Great location for your manicure or pedicure needs. The options are endless and they are do eyebrows. Been coming here for years and the service is great compared to several locations in the area. Pedicures run from $23-40, depending on your selection of treatments. The staff is pleasantly nice and understanding. I recommend this location.

I got a simple gel manicure from Tony, and it was one of the best manicures I’ve received. He was gentle and precise. I would recommend this nail salon to my friends!

I have gone only a few times to this location after there were new owners. I went a few days ago and got acrylic overlay with gel polish. The guy, Tony I believe his name was, was very sweet however the times I have gone to him I realize that by a few days my gel looks like it has lifting or bubbles. In other words, my nails look 2-3 weeks old when it’s only been a few days (less than a week). I run my fingers through my hair and strands of hair just get stuck within the nail. I think they have pretty good prices however the quality is very poor, but staff is friendly. I was in a rush and typically don’t go to them, but definitely won’t be going back since it’s the third time it happens with this nail salon.

I just purchased a gel manicure, it was so painfull!! The tech was rough, I noticed a bruise under my nail before she polished. She also clipped so much skin off it hurt so bad when she filed. Manicures have never hurt this bad, I could not wait for the end. In the end I did not get the color I wanted because she did not speak any English. She did not clean up the polish from her running the bottle into my fingers. After my visit I came down with this horrible rash, I noticed my nail tech never washed her hands before she massaged my arm! Ugh its so painfull! I am so disappointed for my money !

I have been going to Hot Tips for about 15 years and Steve and Julie were always there checking on things. I don’t know if there are different owners but the last 2 time I went I had gel nails done. The guy that did them didn’t put them anywhere near my cuticles and when I left, theylooked like a weeks worth of growth. The last time the girl doing them kept having me takemy hands out from under the black light before they were done. I was so rushed out of there and in a few days they started to peel. Time to look for a new place.

First let me start off by saying the pedicures are great requested a full set. The girl was very nervous i asked for pink and white she gave me oumbre after i asked several times what she was doing. I asked for not curved she used curved. They look awful. Never again.

Horrible experience, I asked for a facial and received a waxing that resulted in my skin being burned! the lady does not understand, she only does what she wants just to get paid. I will speak with my lawyer

Got a full set with gel polish. Basic color, short sized and coffin for $48. First time I’ve paid that much especially for something so basic. Good customer service but just to pricy. If you do go, ask for Tony.

Every time we go here we feel rushed because they do not have enough staff and there always working on two people at one it seams like! it causes lots of anxiety. I got my nails done and they started chipping within two days! Very disappointed

Definitely not coming back, I paid 30 dollars for a pedicure that was terrible not even gel color just regular, the person who assisted me was on hurry and really unprofessional, they didnt even done it right... I wont recommend to anybody.

It is a very clean nail salon which is why I gave 2 stars. Not a fan anymore since my favorite nail tech Jenny left. Tracy is also really good but we usually go in pairs so only one can go at a time now. The ownership has gone downhill since changing and prices keep going up. Went there regularly for years but won’t support a owner who treats their employees so poorly and doesn’t pride themselves in customer service.

Every time I get my nails done here I always end up with one of their male nail techs (which is fine) but they are extremely rough with me and almost put me in tears while filing my nails. I got what I asked for but their was no quality to their work they just barely shape them how I want throw polish and send me out the door. It’s sloppy. Will be looking for an actual nail tech that puts time and quality in their work, especially when charging me $50

Ive been getting my eyebrows done with Piya for a little over a year now. She does a great job and leaves my brows looking flawless! On top of that shes super sweet and delicate.

I had done 2 of their services today: eyebrow threading and a full set.i have had my eyebrows done here twice and the woman there always does a good job. last time i had a concerned expression because i thought she was taking off too much and she noticed and asked, which is very good. if i was rating this for just the threading, itd be 5 starsthough the full set wasnt as pleasant in my opinion. it was my first time getting my nails done and it was a bit more painful than i had hoped. he was rough with the file and sometimes hit my skin with that or the drill. he also used his nails to take off a bit of polish on my skin and i think push back a cuticle? either way it hurt and kind of gross. also Im sure acrylics need a strong stress point to support the nail(from what Ive seen om countless nail go videos on YouTube) but these nails are very flat and i wish they had more of that curve. also, just to get black tips was an extra $11, even though i heard him say $8. whoops. next time Im doing that myself.i think Ill try their manicure or pedicure next time when my nails grow out, acrylics arent for me anyways

Nice place, happy with my pedicure. Just wish they werent so pushy about upgrading to a more expensive pedicure. Asking once or twice to increase sales is totally understandable but 4 times was overkill. I will still come back though.

