Today was not the best experience I’ve had in the past when Van worked there. The tech Lucy who did my nails made me feel uncomfortable when she told me to “relax” although I was just allowing her to do her job. I was taken back by her comments when I told her that I wasn’t moving or anything. She said “I didn’t say you were moving I said to relax”!. Again I reiterated that I had not moved or tensed up she decided to repeat herself “I said to relax”..then she smeared the polish on my left hand and asked if I had touched it when all the while she had control of my hand. I wanted to walk out so bad but had taken my granddaughter with me to spend a spa day together! It was the most unprofessional treatment I’ve ever had going there all these years…

No offensive acrylic smell. Yeah!

I went to Azul for the mani+pedi special for $30 and I was assigned to Julienne. She is top notch, a very friendly smart young lady to talk to and knowledgeable about colors. My pedicure is still going strong after 3 weeks and my manicure lasted almost 2 weeks. The spa is clean and welcoming, the nail polishes are good and do not have chemical smell. I will be back and I was extremely pleased with Julienne

Awesome experience. I had a fantastic facial with Patricia - I am extremely happy with how great my skin looks. She truly offers expert treatments and products. The spa smells delicious and is very clean. The staff is super sweet and charismatic. I’ve also had dip powder manicures and they are always great. Give them a try you will love them.

I have been going for years for my facials to Azul. Patricia honestly does magic. Every single time I leave I feel so refreshed and rejuvenated. She is so knowledgeable and always walks you through the process she is doing. I love love love my micro blading by her and wouldn’t trade Patricia’s facials for any other person.

I absolutely love this place! Ive been coming here for a couple of years now to get my brows done. Even though I dont live in Tampa (bc Im away at college) I always make an appointment when Im back in town, thats how good they are! Patricia is the best! She takes her time and knows how to deal with my thick wild eyebrows. Appointments are about 15 min long, they use good wax that doesnt really hurt and that never really makes me get red or break out. Its a very relaxing environment, and theyre always understanding if Im a little late to my appointment. Its super clean, theres always great customer service, and never a long wait time. Definitely my favorite and would recommend!

Wow, I really enjoyed myself! The space is very clean and well decorated. The staff is friendly and attentive. I got a manicure+pedicure for $35 and my eyebrows waxed. All of these turned out very nicely. I will definitely be back! Seemed like a great place for a group as well, if you call ahead.

This is the ONLY place I go to for my pedicures! I work at an office, so I dont usually get my finger nails done and instead treat my toes. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the service is top notch and the sanitation practices are bar none. My polish lasts over a month and I truly enjoy my visits here.

I am always happy with my manicures and facials at Azul, the technicians are perfectionists, they take their time and make sure you have a relaxing time as well. They always offer you a drink and have soft classical music playing. The salon is impeccably clean and ample, you dont feel like you are in a shoe box.

The decor is beautiful. The by appointment prevents waiting. The nail technician took her time on both my hands and feet. As a result, I left feeling as if I had been pampered. Good experience.

I decided to stop by one morning before heading to the gym next door to get my eyebrows cleaned up for the first time in a year. This place is absolutely stunning, clean, and beautifully organized (they really have put their heart into it) - its so chic i will try to take my mom there as a gift one day. I was very kindly greeted by I believe the owner and only had to wait couple of minutes to be seated (I looked like a complete mess and i didnt feel whatsoever judged, which some places can def do that so it means a lot). Patricia talked me through the entire process and was so heartwarming it made me feel comfortable to tell her my biggest insecurity about my face, which i never told anyone, and she instantly offered me a solution that I couldnt say no to. I cannot emphasize enough how sweet knowledgeable and kind Patricia is with years and years of experience! By the time I got in my car I could see a beautiful difference and for the first time I felt okay without any make up. I am so happy I tried Azul thus went back there again, and again saw a beautiful result, which now thanks to her wonderful hands I wear so much less make up and feel good in my skin, shes such a pleasure to be with. I cannot wait to come back again very soon! I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

Stood at the desk for 10 minutes while 3 girls stood in the doorway in the back talking.Finally one approaches me and the other two leave out the back.When approached I said Id need my eyebrows down. The woman asked me to come back in two hours because the wax person to return.Wow. Two hours huh. Nice

Yuneisy is an absolute gem! A wonderful nail tech who does a beautiful job and the salon itself NEVER charges for extra things like multiple nail colors. Patricia is a wonderful aesthetician and does wonders with eyebrows, they even offer microblading. The salon is always clean, the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Each visit leaves you feeling relaxed and pampered and you can escape the stress of everyday life for a little while.

