Nice. Most expensive is the nails. The techs there are worth their weight in doing nails with quality and professionalism also they do whats asked not what they want I like that most of all. Will be back for a Manny & peddy soon.

Horrible Attitude/Customer Service/NAIL SET Do yourself a Favor and keep looking for another nail shop. We cannot let people own a business in the community and treat the very same community like ish. We as people should expect more. I believe If you dont deliver the product as expected, you fix it or forfeit payment. You look silly Arguing with the customer.

Ive been going to this nail salon for about 6 months and the service was horrible this how my hands was left after their service. Im not satisfied what so ever. Im thinking a new nail salon after this.

The quality of their work is terrible, my nails or toes were not at all nice and neat. I had to asked them to take the polish off my hands and toes. Their prices are cheap and so is their quality, ill continue to go the the more expensive nail shop that I usually go to.

Told me to wait for a hour for eyelashes I been waiting for 3 hours now Im getting my lashes done and the shop been closed for 2 and a half hours now

I came here to get a gel nail polish manicure before an upcoming trip and right from the start the receptionist was not accommodating and was just completely curt with her service.I should have walked out by that point, but I decided to give them a chance anyway. There was no conversation between me and the lady who did my nails, which isnt bad if you dont like to converse with the person doing your nails, but a little here and there wouldnt hurt either. All the technicians were just busy conversing with one another and everyone always seemed annoyed with any little question or just by giving you directions to go wash your hands etc. The nail job, overall, was alright, nothing special, but the customer service made me never want to go back. The atmosphere and the way they communicate with customers who are paying for good service, is just ridiculous. Also, its expensive, Ive seen cheaper nail places for better quality work. Lets see how long my gel nails last.

I asked for a toe design and they said they could do it but when they got done she said no design I can’t do no design not only that they setting appointments and are not keeping them.

This place is only good for pedicures but not for nails!! Yesterday I went to get my nails done and the lady that do the nails was very rude to me when I was telling her how I wanted to get my nails done, she basically yelled at because I wanted to get more Diamonds that I was going to pay with My money, and the nails looks awful it’s been one day and they look like it’s been months, I’ll never going back to do my nails at this place .

I called the salon and asked if they were accepting walk-ins. The person I was speaking to asked me to speak up. I repeated myself more clearly. They still couldnt make out what I was asking. So I asked if they could understand me. They replied No and hung up. Lack of professionalism cost them a potential customer.

I love coming here. They have excellent quality and fast work. Good staff and great service.

I really do not know where to begin. My pedicure was Ok. The problem cane when I decided to let the same older lady wax my eyebrow and she literally burned the skin off my eye!! I will NEVER GO BACK!!! RUN!

Service is great depending on the day of the person doing your nails. Sad but true. Their ONLY concern is the money. They never was rude to me.. Outspoken owners and workers though.

Terrible service and nail tech started my nails without the base coat and when I asked her she pretended not to speak English.. and only applied base coat to my left toes since she already painted the right.. I thought she was going to clean it and apply the the base coat.. anyway I was going to do my nails and eye brows but the table was so dirty I didnt..I still tipped that woman 2 bucks.. I got respond from someone saying they were going to resolve this issue and they added a 561 num.. I responded and they never replied.. Dont go there.. they are rude and lazy.

Had a great time clowing around with my family here from Harvest, ALMy brother treated himself, his girl & I to mani/pedis. Next time. I will bring a mask. Otherwise it was great. I get my eyebrows arched here as well . Thanks bro.

I came here at 5:00 and it’s almost time for them to close and I still haven’t gotten my nails done this service is ridiculous!!

Nail techs more concerned with conversation then doing their jobs correctly. Then when mistakes are pointed out it seems thats when the rude behavior begins. Told the tech he missed a spot while polishing my nails was told oh well and couldnt even get the design to match SMH never again

5 min wait. Turned into 30 min wait. Not a place to go on a time crunch. Quality of service was ok.

Service was terrible it took 1.5 hours to get gell polish on my natural nails and polish change on my feet. The nail tech lied and said i had acrylic on my nails when I had gell polish they had previously applied so they tried to over charge me. Once I brung it to her attention she got rude and wrote my dl number on my receipt which has never been done and Ive been going there for years. I will never here agian.

Ive had them do my nails before, depending on the tech they do a great job. However, I tried to walk in one time they told me 40 minute wait, I tried the next day, they told me over an hour wait. So today at 11:00 I called and made a 5:45 appointment and sat there waiting for 40 minutes before I finally left. Disrespectful, wont be spending my $$ here anymore.

Chi did my lashes and Im highly satisfied.!! I will be returning.

Love this place. The staff is quick,friendly and very professional.

It was a good, but could have been alot better experience, the guy who did my nails was on his phone to way to much, and something that takes only 30 to 35 min. Took close to 1 hour, due to him keep stopping to texted and rotate between two phones, Texting on both, also putting ear buds in, and still texing or whatever he was doing on his phone, therefore resulting in him doing the wrong thing, the woman beside him had told him I wanted gel not regular so he had to fix it, so he did... I paid, and left I was in a time crunch for a wedding, and began to look at my nails and realized the are not done professionally at all, there is still acrylic left under my nails, and just sloppy.. dont think I will go back to this one...it was the first time of getting gel.. I didnt now the difference between the two gel and acrylic tried to ask about it and got nothing but pricing.

Nail techs are very rude. Especially the one who sits in 2nd seat from the door. Get upset when you ask for nails to be done a”certain way”. Paid over $50 for my nails and still didn’t like them. I don’t recommend this shop AT ALL

To long of an wait to get eyelashes done needs to practice on keeping clean instruments have to remind them to wash their hands and get clean utensils when youre doing peoples eyelashes

Bad service from OWNER .I asked for a specific style she didnt understand and I was trying to explain the style i wanted NICELY AND SHE STILL got upset and cut my nails and refused futher service even after I told her it was okay just do what ever she could
