Me and my fiancé were in town for a local ramen, saw this cute nail salon and walked in. We were immediately greeted, even though all the text were busy. They told me that the tech that would be doing my nails was currently busy and would be free around 5. we left and came back and even without an appointment I was seen by Miss Wendy. She did an absolutely amazing job! She was so gentle but also very fast and my nails came out really cute. 10/10 definitely going back, would happily recommend!

I went and got a pedicure by Kris and a dip manicure by Ann and both were absolutely phenomenal. It might be the best mani I’ve ever gotten. They are a little pricey but worth it with the time and attention to detail. I know some salons can be sketchy. This is not! The building is beautifully decorated and clean. They have pedicure bowls that are regularly cleaned and the staff is awesome. I got to see Wendy’s work as well and would recommend.

Ive lived in the neighborhood for the past 3 years and I refuse to go anywhere else but Crave! The recent salon upgrade makes them feel like a high-end spa thanks to new management. All the nail techs are great, but Angelina really goes above and beyond to give me a beautiful manicure every time (no seriously, I swear she somehow made my nail beds longer). 10/10 recommend!

This place is a DISASTER!! Nails incomplete. I paid $630 for my young daughter and four of her friends mani/pedis for her 14th birthday. My daughter on her birthday, no less, was sent home with an incomplete manicure. Her cuticles were bleeding, no top coat. Dry/raw acrylic. It was the worst scenario I could have pictured for what was supposed to be a wonderful birthday. Unprofessional, overpriced, and absolutely the worst in south Tampa. Save yourselves some grief and go to Heavenly Nails.

This was my first time at Crave and I had the best experience! We went for my friend’s birthday and definitely felt extra pampered! All of the nail techs are wonderful and made me laugh the whole time…but I have to give a big shout out to my nail tech Anna who was so wonderful to me and just the best! I will gladly come back here for the full spa treatment!

Just had an ombré acrylic gel mani with Sophea and I’m obsessed. I had arylic + tips done with her a couple weeks back and was also happy with how they turned out. Will be back for a third mani soon!

This is my second time coming to Crave. I was greeted at the front desk upon arrival, walked to the pedicure station and they offer me mimosa! I got a Deluxe Pedicure by Matilda. She is very nice, friendly and professional. I am a very picky customer and I must tell you, I had the best pedicure. Matilda took her time on my feet. My pedicure not only include a typical pedi you get at a regular nail shop. This pedicure include foot mask, foot scrub, hot towel, hot stone and all. The facility is huge and they have a lot of staffs to cater a large party. They also have the best massage chairs in town! It massages your back, sciatica and calves as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, professional spa environment.

I have been getting pedicures for years. Angelina gave me the best pedicure I have ever had. I have had two pedicures by her now. She is professional, sweet and pursues excellence. The deluxe is worth it!

My daughter got her nails done first there we had a little hard time with finding Vegan gel but thankfully one of the women staff understood my daughter and saw that a person asked Is your gel Vegan? and they told my daughter that their polygel is Vegan, my daughter was scared of the drill at first but thankfully the women technician was professional and did not hurt her with the drill. You guys made her birthday the best day ever! She even told her mom she loved her nails so much! Also if you didnt know her hamster Cleopatra died Friday, and her nails made her happy not sad! My daughter will definitely be back! 100% good service, staff, professional and cleanliness. Also she was happy that you let her use her Zoya nail polish on her nails!:) It was worth it the long time it took it to get her nails done.

Tried to get a consult in for a walk-in consult. Was told at 5:00 she would see me at 5:30. Arrived at 5:15 and waited until 5:50. No one came to say she was running behind and no one said a word when I left. Yeah I will be spending my $ elsewhere

First off, I’d like to start off by saying the owner was very nice, and so were the women who serviced me two weeks ago. For this I gave them a couple starsHOWEVER, I will not be coming back because I now have a concern about their sanitation with their products because I now have an infection in one of my toes and my thumb in the cuticle area. The polish I chose seemed dried out, but the women were nice. Whoever did my toes cut them a little too much also.I’d caution anyone who comes here to just pay attention to the tools used.

Clean, cozy, pleasant nail spot where Ive had one of the longest lasting regular nail polish manicures ever! Photo attached is day 3. I always have chipping within a day whether I do it myself or go to a salon. The owner (Amal) was sweet and very professional. His precision is quite remarkable. We were there for a ladies networking group event, and the team handled us all in a very timely fashion. There is a nice lounge area where we hung out to chat while we took turns getting the services. Will definitely go back for one of these manicures!

This place is really clean and beautiful. The girls here are all really friendly. Theres a lot of chairs so it gets pretty packed but everyone always looks well taken care of. The price is good and they always open a new pack of nail filers, which you can keep. The drinks are always flowing. I only got a Mani done here it was a great experience. I highly recommend.