This place is amazing I am a massage therapist and a medical esthetician I have had everything done here and they are top notch they always have a special and they are absolutely amazing I would go back time and time again I asked for a gift certificate for my birthday and Christmas because I love it so much definitely a must-try place if you want to get pampered being a classy place not an Asian in and out loud place this place has nice wine cucumber water they treat you great and I would definitely recommend this or get someone a gift certificate myself!

I received this as a gift from friends. I had never heard of the place before this. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and well decorated to create a calm ambiance. The massage was was very professional, equipt with aromatherapy hot stones and essential oils. This was the best massage I have ever gotten.

I previously owned a hair and nail salon so I admit being much more particular than your average client. Azule is the only salon in the Carrollwood area that I would recommend for a pedicure. They spent one entire hour on my pedicure. which is the amount of time it takes to give a good pedicure. They did a beautiful job and the salon is immaculate.

Lili does an amazing pedicure and gives the BEST FOOT MASSAGE. Great color selection, salon always smells delicious. Clean and relaxing atmosphere.

Great atmosphere, employees are very nice, great price for Mani and Pedi but not so much for the end results... The next day our cuticles looked horrible, like nothing had ever been done to them. My clear coat on my polish started peeling off as well as the color. We were there for an hour and 45 minutes. we wanted to give it a try since it was convenient and looked nice inside. Employees were nice but we did not think they had much experience with nails and not sure if they are licensed techs?

Deeply disappointing experience. Made an appointment for a facial in the middle of my work day, on a tight schedule. Showed up 10 minutes early... 25 minutes later, having heard nothing about what was going on, demanded to speak to a manager from one of the two very nice but extremely unhelpful young girls hanging out in the nail area. Esthetician came out of a client room and said she was still working and didnt know how much longer she would be, but definitely at least another 15 minutes. Did not care at all that I had an appointment and was in the middle of my work day. Pointed out that there are many other choices in the area, and again she did not care. If youd like to spend time at a business where you are valued in any way, steer far clear of this poorly run, poorly managed establishment!!!

Well its nice and clean, very nice host Natalia ! But nail teck poorly speaking English, and nail polish got smuged by end of the day, I and I was on pedicure in morning! So it didnt dry! Sorry to say that but need to check your products, besides that good prices! But need some improvement

I went to Azul at 5pm on a Saturday, when they are open until 7. As I walked from my car across the empty parking lot to the door of the empty salon, two employees watched me from the couch in the window. I entered and asked the third woman at the desk if I could get a pedicure. She looked at one of the women on the couch who told her, Check if you have time. So the woman at the desk looked at her computer and said, Hmm...nooo, sorry we dont have any openings. Again, there were three employees chatting in the sitting area, and no other people visible in the building, there was no one in the service area. I thanked them and left. I happened to get a phone call on my way to my car, and 20 minutes later when I hung up and was pulling away, I looked in the window and saw the three employees still chatting in the sitting area and still no customers. How nice for them that they dont need the business!

Best place for mani pedi! The staff is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing, and most important it is CLEAN. They use tubs to soak rather than those awful unsanitary all-in-one massage jet chairs and use a new set of tools with every customer, every time. Its best to book your appointment in advance since they have limited staff, which I like because you get to know them.

I booked an appointment at this place because some friends gave me a gift card for my bridal shower. The gift card included mani, pedi and a facial. Since i am not the kind of person who gets facial treatments very often, I asked the lady to explain what the process was like. She gave me some recomendations, which sounded good, so I felt like i was getting a good deal. What she failed to tell me, is that even with my friends gift card I would be left with $113 balance. She basically did a whole different, much more expensive facial and made it sound like it was an opcion covered with the certificate. she was not clear about the cost. I am never coming back to this place.

The staff at Azul is very attentive, atmosphere is super relaxing and they do the BEST eyebrow wax and pedicures!!

Had an appointment for a peel at 5:00 and she kept me waiting for 30 minutes WITHOUT any apology. She also tries to push you to buy products. I will not be back- my time is valuable and anyone who makes you wait for 30 minutes is ridiculous. My doctor doesnt even make me wait that long.
