I went in with long almond nails and asked for short due to work and lets just say I paid but will have to find a different place because the paint is clumpy looking but she did great with my eyebrows. They almost overcharged me and when I was trying to explain how the guy kept yelling at me and finally said we even. I wont go back here again. I also asked for my cuticles to get done and they arent. Very disappointed.

First time visit and last . The worst manicure and pedicure. Very dirty place and poor higiene . Towels all wormed out and stained, manicure tools not sanatized. I asked the lady that I wanted a simple manicure and she insisted in giving me a gel manicure . She pushed me to do something I didn’t really want . To make the story short, she ended up doing my nails in gel like she wanted too, of course to make more money, next day my thumb nail was peeling and worst of all, she charged me 30 dollars for a horrible unprofessional job . What a nightmare place !! Please stay away from this place, most horrible supposedly Nail Salon !! 😱😱😱😱

I’m from New York! I came to Clearwater for vacation and went Florida nails & spa amazing work lady’s and gentlemen!! They took their time on mine and my mothers feet and there gel nail designs are gorgeous:D

The manicure gel nail paint started coming off from the third day of application. They reapplied when I went to complain and same happened with the reapplied paint too. The event I applied the nail paint for was obviously ruined!

I got my nails done yesterday. The service was rushed and today, my GEL polish started lifting up on my thumb and by the end of today I had THREE nails pop off. I am very dissatisfied.

I asked for my feet to get cleaned/ washed and a full pedicure like I usually get. This man literally sprayed my feet with cold water for like 3 seconds and said done 😭 yoooo I come here often and NEVER experienced that. I never want to get my feet did by him EVER again 😑😡

Very unprofessional, the nail tech who did my nail was very much annoyed with me when I asked her to fix my nails properly and even....they did not clean down the station after each customer. I saw no sanitizing of instruments as they should between customers....I dont recommend this place at all.

I only got my eyelashes and eyebrows done. However she did a great job, I was very happy 😊. I was 8min late to a appointment at info nails but waited almost 2hrs & ended up at a much better place.

It was spacious and social distancing being observed. Everybody has their mask on and pedicure was outstanding. I had to get my feet done to match the sandals, my daughter had brought me for Fathers Day.

Had an appointment at 6. I get there and the doors are locked and lights off. Note on door says closed. I did not receive a phone call or any notification.

They will make you waste your time. And they rude.

Nail services are okay however they change prices. Very unprofessional.

I am disappointed, I called for prices and was going to come in for service, but the person who answered phone was rude and very unknowledgeable. Not only could she not give me an absolute price but she kept on insisting I come in and they would tell me the price, very pushy and rude, and then when I asked what a pedicure cost, I was hung up on! If thats how they treat potential customers on the phone, then I can only imagine how unpleasant they are to have my services with them... Horrible Customer service for people that are supposed to be giving Customer service..... 😖

They close at 7:15 although sign says 8pm. I got there a little after 7 but was never informed that they were about to close. They gladly took me but because they were about to close, they rushed through my manicure and pedicure. Looks ok but felt horrible. I finally asked the guy who cashed me out what time they closed because of course I noticed the rushing. I told him that I would have prefer if they would have just said sorry we cant take you. He looked at me like i was crazy but didnt say a word. Very unprofessional. Plus they cut the lady across from me in the pedicure chair. I wont be back.

I went here on a thursday tomorrow will be two whole weeks I’ve had these nails on & I’ve had to go in for 2 repairs & 2 just came off today & I refuse to pay another $ ( I paid over $50 for a 30$ set) I’ve never had two nails come off in the same week EVER & all I did was shower, sleep (woke up at four in the morning to no nail) & today they just popped off. I understand sometimes accidents happen but this is the most I’ve ever paid for nails & the worse product I ever got. People were nice enough But I don’t recommend. Will attach pictures later.

My first time inside I chose them for a simple $8 polish change because I didnt wanna travel to my original nail shop for something so simple but with this experience I promise to only chose my place to be highly satisfied everytime.! The owner told me to pick my color I did then we went over to the nail tech she was sleep once awakened she had a attitude and was rough with handling my hands. The building is clean and empty and I see why. They told me I had to pay upfront once they heard another girl saying she didnt have the money and that her dad will bring the money they became irate but the girls dad did come and payed $110 for her. I seen no one who was already inside paying upfront they paid after.! Horrible service and for me not to tip and never come back is just sad. Stop judging books by their cover because you guys should honestly look in the mirror once you fix yourself you will see yourself surrounded by better customers that you are driving away. Like I said the building is nice and clean but service is disgusting I will never be back.!!! My 1 star is for the building cleanliness. I will stick to Nature nails on Armenia they are awesome everytime. Tell them Queen Sent you.

Went in to get a pedicure, the guy seemed like he was rushing. The pedi was supposed to be for 35 minutes, he barely spend 20 minutes doing my pedi. Also, had to ASK him to trim my nails and he didnt even file them, very disappointing.

This was my first time going here and will be my last. one of the worst places. Idk how they continue to be able to do nails. The ladies were talk about the other techs work and over sharing that they can’t even do a good job on your nails. They can’t do any new things and sadly not even the basic nail application and shape are horrible. The guys did my feet ok. But honestly they are over priced and very low quality. Even when leaving there was a girl who had to come back from the day before bc they missed up her nails. Would NOT recommend for nails.

I am very dissatisfied with this place. Ive been coming here since they open. The only people that I let do my nails are Chris Marylynn and ger daughter who recently transferred fron another shop. I came in and Chris was busy and was tokd Marylynn isnt working there anymore. I was very dissapointed. John is very good with my feet. The only problem was the lady Jennifer keeps staring out way with a bad loon on her face. She also messed up my eyebrows. Anthony did my nails and cut me several times. When i told him he is hurting me he start to speak in his language and didnt seem to want to do my nails no more. Very bad experience. Chris needs to bring MARYLYNN back

Came to relax on my day off but ended feeling anything except that. My nail tech Myle was cursing and talking bad about other nail techs. She even cried. John did a volcano spa on me and it was heavenly very goor converstion. His mom did my eyebrows just the way I wanted it. I felt uncomfortable though when the men kept standing behind Myle as she did my nails make me feel like she didnt know what she was doing. Then Jennifer came over and she had a very mean look on her face. That makes me feel as if they were talking about me. Ive had better expiernces.this was definitely a bad day

Me and a friend got our nails done 1st time coming. My nail broke off the 1st day . My friends rhinestones came off on the 2nd day. Her nail polish looked sloppy .wouldnt recommend this place.