Horrible, don’t waste your money. This salon has had so many owners and each time it gets worse somehow. Spent almost 3 hours for services that were advertised to take 1.5 hours max. The visiting nail educator (when salons have such horrible nail techs they bring her in to save them) had to redo one of my nails and it’s the only one that looks good! They gave me 50% off but unless they hire some decent nail techs I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re out of business within the year.

Never in my life have I had a nail technician leave during my service to answer her cell phone and then bring it back to talk while doing my nails. And texting... I also wasn’t offered anything to drink during the two hours I was there either. To make it worse, it was one of the worst mani pedi I have ever received. I was really looking forward to trying crave, but will not be returning.

This is my go-to spot for massages. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean. I also get facials and manicures. Definitely in all around spa! The only time I call in advance to make appointments on Friday/weekends. Best prices in the Tampa and amazing customer service.

Nice place. Worst thing you can ask a customer when they’re done with whatever service they just got done is “Would you like to add gratuity?” It puts them up against the wall and is awkward. I felt in a very awkward situation I always tip 20% but tonight I wish I didn’t. Never again will I be back. Especially for an eyebrow waxing that cost me $24. I can go get them done way faster and for 50% less someplace else.

This service was absolutely horrifying. Like i’m appalled. I was getting a hybrid set, they looked awful, so I spoke up saying the way they had been shaped just did not look good, and the man raised his voice at me for his shaping issue, trying to convince me it looked okay when it looked terrible. This is disgusting when you are paying $55+ to get your nails done you are a paying customer, your opinion matters. The fact that he had the audacity to tell me “no it looks good” after I said I didn’t like them is sad. I am beyond disappointed with my experience and management should be embarrassed.

I had the opportunity to get a pedicure from the greatest person in the world and the only person that will ever have the opportunity to work on my feet. Shade is a class act professional woman that really knows how to take care of her clients and it is always a pleasure to visit with her. She truly works magic with my feet - as I am pretty hard on my feet with the walking that I do on a daily basis. Hats off to Shade and CRAVE - I will be returning again to give my business to Shade. Thank you again - well done. Loving the way my feet are feeling :-)

Love Crave! They use all natural products so it doesnt have the harsh chemical smell on the air. Only place I feel comfortable letting my 9 year old get her nails done and they are very baby friendly so this mom of a 3 month old can still get her toes done while feeding and holding my little.

I was just very put off hearing about the owner and how the girls are treated. Poor things said they dont even receive their tips on a daily. Not sure whats going on with this salon, but Id rather spend money at a more trust worthy establishment. If they cant afford to pay their staff, God only knows where else theyre cutting corners.

Been coming here for a while and love the employees. So sweet and great tranquil environment. I normally just do regular safe nail polish choices but decided to take a risk with some funky nail art. So pleased with the results and cant stop staring at them.

Sarah and Leah are great. I strongly recommend either one of them for an exceptional experience. Unfortunately if you are looking for a Brazilian Blowout ask for their top hairstylist because some employees do not know how to effectively give you the right style. This goes for manis as well. Ask for Leah or Sarah they are awesome!!!! The receptionist is warm and inviting as well. The spa is very clean and they provide sealed sterilized utensils for every session, a plus in my book!

I got a lovely manicure today at Crave Spa SOHO. There were lots of extra little touches--they offered to clean my engagement ring, offered a nice beverage, and asked whether Id like to keep the file they used during my manicure. I had previously had a not so good manicure experience here, but I now believe that was a fluke. Overall, I had a nice experience and the customer service is clearly top-notch.

As a male I was always afraid of Pedis. Today my wife finally convinced me to go, I did feel a little feminine and soft, but I went axe throwing and watched futbol all day to fix that. Hands down this was very relaxing and comfortable, the place is really nice and clean all the utensils are sterilized and come in sealed packets. Will do it again for sure

Kirby is an top notch stylist. Today he cut and colored my hair and it looks amazing. I arrived for my appointment and he was ready for me, no waiting. He is such a professional. He also cut both of my sons’ hair. He showed them how to use product and style their hair.

Went to Crave this past weekend and got my hair cut by Kirby. I had hair to my butt and decided it was time for a change. Location is great, parking was easy.. as there was a lot across the street Environment was cool, music was nice. The best hair washing I have ever had.. shut me up mid sentence haha. He dried my hair first and cut it dry, something new but makes total sense. Needless to say it turned out fabulous and I am in love 😍😍with my hair again!! Thanks Kirby!! Ill surely be back!!

This Nail Salon is gorgeous, and super clean and well maintained. I went for the first time this past weekend, and honestly, it was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had!!! The nail tech took her time, and the outcome was great. Definitely my new spot in the city, super happy to have found it!!

Wow what a disappointing experience. Went with my wife today. Got a pedicure and a manicure. Barely took her 30 minutes to finish both. No foot rub barely used the cuticle clippers. I definitely did not leave with that nice soft feeling on my feet. I wont even bother with describing the manicure. I certainly wont crave going back.

