it and marr the finish they will do it over at no charge. The massages are terriffic. Its a MASSAGE, not a tickle. I leave there feeling great every time and recommend this place. I recently visited the one on Bay to Bay, as a guest of a wedding party. THEY shellacs my nails before they soaked and trimmed. VERY disappointing and it cost $10 more than the place in Britton. You sissies put your big girl panties on and learn to say NO.

I dont normally do reviews in on things like this, but after my experience at this place the other day, I feel compelled to share.Like most of the other bad reviews, my nails came out terrible. I came in, asked for a full set. Wanted the white tips, didnt get them. Thats my fault I guess, Im used to being asked what I want before they just start glueing them on. Went ahead with what I was already getting. The tech burned pretty much all my fingers with the dremel. Half the time he just stopped and used his phone, or got up to do other things and just left me sitting there without a word. At one point I looked down, and he didnt have the right size tip on my thumb. It only covered half of it, he was just going to keep going, but I said something and he reluctantly fixed it, hurting me and cutting my skin in the process. Im sitting here looking at my nails now, the acrylic is SO uneven, nail polish is everywhere, he didnt get any of the excess acrylic off from under the nails. Some parts are barley covered, some are caked on thick as can be. Its a mess.I sat there for over an hour (has never taken that long before, even for the best nail job ) and it ended up looking like a child did my nails. And at the end when I was paying he asked so, do you want to add a tip, or notThis is hands down the WORST nail job I have ever had.

The OWNER did my nails and she was horrible at putting acrylic evenly on my whole. Parts of my nail dont have acrylic on then. She also put one if my nails on croocked. I told her about it and she still didnt fix.They gave me a FALSE price when I ask how much it would be for a full set and a nail shape. They took for ever to get to me. She alo did a bad job painting my nails.