Didnt know the ownership changed again. Service has gone downhill. The India boss lady is confrontational, rude and condescending. After I tried to discuss a few issues with her, she went around talking to employees about me,made me very uncomfortable. They also add up-charges for basis services.. Like $3 for shaping on a basis fill. And thinning out the nail polish. I will NOT be back. I just feel sorry for all the employees that have been there so long.

I had an appointment a week ago to get a henna tattoo done for my Halloween party tonight. I got there and no one knew about my appointment nor did they have any henna. My costume will not be complete without. I will not be back very disappointed!

I got the mani-pedi and let me tell you. The Indian lady was just walking around doing nothing but interrupt the nail techs. As far i an concerned my first mani-pedi was here and it was amazing the lady was so gentle and the water changed color which was pretty cool. Yes they clean and yes they wear gloves.

Got my eye brows threaded. When I walked in, the girl was on the phone (Bluetooth speaker in her ear), and was sitting and doing her own nails. Didn’t get off the phone while doing my brows, actually burped, and cut one my eyebrows way too short. My eyebrows are uneven. Very disappointed.

This place is amazing. Why do people complain? People always think that Vietnamese people are rude when they talk in a different language but they only talk in their language because it is their first language. I would ignore every impudent review because anyone that’s worked in customer service should know that it’s not easy dealing with people.

They do a good job but its a bit overpriced for the quality,the gel polish only lasts about a week or so. The air quality is poor,it smells like cigarette smoke when you get close and some of the workers dont wear masks.

Came in Sunday and got a gel pedicure and normal French manicure. Spent over $100 and by Tuesday morning my nails were already chipped. I understand that depending on what activities are done it can lead to nails chipping. However, I haven’t done anything out of the norm to cause every single nail to chip. I called and since it wasn’t gel they can’t guarantee it won’t chip. Which is insane because I’ve gotten my nails done other places that didn’t involve gel and they’d last a 1-2 weeks. Not 2 days. Extremely upset with their customer service.

Very disappointed with this salon. Have been going here for 15 years and recently took my little sister to have her nails done there. The owner, Julie, was our nail tech and asked what shape we wanted her nails filed in. We explained the shape and Julie said that is called coffin shape. So she filed them based on that. After the nails were done Julie said it was an extra $3 for the coffin shape. At no point were we told that there would be an extra charge to have nails filed a certain shape. Julie said it is more work for the coffin shape, but it didnt take anymore time than what a square or pointy tip would have been. It isnt about the $3. It is about customer service. If there is an upcharge, especially one that isnt even listed on their price sheet, then they should advise of the price difference in advance. This is horrible customer service and this shop has lost our familys business. Very disappointing.

I came here because it had over 4 star rating. Ever since I came here I have wasted so much money for ugly nails. All the workers seem to hate their job . They ruined my natural nail by trimming it constantly with their dirty tools. They dont bother sanitizing their nail tools.If you are a picky person and like having your nails looking perfect dont come here!!!!

My experience here was horrible, I will never come back. The salon looks nice but the employees are very rude. I went to get a polish change and after sitting in the chair for about 5 minutes, the lady that did my nails basically rushed me out, saying its time for you to go now Very rudely. I left. While I was out, my polish smudged so badly I had to go back to get it fixed. I went back same day and waited over 45 minutes to have TWO nails repainted. Like I said, NEVER AGAIN.

Great at eyebrows and pedicures but did a horrible job on my manicure! First off mention to her twice that two different fingers were shaped differently, then after the second time her trying to fix them I asked for the damn file to do it myself! Then the paint job on 3 of my fingers I had paint all over my actual finger and didnt offer to take it off. Then went to massage my hand and she knew I was already pissed by this time so did it for not even a min and didnt put hardly any lotion! Very disappointed to pay $35 on them! Still tipped well cause Im in the industry so I get it but Ill stick to my toes and eyebrows done there! Or at least ask for a guy to do my nails! Very disappointed!!

I have been going to Hot Tip Nails for years even though I have moved away from the area and I have to go miles out of my way to go there. I have never had a bad nail job there. There is a lady who will thread your face. She does a very good job. It does not hurt as much as threading normally does and she works very quickly. They have the largest selection of nail colors of all the places I have visited. There is free Wi-Fi. I visit a couple times a month and the employees remember me and my nail preferences. On the weekend there can be a bit of a wait but its worth it. I recommend going on weekdays before 5 to avoid the wait.