I was so excited to finally get to enjoy Crave on a Sunday! Typically I try to rush in during my lunch break during the week, but today I came in with a friend and was able to experience their Mimosa Sunday and actually relax. I love Crave because I know I will always get great service with whomever I see. I have seen now three different girls, and each time theyre lovely! Today we saw Alecia and Christina and had great gel manicures with a Pumpkin Spice Pedi! Cant wait to come back in again!

The worst place. Did a manicure with hybrid gel and gel polish and in 2 days it got ruined. I wish i can show a picture how they look and it has only been one week. I paid 50$ which is more than other places that do a much better job. Such a waste.

Drove from Wesley Chapel to try this place. The staff is very professional,polite and timely. The prices are reasonable. I really like that they use an individual set of tools for each client so that bacteria cannot be spread. My daughter is nine and they gave the same great service to her. I already have made my next appointment.

My bridal party and I went to Crave the day before my wedding to get manicures and pedicures. The staff was very welcoming and attentive to me and my bridesmaids. Our nails turned out amazing for my big day and I couldnt have been happier with the services provided there. It was definitely a very enjoyable experience and would recommend it to all of my friends and family.

Im not sure this place is under new management but I absolutely do not recommend this place. The front desk is rude, the nail tech did an awful job, not to mention the manager rushing the woman who was working on my nails every 10 min. It was such an awkward and uncomfortable experience. There is a reason this place has a 5-star rating. I have been having my eyelash extensions done for 2 weeks at many different places and Im very happy with the lashes, to the point where I drive all the way from the city. Amal, the owner, ensures you are always happy and the price is reasonable!! Love this place.

Pedicures are very reasonably priced and performed competently. Comfortable chairs to sit in. The tools are always newly sterilized from an autoclave and the water basins are metal and cleaned thoroughly between uses. The most hygienic spa Ive seen with skilled staff and good prices.

Staff was super nice, but poor job at gel polish. There are areas where polish was not applied, super streaky, bubbles in areas and all around a mess. Felt super rushed to finish that there was no attention to detail. Will not be returning.

I have been a client of Kirby Russell’s for over a year now and have nothing but good things to say. Immaculate color job, great cuts, and the most reasonable price you will find in South Tampa! While the nail technician that was servicing me was leaps and bounds ahead of her counterparts, the male and female pair that was servicing my partner (girlfriend) decided that it was more important to try to upsell instead of simply focusing on the services being provided in the moment. Certainly disappointing, however, the overall atmosphere of the location was what ultimately brought the rating up – along with again the excellent solo service provided by the single female technician assigned to me—of which I failed to recognize with a name.We will definitely be returning, however, certainly hope that our second experience will pale in comparison to the initial.

Crave is under new ownership and seems to have new life. The technicians are happy, the lighting will soon be upgraded to adequate for actually seeing what they are doing, and the owners are very passionate. Great place. You can always get in and the staff are great women!

I have lived here for years and have never had a good experience. I have come back to try it every time they have a new owner but it has been terrible each time. I went on Monday to have a dip manicure - it usually lasts at least 3 weeks for me when done properly. I had to return on Wednesday because it had already chipped, the tops of all of my nails were rough and bumpy with bubbles, and the shape of the nails was so poorly done. When I had gone in to have it fixed, they were incredibly helpful and concerned by the poor quality. However, it was also noticed at that point when i went to get the same color, that the dip powders had the wrong numbers on them and had all of the colors mixed up.I had a quick redo done on a few of the nails - they only filed off the tops instead of fixing the entire nail or set. As a result, by Friday the same nails had chipped again and broken off in the same place.The initial quality and service was incredibly poor and the lazy job at fixing it only made it worse. Incredibly disappointed.

I used to love coming here for years, especially their old location on Bay to Bay. No matter what nail tech I got, they always did a stellar job doing gel. I used to always leave happy but ever since moving to their Soho location, in the span of a couple years, the quality started to steadily decline and I found more often then not I would leave with a shoddy nail job, uneven nails and gel that would start peeling the next day. I dont see the old regular nail techs anymore and instead its a revolving door of new techs that dont live up to the quality Crave once had. Its sad but I could no longer keep going here knowing Id sink $60+ dollars for bad work. If youre unhappy with your nails theyll fix them for you, but when its after every single visit its just time to move on. RIP. :(

Worst experience in a salon EVER! I took my daughter to get her hair done and make up. The make up artist went out to CVS to buy make up and at the end didn’t put eyeliner. I was given an excuse that the receptionist didn’t schedule correctly and that’s why they weren’t prepared with make up. I decided to give them another chance. I scheduled my daughter for hair and make up for homecoming. I received a call 3 days before homecoming informing me that the lady who was going to do her hair quit and is now s he dukes with owner of salon. I received a text informing me that the make up artist is “not allowed to bring make up kit to salon so whatever make up is at salon is what they will use.”