I came to this salon about 2 years ago and stopped when I moved to the other side of town. After trying about 10 different salons closer to me, I decided to go back to my home nail salon and I haven’t look back since! Julie is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and always takes care of me. She always jokes about is she “spoils me”. She uses the best products on the market and never cuts/burns my skin. This is the worst place to get your nails done! It was my first time and the worse experience ever; I got a pedicure and that went well, however when I asked to get a full set they asked me to go to someone else one of the males staff not sure of hes name and assured me that he was very good with doing nails, well that went down the hill because when he was done with my nails I complained and showed the owner my thick lumpy nails plus didnt even get the shape I asked for (cuffin nails) and told them if they thought it was wright for me to pay for this bad job he did and all they worried was that I paid! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Walked in honestly for just my eyebrows. Looked at my fingers and said I need my nails to get fixed up bad as in a regular manicure. Sat down to get my manicure first that was when technician kept telling me I needed to get a set which I told her that I didnt have time for that at moment that I just wanted nails to be groomed taking off cuticles ect. She kept constantly saying it then speaking to other tech which was rather annoying them to constantly keep pressuring me so I just still got manicure and after I could tell tech was not pleased . Got my eyebrows threaded I would rate her 5 stars she did an amazing job ! I appreciated her time she took to make them perfect she recommend a facial treatment for me for next time I stop by which il defitantly be looking forward to

I just got my acrylic nails filled and it looks horrendous (the original set was bad but doable, figured it was a one time thing).  I spoke to the owner and showed her my thick lumpy nails and she told me it looked good and she stands by their work. I was hoping shed offer to fix them and I could comend them for their customer service, instead she shook her head in approval and sent me along my way, lol. Theyre close to my house so its a shame I have to find another nail spa. Theres so many good ones in this area that theres really no reason to go back.*Posting pics of red and gold nails so you can judge for yourself.PROS: Clean and they give pretty good pedicures.CONS: You get what you get. Poor workmanship and poor customer service is highly probable.

Super dissapointed..Ive been going there for 17 years and they have changed completely. They no longer care about their customers and are very rude and disrespectful. Im pretty sure I can speak for a lot people when I say it seems like they are more concerned about money than making their customers happy.. I went in a couple weeks back and wanted almond shape nails as shown on the picture I provided, instead the nail tech (Jenny) cut them into a coffin shape... AFTER cutting my nails she THEN SAID it would be $3 more for coffin shape.. now I wasnt worried about the $3 bucks, but what did piss me off was the fact that she told me AFTER the fact AND it wasnt what I wanted I specifically asked for almond shape. On top of that my nails were noticeably crooked and when I said some thing she got upset and angry and started talking about me...I then called the owner (Julie) to advice I wasnt happy with the service and Jenny stormed off as if I did something wrong. Now they just increased their prices because they wanted to make the salon look more upscale (which is does) BUT if they are going to charge more I expect for them to do what I ask, and if they cant do it then be honest. Dont sit there and argue with me and get upset with me bc you decided to do something you werent capable of doing. I was there for 3 hours getting a full set and felt very uncomfortable as they continued to speak about me because God forbid I wanted MY nails done a certain way. As I said Im very dissapointed and sad considering Ive been a customer for so long. . Money always changes people and Unfortunately they forget about the little people who made them what they are today ! I hope Julie gets her head out her ass soon bc shes going to lose a lot of loyal customers with these changes just like she lost half of her employees!

My first time going here and I will NEVER go back. First the woman who did my feet didnt understand a word of English and didnt even understand when I POINTED at the services I wanted. Just a basic mani-pedi. She kept trying to upgrade me to a spa treatment for $40 more. This place is all about money. And they are super slow. She took over an hour to do just my feet and scrubbed so hard she cut my toe and scraped my skin with the sandpaper giving me brush burns on my feet. Not a pleasant experience. The guy who did my nails was also very slow & didnt even do what I wanted. I picked a color of polish but he recommended the French cuz it looks better. No it doesnt. It just costs more. By the time they were done, I ended up paying almost $70 for a basic mani pedi, didnt have the color I wanted on my nails and had burning, sore, cut up feet. They never even apologized for the cuts. Oh and now I have a gash healing on my toe from her cut AND I GOT ATHLETES FOOT BETWEEN MY TOE from their nasty place. Come to think of it, I never saw her take fresh tools out of the package. Gross. The worst nail experience Ive ever had. Theres plenty more places that do a much better, safer, cleaner job and actually listen to what their customer wants. I paid way too much money and left with cuts and nothing that I asked for. Very disappointed 😞

I’m very disappointed. I requested acrylic nails and was the horrible nails I ever got in my life, the lady that did my nail was with angry face all the time. So disrespectful the way that she treat me. I will never go back again!
